We stayed in the SLS during 4 days from the 10th till the 14th of february 2013. At 3PM for the check-in, our room was not ready, we have been waiting... during 30mns, so we asked for a compensation (even a drink would have been welcome) but we have been replied this situation was not abnormal. Inacceptable for the standing of this hotel. Furthurmore, if you want an umbrella on the beach, you have to pay 20$ per day, incredible for the price of the rooms !!! The staff at the beach belongs to an external Co & is not as good as the hotel staff, too much familiar with the customers. The carpets of the common areas have to be cleaned and also the inside of the lifts. The size of the room is reasonnable but there is nowhere you can put your clothes. For the good things, the hotel staff is courteous, helpfull, very professionnal. de JFA de Paris, France le 16/02/2013
