Appart hotel parfait pour une famille de 4 en visite à New York et qui veut un peu limiter les frais. Grande cuisine équipée avec juste le minimum nécessaire pour cuisiner et manger mais c'est suffisant. L'appart est un peu vieillot mais quand même satisfaisant. Une chambre séparée avec 2 lits Queen et un canapé convertible dans le salon (un peu raide […] mais on y dort bien quand même) une salle de bain avec baignoire. Ménage quotidien et serviette de toilette changées tous les jours. Personnel à l'accueil très arrangeant et très sympa. Bien situé, proche de China town/ Little Italy et proche d'un supermarché (Whole Market) ainsi que des station de métro ( à 2 blocs). Bonne alternative aux hotels souvent très chers de NYC. Avis très positif Les + : Hotel où on se sent un peu comme chez soi : déco simple, moderne et agréable. Chambre située au 5ème étage donc calme. la seule nuisance sonore fut "les voisins du dessus" mais supportable. Emplacement : entre Chinatown, Little Italy, Canal street ; pratique pour visiter la ville et intéressant culturellement (pour les lieux […] chics, préférer central parc...) Chambre propre à notre arrivée (draps, sols,...ok) Personnel agréable et sympathique (à noter : certains parlant français). wifi disponible petite salle de sport et laverie = très pratique Les - : ménage limité au quotidien (lits refaits, changement poubelle et serviettes bain...) et pas forcément le matériel pour nettoyer (pas de balai mais nous n'avons pas demandé à l'accueil ) clim bruyante (comme partout) peu de matériel de cuisine dans l'appartement mais suffisant pour un court séjour. mon avis est moyen, surtout dû à l'accueil peu sympathique. La rue et le quartier proche ne sont pas sympa (grossistes en materiel pour restauration). La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres, mais vieillotes. Nous avions réservé pour 3 adultes et le 3eme devait dormir sur une banquette en cuir, à notre arrivée le lit n'était pas fait! Le tout […] est spacieux il ya une cuisine avec un electroménager mais plus qu'ancien. établissement sympathique et très bien situé. à recommander pour des séjours un peu prolongés, pour l'espace dans les suites, et la vraie cuisine. 2 petits "moins": la vétusté de l'électroménager, et le ménage quasi inexistant en cours de séjour.

l'hotel est dans le lower east side, tout proche des métros, et tout près de soho et greenwich. Situation impeccable de notre point de vue. Après c'est propre sans être luxueux, assez grand, sans vue particulière Nous y avons passé 7 nuits impeccables...mais bon, c'est cher pour ce que c'est....mais il parait que c'est new york qui veut ça. I don't know why there is so much hate for this place. It was the perfect place. Huge by New York standards. Clean. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. This is my new go to when I come up to NY

When we first arived at the place, we were given a room with two small beds, and when we asked to change to a queen bed, as was reserved, they told us that it will be ready at 5 pm. 3 hours from when we arrived. We ended us keeping the room. The water in the shower did not drain. I mean at all. They had to come up and fix it later. For the money, I don't think there is a better option with a better location. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel was definitely was in a convenient location. The price was very reasonable for the area. The condition of the room was excellent and very clean. Very satisfied with stay.

Wow. What a great hotel, I loved my stay here. The price is amazing, you can't beat thIs deal.

Great location, nice neighborhood, full kitchen, huge bathroom, large bedroom, small living room. Because it was an apt, we couldn't control our own heat so it was slightly cooler (in Jan) than I would have liked but fine for my husband and son! Arrangement with nearby garage for 24 hour parking for 35 dollars, no in/out privilege but we took subways […] everywhere. Lisez la suite

The staff was very friendly here, and helpful. Hotel room was super cute, and clean. However, room suffered from a weird odor, almost wanted to buy a Glade plug in. The bed was hard, so if you like a really firm bed, you'll be happy. I was not but overall I was happy, and I would go again.

The rooms were comfy, and plenty roomy. The bathrooms were nice and upgraded, it was great to have a kitchen for morning coffee and breakfast or lunch, the bed was comfortable, the couch in the living room was great as a twin bed for our daughter when she came to stay for a night. Reception and common area is very nice. Room is not as nice as the pictures, the kitchens and bathrooms are in pretty bad shape. Room is not very clean, my sister got allergies from the dust.

Great location and staff. Could use some updating, and internet and elevator were hit or miss, however it is a nice, clean space convenient to everything for a fair price.

If you're looking for a great plae to stay that doesnt cost the earth lower east side — this is for you. The apartments are simple, but a decent size. It's very clean and the staff there are very friendly. Good location too — good bars, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance.

Though branded as suites it is a converted apartment building. Only one AC in the bedroom. The kitchen window didn't lock and was off the fire escape so access would have been too easy.

To say the pictures where nothing like the hotel would still give this place way too much credit. It was a dump in a section of town not for the faint of heart. If your not going to spend much time in a room with an end of life window air conditioner, a room that smelled like the bottom of an old ashtray on a dank side street, its a good deal. As the name implies it is near Soho but not in Soho. Its actually much closer to the Lower East Side. The area immediately adjacent does not have much in the way of restaurants, you have to walk about 3 or 4 blocks for that. Its also relatively far from a subway, the J train is about 2 blocks away, the F is 4 or 5 blocks away. The room itself was clean […] and relatively large. It felt more like an apartment than a traditional hotel room. What was most surprising was that there is a full-sized kitchen with cabinets, plates, glasses, a stove, and even a dish-rack. Again it felt more like an apartment. And for the size of the place the price was extremely reasonable. The bathroom was huge as well as the bedroom. The bedroom had a queen sized bed, ample closet space, and a nice sized window. The room doesn't have much in the way of style or cutesy design elements. There were some fake flowers which were lame but obviously I'm nitpicking. My biggest complaint was that there was no ESPN which I find shocking as a sports fan. I was relegated to watching stanley cup hockey. (just kidding hockey's awesome) Overall, I was very satisfied, very comfortable, and considering the price it was great. Promised a queen and got two twins; was kept awake at night by the thin floors and people walking above us...waaaaay too overpriced for the amount we paid!

I was pleased by the size of the suite! We are very comfortable and the location was ideal! I'd recommend this hotel to friends and I would definitely stay again.

I had to changed from room 506 to room 503 to room 203 before I got a room with windows are securely locked. The heating system is central which is not convenience at all for personal temperature preference.

I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. It was like staying in an apartment really. Location was okay, a few blocks from Broadway, but you cannot beat this NYC hotel for the price. Very clean, and nice. The restaurant /pub next door is pretty great too! Parking wasn't convenient, but it never is in the city.

It was clean and well located, but the pictures on the site were a lot nicer than the hotel and room itself.

If youve been to NYC a few times and are wanting a change from Times Square / Midtown mayhem, this place is ideal. Right next to Chinatown, Little Italy, Soho, Noho and Nolita. So you are pretty much sorted for bars, clubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. Couldnt complain location wise, place could do with a lick of paint and some updating, but dont let […] that put you off. I really didn't know what to expect when I rented this hotel room, but I feel I got more than I expected. It was an actual apartment. Fridge, stove, sink, dishes, everything you would need to feel comfortable staying away from home for a couple of days. As someone who has lived in NYC, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is in a fun neighborhood, that is not touristy and has lots of bars and great restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and suites are huge (by NYC standards). The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The sevrice was excellent and very helpful, the room had everything we could ask for (including a kettle! What a rarity in the US!), although the comfort of the sofabed left something to be desired.The location was fantastic for exploring Soho and Chinatown. A really enjoyable experience. I booked this hotel for my sisters bachelorette party and was so pleased. The price was great for what we got. Rooms are spacious, two rooms with a full kitchen. We had two twin beds in the bedroom and they were very comfy. The fold out couch is low to the ground but firm and comfortable. Also close to the subway, and a big Whole Foods around the corner […] which would be good for snacks/meals in your room. Would definitely stay here again! Lisez la suite

Loved the space & neighborhood. The only issue was the shower sucked. Didn't get hot water one day, and was very delicate otherwise (either too hot, or not hot at all). Other than that, a great place to stay in NYC.

if you want do a trip in 4 people could be a good solution. it is too much expensive for two people.

This was an extremely pleasant and clean hotel room in the heart of the village that was very comfortable, quiet at night (can't vouch for the window placement in other rooms, of course), and a friendly staff. The rooms are actually one bedroom apartments near Soho and the Lower East Side. It's a gritty, funky New York neighborhood, so if you want chi chi this is not for you. If you want a great value, convenient to wonderful restaurants and bars, and a lot of space, it's unbeatable.

No frills accommodation in a pleasant and convenient area. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable. Excellent value and well located for the subway.
