It was an enjoyable stay and the low price was more than we could have hoped for.

For the price the hotel was fine. Could have been a little cleaner for my taste but again it was cheap and close to everything I needed. I would stay there again.

The hotel was near where we were going. It is not a luxury hotel,but a nice place to stay. The breakfast in the morning was a plus or there were other places to eat if you wished. It is very convienient to I80.

I asked for a ground floor room at booking a few months back. When I get there I am told I am on the second floor. I asked if I could at least be close to the elevator, because I have a bad hip. I could not get that. I stayed two nights. First night only two total towels in the room. NO hand towels. TV and fridge did not work. Moved some stuff to find […] them unplugged. After really giving my opinion at the front desk. the second night I had towels, and extra shampoo. The Hotel is in a very good location Lisez la suite

Pillows could have been more comfortable--queen beds would have been much better than doubles. The refridgerator was plugged into the dead side of a lamp switch-we assumed it was working and ruined our food.(I switched the plug with the microwave so the next guest won't have the same problem) Neither should be used with a lamp switch, but at least with […] the microwave, you just have to reset the clock as well as figuring out the power situation. Stayed in a ver nice Baymont Inn in Davenport. Omaha was not the same. Plugged toliet, not soap or shampoo, mediocure service.

Finding good discount hotels is often a game of roulette, but not at this hotel. The Baymont in Omaha is clean, comfortable, and comes with courteous service. The breakfast is decent, although I find that the eggs have a strange flavor so I avoid them.

Housekeeping was a joke. They would pick up the used towels and not return with clean ones. When we ran out of toilet paper, we never got any from them and had to just go buy our own. There reservation room details are false. We requested a fridge and microwave in our room but we did not get it and was told there were no rooms available with them and […] that only certain rooms have them. The keys had to be reactivated everyday and the clerks were not very friendly, very short. We will not be staying here again. Parking was a joke as well since CoCo Keys Water Resort is next door and this motel does not enforce those motels guests to park in their own lot. We were not pleased at all and the staff did not care. We paid way too much for this service. We could have stayed at an hourly rated motel and got the same service!! Lisez la suite

For the price, this older hotel was good. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was fine. The room, and hotel could use some updating, but overall satisfied with the value for what I paid. Great for a one night stay when you are not going to be spending much time in your room.

Close to the interstate and dining. Quiet rooms, courteous staff. Large bathroom and an actual closet was a nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again. Usually our trips to Omaha are hassled from start to finish with rude drivers, restaurant servers to hotel staff but this was absolutely the best experience we've ever had...we actually slept […] instead of tossing and turning. The beds were comfortable for a hotel bed. Sheets were not clean so I requested a new fitted sheet, but house cleaning brought a flat sheet. It was not a problem. The a/c was really loud and rattled. Overall good comfort and value for the price.

Very nice employees,clean but needs updated . I will have to read better next time, thought they had two queen beds not two doublebeds. Great for business traveler or just a place to sleep .

It was very nice -- we weren't sure what to expect because the price on Hotels.com was so cheap and were pleasantly surprised. The manager gave us the 2nd night for the same price when we decided to stay over. We will definitely stay there again!

There were no towels in the room and it did not look like it had been cleaned.

I reserved a double queen, outside entrance. My husband checked us in while I was at another appointment. Hotel staff gave him a room without outside entrance. When we returned to the hotel, I spoke to the woman at the desk. She said most of the outside entrance rooms were not open, under repair, and those that were open were filled. She was not apologetic, […] compromising, accomodating or friendly in any way. The morning breakfast was a disaster. Some staff had not shown up, food wasn't put out in a timely fashion. At 8:30 am most of the food was out, but there were 30 plus people all trying to get food at the same time. Bananas (2) were black. A pitiful experience. We had a great time staying at the hotel. The employees were friendly, the rooms were clean, we had everything we needed, the breakfast was great. We felt like we were staying in a five star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although the hotel room was cheap and I only needed it for one night, it is a hotel that I will not be staying at again. The first room they gave me seemed to be in the process of being cleaned but that they had forgotten about it. This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and we love it. Very clean, comfortable beds, and the staff is awesome! We also travel with our dogs and it is very pet friendly. Plenty of area for the dogs without disturbing other guests.

I paid for two rooms with mwave, fridge and coffee maker. Only one room had the mwave & fridge. The coffee makers were single-serving but not the trendy kind, these were just small and cheap brewing stale coffee. The phone didn't work in one room - we couldn't even talk to the front desk. Stayed at this hotel September 2nd thru 4th 2011. Overview: This hotel was apparently just sold by Ramada Inns, who apparently let the hotel run down in physical aspects prior to selling it. All signs & placards still were under the "Ramada" name brand, except for a paper nameplate over the existing large streetside sign advertising the hotel. My […] room was damp when I moved in on 9/2/11, including the bed sheets and rug (but I didn't discover the sheets until I returned to the room @ 12:30 AM on 9/3/11). Both the bed sheets & rug appeared not to have been cleaned. All the physical aspects of the room (bathroom, sink, faucet, rug, TV, door lock, and window curtains) seemed old & worn; in fact the TV tube was beginning to fail for the top 1/5 of the screen. The first night in this damp room was both uncomfortable & disconcerting (wrt questions about how hygienic the room & sheets were). Since I did not feel like searching out a different hotel at that late a date, I tipped housekeeping an extra $ 10 to change all bed sheets and clean the rug. So my 2nd & 3rd nights in this same room were much more comfortable physically. But the room was still run down. From outside observations, it appeared that all other of this hotels rooms were in the same shape. Perhaps coincidentally, even though this hotel is in the "Ramada Square", & is one of 4 hotels servicing the (old ??) convention center & indoor water slides, for the 1st two days of my stay the hotel had rented out several nearby rooms (3 or so) where some 20 to 30 young people (male & female) were staying. These young people were "hanging out" outside the hotel rooms most of the day, and were of such caliber that I wondered if one of their activities were breaking into other peoples hotel rooms while they were away. For these reasons I did not feel safe or comfortable at this hotel. Lastly, I did not get a chance to sample the continental breakfast, so I cannot comment on that aspect of the hotel. Place is old. And smelled like cigarettes. I sink wasn't draining. And the carpet was dirty. But it was a decent place for the price I paid.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had good pressure, however there needs to be a fan in the bathroom to assist with the moisture. It was nice having a refridgerator and microwave in the room. The complimentary breakfast was great, one of the best and the kitchen area was very clean. This hotel was previously a Ramada, the Baymont sign was still a banner hanging over the previous sign. The shower insert was so squeaky & worn it sounded like it could fall through at any moment. Met someone at the front desk who had a room with water damage and sheetrock laying everywhere - the hotel smelled closed-up and musty - staff was very friendly […] but the hotel itself just needed some updating - a little pricy for the quality of room you get and the overall atmosphere. We had a two night stay but had to change rooms 3 times, the first room the shower only was moldy and a smell, the second room the tub shower was stopped up and won't drain and the airconditioning was not working; on our last night the airconditioning worked fine except it leaked from the ceiling so much that the carpet was soaking wet and I put the […] ice bucket down to catch the water running from the ceiling. I booked a king suite for a three night stay. We got into our room and it is basically a handicap accessible room. No tub, low shelves in the bathroom. That's ok, but not what I asked for. The main problem with the room was there was no closet. There was a door that looked like it might be a closet door, but the knob didn't turn. I went out to the night […] clerk and asked about the closet, he just shrugged and said they might be able to roll something into our room the next day. On day two I notice a comment card, asking about improvements that could be made. I wrote on the card that I thought it odd that there was no closet, not iron. I left it at the desk per the instructions. No response from the staff. At checkout, I was asked about how we liked the room. I launched into the no closet thing, and the clerk said, "oh you're the one who wrote the card". I Replied, yes. She smirked and said there had to be closet. We must have overlooked it. i found this hotel to be excellent for it,s location the water park , restaurants and shopping were totally a convenience
