Tous les hôtels à Londres"Good location, great food"
The hotel was in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the shopping on Oxford and Regent street. West End theatres were also within a comfortable walking distance. Room was comfortable, but what I really enjoyed were the dining options. High tea is a must.

"uncomfortable beds & broken air conditioner"
my husband and i decided to treat ourselves and booked the Langham London and boy! were we disappointed! the check-in staff was not courteous and snobby...the beds were super uncomfortable - we were sinking in the bed and did not get good night rest - the air conditioner was broken and the room was very hot even when we have the windows open in early […] March. pretty, but not worth the money... "Love this place"
I have stayed here several times, as it is convenient for business. For the price, it is fabulous. An old school gem vs. cookie-cutter chains. Higly recommended for a London visit.

"Perfect solution"
The Langham, is perfect for short and long term stays. Been there several times before and it´s location is great. The staff as well. Will also recommend the SPA and their other offers.
"Legendariskt hotell i London"
Everything superb, from the smallest details to the amazingly comfort. Well worth the extra money to get this experience and the taste of heaven within the hotel... Will never stay any other place, and will sure continue with leading hotels of when world, in other cities. Don't hesitate on this one.
"Very good hote with very good service"
The hotel is located in a very convenient location of Central London and the west end. The rooms are nice, clean and the beds very comfortable. The only negative is that the standard rooms are too small.
Absolutely the best service we have ever experienced with extra attention to the finer details would look forward to staying again.
"lovers rendevous"
I met my wife at the Langham (it was halfway from where she was and where I was working). With no expectations other than spending time with her in London. It was difficult to leave the hotel! Gorgeous...striking...comfortable...fun...and intimate. I cannot say enough about our time there. Not a place for the budget conscious...but perfect in every […] way! Lisez la suite

"5 star hotel with 3 star problems"
Nice hotel, good location, but leading hotels of the world??? Hardly. Check in was slow, and late. Room was nice enough, but lacked the attention to details. Poor communication when dealing with problems and slow service really let this hotel down. There are better 5 star hotels out there!
"Langham - Fantastic"
Great hotel overall - comfy beds.

"The Langham in London"
I unfortunately had a most disappointing experience at The Langham which states that it is a 5 star hotel and I was there for 2 nights. Firstly the staff did not check that I had a 2 night stay when I queried, they said that I only had a one night stay so I therefore had to show my confirmation from my laptop. On the following day we were locked out […] of the room due to the error of the evening before and hence we were given a free drink and breakfast for the inconvenience. That night one of the staff members took away our drinks(after we had tried them) due to an error from the staff and then after several minutes put it back without so much as a sorry. Fourthly we asked to go to a renowned high tea restaurant in the city of London and found that they had booked it in their own even though we confirmed for that other restaurant. On that day when we arrived and there was no reservation I rang to the Managers desk to be asked to hand the phone to the restaurants concierge so that they could check for me and it was I that was making a call on an international phone. After the comedy of errors at this particular hotel, I would much prefer the one in Melbourne, Australia than the London establishment. Lisez la suite

"Langham London"
Had a very nice stay at the Langham. My only niggle was that upon arrival, if you arrive before 3.00 (we arrived at 1.00) we were advised that our room was not ready but idf we upgraded, then one would be available immediately. This seems like their usual ploy as the same thing happened last time we were there. It felt a little contrived to be honest […] and left us wondering if indeed our room was ready but not given to us as this is a clear sales tactic. Lisez la suite
Thank-you very much for your valuable feedback. While our check-in time is 3pm, we endeavour to accommodate all guests arriving prior to this time. If a room of the category booked is not available at the time of the guest’s arrival, the Reception Team will try to find an alternative. The option of upgrading to a higher room category to ensure immediate occupation may be one such alternative offered. Please rest assured the intention is simply to allow guests to settle in as quickly as possible.

The hotel is excellent on all fronts. Albeit expensive, but thats part of travel and staying in London anyway. Easy distance to Soho and the Underground. I LOVED this hotel!

"The Langham"
Wonderful experience. ( the best pillows)
The location of this fantastic hotel is just outstanding so close to Oxford st as well as Regents st. The staff in this hotel are truly proffesisionals in every way possible. Nothing is too difficult for them I WILL be stayinhg in this hotel again, I use to use the Intercont at Park lane but not anymore this is now my number 1 hotel in London.
"Easy to reach your targets for Shopping & Museum"
Whenever I visit or tour in London, this hotel will be my first choice only if it's room rate is too much higher than the similars in this area.
"The Langham Hotel, London."
We had a lovely stay at the Langham. We checked in early which was not a problem as it can be in some hotels. The concierge was very helpful and polite as were the reception staff. We decided to upgrade to the Club wing of the hotel, which is more private and has it's own lounge and dining areas. The only issue we had was at breakfast, the reception […] neglected to tell the staff of the private lounge we had upgraded, which was a little embarrassing! The hotel is a 2 minute walk to Oxford Circus tube station which makes it very central to Oxford Street and Soho. All in all, a very impressive hotel with excellent facilities and staff. Deserves 6 stars! Lisez la suite
It is a nice hotel, well managed in standards and service, good ambiance, professional f&b people and good quality of food, not in the most convenient location, but surprised why no bath tub in rooms if it is targeted to luxurious business, especially when all shopping streets are selling bath products in London.
"The Langham London"
I took my mum for her birthday and the Langham was perfect. The hotel gave us a free upgrade and sent flowers and chocolate for her aniversary. Service and food was fantastic. Our room was completely quiet Even though the hotel is in the middle of the centre of London, right next to Regent street. Only downturn was that internet was ridiculosly expensive, […] otherwise a perfect retreat for a daughter-mother weekend in London! We would love to come back! Lisez la suite
"Langhams', superb in every way."
Superb in every way, we were able to check in 4 hours early! The room was spacious though not huge. We had the 38m Deluxe room. The bathrom was the best I've had in a hotel. The bed was amazing too, and huge. Excellent service and great value for money. I will be back time and time again.
"An Intimate Experience @ The Langham"
We checked into the hotel and were very pleased with the size of the classic room. Room was very clean and comfortable and the bed was sizeable but only one set of toiletries were given. We retired early in the evening but were awoken by a rapcious cacophony of noise from the connecting room. (10pm). It went on for quite a while and we requested the […] front desk to change rooms for us. To our disappointment, the new room they gave us was half the size of the original. The other option given was to stick to the original room while they agree to notify our neighbours to keep the volume down. We went with the latter only to be woken by our vigorous neighbours @ 3am in the morning. I would assume that the hotels did not issue any notes to them. Rooms with connecting doors are not recommended for family with children. Whilst I appreciate that the hotel tried to change our rooms but their promises were not delivered. We were only given one set of toiletries although we did book a double room. Furthermore, when we requested the front desk to provide us with an additional toothbrush. The front desk acknowledged it but nothing was sent to us. We had to call the housekeeping after 40min who finally delivered. Other points: Location was safe and within a 5-8 walk to Oxford Circus Tube station. Very convenient for shopping. Overall, the location was excellent but we did not feel very welcome by the hotel. Could improve of the level of hospitality. Lisez la suite
"The Langham, London - Excellent hotel"
My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights at the start of September to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Right from the start the hotel was exceptional. As we stepped from the taxi our bags were taken and the next we saw was when they were delivered to our room. We were given a free upgrade to a club room, which was huge by London standards. All of the […] staff were friendly. The location is a short walk from Oxford Street and therefore a good location for a trip to London. We were made to feel special staying at this hotel, and next time we are staying in London we will try and book here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Lisez la suite
"Langham - palacial - but no pool or spa til Dec"
5* splendour and excellent service (at 5* prices of course), but before booking be aware that the pool and spa are closed until December 2010. You get free use of a health club a 5 minute walk away but that not really why you book 5 stars, to pop down the road in your gym kit. This was disappointing and not mentioned on Hotels.com when I booked...
"great hotel"
beautifull hotel with very comfortable large room Location could not have been better. Would stay again.
"The Langham Hotel in London very very central to e"
The hotel is just a wonderful experience. On entering the hotel's foyer there was a wonderful uplifting smell to welcome one and all in additionand we found all the staff were friendly and polite We were very fortunate to have our room upgraded; looking out onto Portland Place with traffic very near yet not a sound could we hear brilliant double glazing. […] The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, theatreland and for tourists sightseeing. For us and our friends this hotel was perfect and exceeded all our expectations on all counts. "The Langham Hotel, London -- a must stay!"
My stays at the Langham are always first-rate. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, with every possible amenity and plenty of options for dining in. The Langham, located at the top of Regent Street, is a 10 minute cab ride from Paddington Station and within convenient walking distance (roughly 15 minutes) of all of the places a […] first-time traveler to London may wish to see, including Big Ben & Parliament, Trafalgar Square, the National Portrait Gallery, the British Museum, Regent's Park, Hyde Park and the London Eye/Thames Walk. Finally, the staff are of the highest caliber, go out of their way to be gracious and accommodating, and not a single one of the concierge's recommendations for dinner or activities has been a miss yet in my multiple stays. pleasent hotel, friendly staff
"Really beautiful and luxurious hotel"
Stayed in the Grand Room. Fantastic hotel. Only criticism about the room was that there was no plug in the bathroom for the hair dryer, so had to dry my hair over the mini bar, which was a little awkward. Bathroom also had no fan - would have preferred that for some increased privacy as the bathroom doors were not very thick. Beautiful and comfortable […] bed and furniture. Robes, towels, slippers, sheets all very high quality. Teapot/tea provided. Remember to turn on the "do not disturb" light right by the door. Hotel bars/restaurant really luxurious - Artesian was lovely for a post dinner drink. Health club/spa/pool fantastic. Great location right near Oxford Circus tube stop. Several good pubs w/in a 5 min walking distance, and about 15 min to Soho restaurants. Great shopping less than 5 min. Would definitely return to this hotel. Perfect for a romantic weekend in London or a longer stay if you have the money to spend. Lisez la suite
"Absolutely superb"
Staff friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy is exceptional ... as is the quality of the hotel's recent refit.
"High Priced But Very Nice"
Excellant high priced hotel. Like many Euro hotels - ridiculously expensive internet connection fee.
"Fantastic Hotel Fantastic service"
OK this is not the cheapest hotel in London but if you are looking for somewhere where everything is clean, modern and efficient but with bags of character and history then this is it. The staff are well trained and nothing is too much trouble.
"Extremely quiet hotel and expensive Internet"
If you are traveling on business and are hoping for a somewhat lively hotel, this is not your place. The bar was quiet or deserted most of the time. Internet connectivity in your room costs an additional 20 pounds per day.
"Utmärkt hotell, väl värt att återkomma till"
Ett utmärkt bra hotell som man gärna återkommer till. Utmärkt service, mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal, sköna sängar, mycket bra frukost, förutom rena och snygga rum och att hotellet har ett centralt och bra läge. Vi bodde på hotellet i nästan en vecka och är mycket nöjda med allt. Möjligen något dyrt men dock prisvärt.
"Klassisk luksus sentralt i London"
