IT WORKED OUT FOR ME VERY WELL. IT IS A GOOD PLACE FOR BUSINESS STAYS.

I have been here before and this is the first time I'm not totally satisfied especially in the cleanliness of the room(shower). Hopefully it will change!!

The location of the La Quinta Tucson East is very convenient to malls, restaurants, and all the other attractions in Tucson. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the maids kept our room clean for each day we were there. The awful A/C unit, though, almost made us all sick and we had to run the thing on constant fan and at 60 degrees to keep […] the room from getting too warm. Any other setting would cause the unit to shut down. It made for some uncomfortable nights sleeping, with one of the beds right next to the unit. They need to layout the rooms better and get their A/C units up to snuff. Lisez la suite

Nice big room in convenient east Tucson location. Friendly staff. Two things that bothered me: our bathroom door was not leveled and did not close; NO ICE in any ice machine...bummer! Too much to pay for this inconvenience.

Air con a bit noisy, bed is a bit too small for a double bed. good location - with many shopping malls and food outlets. Friendly hotel staff. Good price for a decent stay

Only a couple of miles from restaurant row and clubs. Great Mexican restaurant next door. Continental breakfast was awesome. The beds were really awesome as well. Only negative was tub looked dirty or stained and the toilet was child size.

Great hotel for the price very basic nice continental breakfast! When on the road and you want a safe clean place this is it!

the area that breakfast was served in was too small and so over-crowded with people. Food was running out. the continental breakfast should not be a deciding factor with choosing this hotel over another. Do not like the hotel policy of photocopying your license. This hotel is a long way from I-10, which wraps around the West and the South of Tucson, AZ. That, and the very outdated nature of this hotel certainly accounts for the reasonable price. Apart from that, our only specific concern was the fact that at 9:30am we discovered that the marked fire exit closest to our room was locked and could not be opened […] from the inside of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location. The mall is next door; there's a variety of restaurants to choose from as well as shops. Staff is very friendly and informative. The only thing that I didn't like were: our carpet had multiple stains and the tub has seen better days. We have a 2 yr old and a 5 mo old and luckily the neighbors didn't hear crying at night. […] We asked them the next morning. Lisez la suite

Was a wonderful location close to the restaurants and the Pima air and space museum..just overall nice central location. Hot tub and pool was nice.

The motel room was clean, quiet and very nice. The maintenance of the room was very bad. Bathnroom door would not shut, heater assembly was loose and made it difficult to addjust and the sink stopper would not work. A little effort would of made this an excellent room.

The carpet was filthy, my feet were black from walking barefoot. The room was stinky, evidently a smoking room, but we needed groung floor handicapped accessible, so had to take it. We both had serious headaches when we awoke fron the stench! The continental breakfast was good, and the front desk people were nice.

This hotel provides a convenient stop along the way from my client workplace. I travel each week up to 1000 miles from home and desire a comfortable place to rest after work each day. It includes very nice amenities in each room like WiFi and a large color TV.

It was good for the price, but they need to work on the breakfast bar.

The room was clean. A little dated, but clean. The outside was just plain DIRTY and not at all taken care of. Just some of issues we deal with were 1) kids skateboarding until 11pm, 2) LOTS of people drinking and partying (not the good kind), 3) bar across the street was quite loud to the point of shaking the room, 4) people up til all hours of the […] night, being loud. good location for east side of tucson. roads to/from hotel/parking lot filled with pot holes. was the same way when i stayed there two years ago. only one trash can for entire room. clerk did not know if pool was heated or cost of local phone calls. did at least know directions. breakfast ok. orange juice tasted like weak lemon aid until it was replaced. do […] not use major booking agents. book with hotel directly to get discounts. blinking modem lights are disturbing. I had stayed in this hotel in the past and was very satisfied. This time I traveled with my elderly mother-in-law for one night and the only room available on the first floor was a smoking room. We thought we could stand the smell but it got to us by the following morning. Also the mattress on one of the beds was sagging badly.

I would not stay here again. You can get a lot more for your money else where. Too expensive for what we got. Hotel needs work on it

They have a really great continental breakfast. Pancakes, toast, cereal... The works! Fill your bellies for a day of shopping at Park Place mall. The rooms were simple and old but good for the rate. Friendly staff and held our bags for the day while we shopped.

Good value for the money. Clean quiet and comfortable.

The location was perfect for Traildust Town, the movie studio in the hills, not that far from the airport, segway tours and nearby shopping. Every room was filled due to a dog show in town. The lobby and outdoor setting was lovely around the pool, although the areas between seemed stained by perhaps spilled soft drinks or the like. Very friendly service, excellent breakfast, very comfortable beds. Couldn't get into the pool area, even though the front desk said it should be open. Didn't bother us too much because the area was having a cold spell.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

The lobby was ok, but the bathroom was absolutely terrible. The tub had hair in it and it looked as if it had not been cleaned. The air vents were disgusting. I wish that I could posted photos that I had taken with my cell phone. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

I usually have a friend or relative to make the round trip drive with me from Bisbee to Tucson for my eye treatments. This time I had to go by myself and due to the nature of the treatment driving back on the same day was out of the question. I was able to park my vehicle at La Quinta, check in and walk to the clinic. Check in and check out was a breeze […] and the nearby Denny's a 'godsend'. The roomwas quiet and comfortable. Pros: awesome wifi. TV with a channel guide. Showtime was the premium channel. Cons: the toilet tank leaked and refilled. my room was in the back corner of the property which I expected BUT across from the ice machine that hummed all night.

The location was great, near school of massage thearpy, and many places to eat.

The room was fairly clean, and the hotel is convinently located. A female clerk was a little snippy when we wanted to extend our stay, and a roach wandered into the bathroom. But otherwise the place is a good value. The maintenance staff and housekeepers bent over backwards to make us comfortable!

This hotel was in a very convenient location for me. I love breakfast and I love Indian food. Denny's is right next door, and my favorite breakfast place in Tucson, Brawley's, is across the street. There is a good Indian restaurant a block or two away. My favorite steak house, Texas Roadhouse, is across a different street. Now, about the room... When […] we arrived, the room smelled 'not very fresh' and the garbage had not been emptied. I've definitely stayed in worse places, though. On the bright side, the bed was VERY comfortable. My biggest complaint was the extreamly late check in. I arrived at 1PM and was told the check in time was 3PM. I came back at 3PM to a long line and my room was still not ready. I did not get my 1st room until 4:47 and my second room was well after 7PM. They gave no explanation and when i asked at check out if this was typical I was told yes for a weekend. […] I was upset because they did not appologize in any way. Good place to saty and fair price good services I really enjoy my visit

Overall, I was happy I chose this hotel for my two week stay. Ideal central location for Tucson and surrounding areas are nice too. Clean and safe. The hotel itself was clean too and the staff all very pleasant and it has a nice pool too. The only downside was, that one or two of the cleaning staff let the hotel down. Once my room wasn't closed properly, […] which could of allowed anyone entering my room. Another occasion, the room wasn't cleaned at all. The following day, they attended, but didn't touch the beds. When they did the cleaning though, they did a good job, just the reliability of the cleaning staff let the place down, but nothing serious and I would stay there again, if I go back to Tucson. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi access, has TV and free breakfast. A choice of food, like waffles, boiled eggs, toast, cereal, bagels, yoghourt, coffee, tea, orange juice and apple juice. Although a good juice, it would have need nice if this was varied a bit. Overall, I give it 8.5 out of 10. Lisez la suite

A/C worked well room was nasty dirty . Snot on the walls mattress very dirty .Never Again not even on a bet.

My husband and I were both very impressed with the room and the nice big comfortable bed, since our stay was short we were unable to enjoy the pool but the free breakfast and great service was great. We will recommend to all our family and friends.
