Agréable moment pas de désagréments majeurs , bien que nous n'y ayons passés que deux nuits séparés , c'était correct idéal pour les gens qui doivent faire une escale d'une nuit s'ils doivent partir en croisière !

Hôtel correct et bien situé sur Collins avenue. Eviter la chambre donnant sur la rue : simple vitrage et environnement très bruyant réduisent fortement le confort de la nuit.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.

"HOTEL MAJESTIC"
A éviter à tous prix ! Ocean Drive est une avenue très prisée pour son ambiance et très bien pour sortir, mais les hôtels sont vieux, bruillants et sales. Beaucoup de risques de vols car n'importe qui a accès à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Nous avons de plus été très surpris de signer dès notre arrivée une décharge de l’hôtel en cas de vol. Il y a un restaurant […] à l'entrée qui apporte mauvaises odeurs, beaucoup de bruit et surtout un flot continu de touristes et de portes qui claquent toute la nuit. De plus les photos avec vue sur la mer et l'accueil de l'hôtel ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Le personnel n’est pas du tout agréable et le prix de la nuit est beaucoup trop surestimé pour une qualité pareille. The location of the hotel was EXCELLENT! U just cross the st and the beach is there. However the hotel itself wAs nasty. You walked dlwn the hallway and is smelled like insect repellent and moldy. "Heart of South Beach"
Excellent location, you can walk everywhere and are across from the beach. Our room was clean and staff attentive but there was a lot of outside noise from the trash pickup and vendor deliveries on early Saturday morning. Inside the hotel it was very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel if you like to be in the heart of South Beach with restaurants, […] bars and stores at your fingertips. "Perfect location"
The hotel is located right on the South Beach strip in a great location. It is perfect if you are just using it as a place to sleep. The hotel also has a restaurant with numerous tables around the entrance and sidewalk with huge alcoholic beverages. If it wasn't for the restaurant and location though, I would never stay there. "A little tired decor wise but great staff."
Staff helpful and always willing to help with any information. They held our cases for us after booking out which is 12noon but our flights were not until 8pm, so we could enjoy the rest of the day in Miami. They even book and arranged our airport taxi for us from the hotel. Can't fault the hotel staff. The hotel could do with updating and a change […] of carpets. But other wise no problems. "Just right for a weekend getaway!"
I stayed here with 3 girlfriends for a quickie girls getaway weekend in SoBe. This was ideal for that because we just needed a conveniently-located hotel that was affordable and close to the SoBe party action, and this definitely fits the bill. The room was the typical small size that you'd find with these old hotels, and they somehow managed to cram […] 2 double beds into there. The bathroom was a good enough size and actually quite clean. Thankfully, the room also had a good-enough sized closet with shelf-space so that we could place our luggage (4 women with lots of dress-changes makes for a lot of suitcases). The front desk staff were friendly and even helped us out with passes to clubs. We ate dinner one night at the downstairs restaurant which had okay food but excellent 2-4-1 jumbo drinks. Other than that, not much other amenities are included. All in all, Majestic is just right if you want someplace convenient and in the heart of the Ocean Drive action for a couple nights or weekend, but beyond that, I would recommend checking somewhere else with more amenities if you want more creature comforts included in your stay. I booked the hotel before I read the reviews. I then read the reviews and got a bit nervous. However I didn't cancel. Glad I did because the room was fine. The hotel is in the heart of South Beach. Parking is always crazy anywhere in south beach so not the hotels fault. The price of the room was fine...the size of the room was fine.. Had 2 double beds. […] The bathroom was fine, full shower! I compared it to a NYC hotel!!! The only issue I had was leaving the deposit at check it. Just thought deposit for the room was unfair. The elevator doesn't work, had to carry our luggage up to the third floor!!! It's super small! You have to hunt down housekeeping for towels! The pictures on the web site look nothing like the REAL hotel room and the hotel in general. There is no "reception area", you have to walk through a very busy restaurant; hallways are very dirty and the hotel in general in not kept up. This is far and away the loudest hotel, and sidewalk restaurant, in South Beach. It is a great location and the rooms are not bad but the noise level of the restaurant is a real detractor. Overall, the hotel was O.K. The room was small, with no refrigerator or microwave and somewhat noisy. Halls and lobby were worn, but you must consider location and age. "Might Skip this one"
We expected a small boutique hotel and learned that all of the Ocean Dr Boutique hotels would be small as that was the style when they were originally popular. But my o my it was tiny, tiny! The worst part was checking in walking thru the restaurant that was on the porch and front sidewalk. To be fair most of the Ocean front hotels had sidewalk and […] porch restaurants in the front. But the same entrance as the hotel, walking thru the diners with your luggage? Come on. No one is that cheap. The hotel is on a corner and it would not have been that hard to add a hotel entrance. It was also very difficult to communicate with the "desk clerk" as the music was blaring so loud it was an impossible situation. The pictures are totally deceiving.
