Nous sommes arrivés un vendredi soir, nous avons attendu 30 min pour l'enregistrement, pour se garer il fallait encore de la patience car pas assez de places pour le nombre de clients !! Et le soir venu (21h passé) une équipe de sport , client de l'hotel s'amusait à communiquer en criant dans les couloirs qui donne sur tous les étages (voir photos) ça a duré un certain temps ... Le jour suivant c'était un peu le même genre sauf que là c'était une fête pour enfants qui a duré jusqu'à 00h, la musique à fond dans l'hotel! Cet hotel immense, luxeux ne m'a pas conquise du tout. L'eau de la piscine était trouble :( Le restaurant de l'hotel ferme à 21h. Je ne le recommande pas!!

Plutôt bon rapport qualité prix. Simple mais bien. Belle piscine.

I stayed for a night before a workshop in Amherst that started early in the morning. No complaints.

"Convenient and Comfortable - As Usual"
We have stayed at the Comfort Inn Hadley before, and it is consistently clean and comfortable. The only thing not apparent in the hotel description is that the indoor pool is in a separate building from the hotel, which can make winter swimming a bit chilly!

"perfect for a short stay"
We stayed for new years eve. Convenient to Northampton, plenty of parking, pool was clean, staff was nice, good sized smoking rooms!, great price. I would definitely stay here again.
VERY COMFORTABE..., WELCOME GIFT FROM OUR DAUGHTER WAS IN PLACE... WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. ... P.S. THE BREAKFAST WAS WELL DONE.

Upon arrival our toilet was clogged, the phone in the room didn't work to call the desk, so I used my cell and called the desk directly, was told the maintance had left for the day and that they had a plunger at the desk for me to use, I was not happy that I had to do it. Also, the hotel is really run down, will never stay at one comfort inn again
"Basic but it works"
The hotel is clean and well-kept. The room is quite basic but it was clean and in good repair. Hotel staff was very nice and went out of their way to be helpful.

Ok…little red ants crawling…. Maybe because of the food but you’d think they would be near the garbage. I bag it and put it outside everyday though.. 17% internet connection in the room but 100% out in the hall.

In town for a tour of UMass. Location was very convenient. Room was small but very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was fine - pretty much what you'd expect from a Comfort Inn. The washroom could have been a little cleaner. There was a strange smell in the room, like dirty socks. The people working there were extremely rude. They also don't allow cats despite what it says on both their website and hotels.com. Wasn't worth the money.

Only problem was the hotel gave us a menu to order out from a specific place- when the order came the hotel did not accept the mealand we ended up having to reorder and eating at 11:00 that night. Perhaps they could have tried contacting us when the meal came. not as though they were busy with checking people in that time of night.
I love this hotel. For a moderate price it cannot be beat!!! the breakfast is great, room is large and very comfortable...I always stay here and have never been disapointed.

Room was small, but clean - very clean. Staff was courteous, breakfast food was fresh and tasty. The location is perfect. I will be back!

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. It is centrally located. it is only 20 min. from Deerfield and Yankee Candle. The girls had a great time in the pool. The beds are very comfortable.

This hotel was clean. The room was in good condition, nicely decorated. It had two double beds. Room was a bit on the small side but fine. Microwave and fridge in room. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Soft pillows and mattress on the cushy side which I need. Breakfast is good. Boiled eggs are fine for protein. Two hot waffle makers. We stayed at the Comfort Inn Hadley while visiting UMass. It is conveniently located just off 91 on the way to the university, less than 10 minutes from each. The breakfast was pleasant and convenient.

I have stayed in all the hotels on route 9 as my son attends UMass Amherst nearby. I would rate the hotels from best to worst as follows; Marriott, Holiday Inn, Econolodge,this Comfort Inn,Howard Johnson, and Knights Inn worst. The room was clean and standard size. The included breakfast was more continental then full, but not bad. We had to go outside […] to get to the indoor pool, which is a negative in the cold. You basically get what you pay for. The hotel was very comfortable and the best part was access to hot water and coffee anytime. It was great to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast area was nice, and there was a computer if necessary.

The hotel was lovely and served its purpose. My friends and I are from Baltimore and had never been to the Hadley area. We found this hotel and it was one of the last few in the area not booked! I was afraid of how the surrounding neighborhood might be, but I shouldn't have been. It was lovely and convenient to grocery and liquor stores. I have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting family in the area. It is clean, the rooms are not large, but very clean and comfortable, and staff is friendly. There is an indoor pool also which is nice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

"A Pleasant Stay"
Spent one night while in town for a concert, it was a very nicely kept motel. Room was fairly small but was plenty of space for my friend and I to each have a comfortable bed to crash in after the show. Room was very clean and the shower was great. There is a bus stop right in front of the motel which came in handy, so we didn't have to worry about […] driving and parking. THEY USE STYROFOAM in the breakfast room! Are you kidding me? The free WiFi is very, very weak in the building that is detached from the main lobby. The clerk gave me an external WiFi adapter that didn't work at all. Also the WiFi network does not work with FireFox or Chrome. Oh, the front desk couldn't give me a list of restaurants that delivered, […] but I picked up a great meal about 1 mile back toward 91 at the Korean Restaurant. "Hotel in Hadley central to many things"
I was very happy with the Comfort Inn in Hadley, Mass. because we needed to be centralized to many places we wanted to visit, and this hotel was near stores, restaurants, sightseeing, the highways, and more. We loved the pool, and everything was clean and comfortable.

"College Dorm Experience"
This hotel room reminded me of one of my college dormitories (I attended the University of Massachusetts just down the road.) The room was narrow, dark, dingy, with a tiny, outdated bathroom--you get the picture. And, as if to make sure we got the full college dorm experience, there was an obviously drunk repairman sitting in his running van for hours […] just outside our door. Very basic hotel, reasonably close to Northampton. The bathroom floor should have been mopped better, but the room was otherwise clean.

Clean, comfortable hotel with decent pool. Middle of nowhere, but easy to access Amhearst Center, Northampton Center and the many Colleges in the area. Big box stores a short drive away.
