Hôtel situé en bordure du quartier chinois, constitué d'une série de petites maisons alignées le long d'Eskrine Rd, petite rue en pente ; les chambres sont desservies par de longs couloirs parallèles à la rue. Les chambres à l'arrière n'ont pas de fenêtre mais ce n'est pas un problème. Personnel très prévenant, propreté et confort impeccables, journal le matin, parapluie à disposition (utile !), pantoufles... Petit déjeûner fabuleux (surtout en mode buffet : découvertes exquises). Nous n'avons pas eu le loisir d'apprécier le fameux restaurant sur le toit. Emplacement très commode : proximité des principaux sites d'intérêt du quartier chinois (le + proche, Temple de la relique de la Dent du Buddah), métro à 7-8 minutes. Notre satisfaction a été complète.

Belle vue sur singapore river qui offre quelques bars, restaurants et une promenade agréable pour le soir. La piscine est au 5 eme étage.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé sur Orchard Road. 5 mn du métro. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. très belle salle de bain ! Compte-tenu du prix de la chambre, on aurait apprécié le wifi gratuit !

bon emplacement entre little india,arabe street et buggis qu'on peut faire à pieds,metro à la porte,,seules les chambres extérieures avec vue sont acceptables et il en existe des petites et des plus grandesSalle d'eau petite et douche minuscule..La grande piscine est froide car toujours à l'ombre,ambiance stalinienne,peu de chaises longues..Ascenseurs très lents à certaines heures.Petits déjeuners pas terribles.Internet cher,10 dollars les 24h à utiliser en une seule fois. bon entretien de l'hôtel.Réception hall de gare.Personnel peu souriant.Chambres pas grandes mais confortables,coffre fort,frigo bouilloire thé et café,draps et serviettes de qualité changés tous les jours.Galerie marchande juste à côté,boissons,sandwiches et restos rapides.En résumé pas mal pour Singapour.

hotel situé dans Little India, le quartier est très bruyant surtout la nuit, notre chambre était située sur la droite de l'hôtel, bruits dans la rue incessants boules quiès indispensables. Sinon rien à reprocher à l'hôtel, toutefois le prix assez élevé ne tient pas compte de ces nuisances extérieures.

"Easy to get around"
If you stay here, you can go in most places in singapore. Link to 3 malls, easy mrt access... Last but not least, it has relliable and honest staff! I left my pouch with my money, Id, n cellphone. I called them 5 hours after I checked out. Thank God, they gave me a ring back with a good news! I got my money and my cellphone back. They even write a report […] and count to the smallest bill. We booked this hotel as final treat on our way back from our honeymoon trip to Australia and paid the extra for the Executive package, and, believe me, it was worth every penny of the extra. We arrived late at night after our flight from Perth and were greeted (by name) at our taxi by a very attractive and immaculately turned out young lady who whisked […] us straight to our room on the 29th floor.By the time she had explained all the facilities of the room to us and made sure we had everything we needed, our luggage, which had been taken from the taxi by a member of the very efficient staff, arrived at our room. As for our room, it was huge, with what must have been a superkingsize (and very comfy) bed, huge tv, beautifully appointed bathroom and even electrically operated blinds and drapes on the picture windows out onto the balcony (one of the many benefits of the Executive package and a real boon to a smoker like myself). The view from our balcony was magical, Merlion bay was laid out in front of us with the backdrop of the lights of Singapore's skyscrapers, off to the left was the Singapore Flyer (like the London Eye) and just a few hundred yards away the brand new Marina Bay Sands Hotel with it's unusual design - we could not possibly have asked for a better view. We had breakfast in the Bering Suite (the Executive lounge) an extensive buffet with great service. You could also have hot drinks and snacks here all day and cocktails (including wine and beer) from 5.30pm to 8.00pm - all part of the Executive package. If you were still hungry after that there were, I think, eight different restaurants within the hotel - we weren't there long enough to get around them all. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were always exceptionally smart, helpful and polite, nothing was ever too much trouble for them - we were even given a 'Congratulations' cake on our first morning in the hotel - such attention to detail was typical of this lovely hotel. "Will return"
We were attended to quickly and the service was good. We were offered higher floor that has a better view. The room is spacious & clean. It has many modern gadgets and it would have been better if the bell boy takes the initiative to explain how to work them without being asked. But overall we are satisfied with the service & would return.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient part of the city with great views all around. Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others. Just a 4 for hotel condition as our shower leaked, but after advising hotel staff I am sure it will be rectified.

We arrived at about 6pm and our rooms were not ready due to the late check out of theprevious guest, however this was not a problem as we were upgraded to interconnecting rooms with balconies and given complimentary drinks while we waited. The rooms had a nice view over the bay looking towards the marina bay hotel, you could also see the merlion and […] the singapore flyer. Rooms were well equiped with nice bathrooms there were five of us in two rooms and there was plenty of space. The hotel is well located between two MRT stations and walking distance from the bay and Clarke Quay area, also no distance to Raffles and other sights.It is also linked onto two shopping malls. All in all well located and a nice hotel. We did not eat in the hotel so can not say what the food is like also did not use the pool it looked nice , did use the changing rooms on the day we left however found them to be a bit cramped. Enjoyed the stay at this hotel. We were on a high level floor with good view over the Marina district. We could even see the rehearsal for the National Day. Service was helpful & friendly. "Good but not best"
Good location if you don't mind walking through the maze of suntec to get to more interesting shopping/eating. The pool was very nice but murky on our third day. The water in the washroom never turned off completely without a vice grip. The bath could not be plugged. The balcony facing the bay was large and spacious. The hotel is very luxurious and the staff were very helpful. Our room was very clean, spacious and with a lovely bathroom. It is well located to many shopping centres. My only complaint the bed was a little too firm for me.
"Good value for money"
It is so far the best hotel I have stayed in Singapore. The room is big, with nice view. It is close to Marina Bay, convenient location but yet remains in a quiet area. MRT and shopping malls are in walking distance. Staff is very helpful. The price is reasonable when compared to other hotels of the same quality.

Rooom wasn't ready on arrival so was offered a free drink whilst room was being made up, we asked to be upgraded to a higher floor 32nd. Nice room, not that spacious but well maintained. I spent a few nights here while traveling to Singapore on business, and found the hotel and its staff to be great. I happened to be there for my birthday, and they even sent a cake to the room. That and all the other little touches around the hotel made it a great stay.

Our first visit to Singapore and what a choice of a hotel. Very impressive from the moment you enter the well needed freezing cold reception area. We had a balcony room on the 13th floor with a brilliant view of the Singapore skyline. Very convenient for walking to most of the central Singapore attractions and the large pool was very inviting after […] a day in the humidity. Breakfast was worth paying for with a mixture of breakfast types ranging from the usual "greasy spoon" to spring rolls and fried rice. :) Next time we visit Singapore we will definitely stay here again. "Perfect in every way"
We were four ladies travelling with an eight month old baby. We could not fault anything at this hotel. For a large hotel we were treated in a very personal and caring way. Thank you to all the staff there for making our stay so comfortabe.
Had 2 stays there in 2 weeks. Front Service reasonable. Other services were good. Room a bit small for a five star.Other than that 4/5.

"Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore"
On arrival we had a problem with what we booked and what was supplied.This was a communication between hotels.com and the Pan Pacific.This was resolved after several hours of discussion.May I say the hotel desk manager was very helpful.Apart from this little mishap our stay was fantastic.I would reccomend this hotel as a great place to stay.

We enjoyed staying at Pan Pacific - loved the pool. Plenty of people on staff - but everything was expensive, and at the price, it would have been nice to have a welcome drink or snack that wasn't $15. I would, however, stay there again.

Perfect property, there is not one item missed. Convenient and easy to everything. Great food, music, lobby, pool, business center, you name it, they've got it. Reasonably priced, comfortable everything....

Lovely hotel, huge rooms, excellent facilities. Hotel was in a good location, about 5 minutes walk from a MRT station and raffles hotel. We only used the MRT a couple of times as it was very easy to walk to most places we wanted to visit!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before and have been satisfied. But this time I felt it was not up to scratch for what it cost. We requested a double bed and ended up with two singles. The wired internet is excessively expensive and the quality of room cleaning was sometimes less than expected for example no complimentary water bottles on several […] occasions. "Pan Pacific - cannot fault this hotel!"
Spotless hotel, very hard to fault, free wireless internet access was a bonus, excellent amenities - top notch fitness centre with the latest equipment, although there is a limited selection of weights/machines. Excellent pool. Stayed at level 25 room with a balcony - with breath-taking views of Marina Bay Sands, and the skyscrapers of the CBD. Complimentary […] chocolates on arrival and complimentary apples post-workout. The externally-facing glass elevator allows a view of the neighbouring hotels/pool on your way up to your room. Well appointed hotel close to the marina and shopping malls. The only downside to our stay was on the first morning having to spend 20 minutes queuing for breakfast; the hotel was very busy and the restaurant could not cope with the number of guests requiring breakfast. We were eventually directed to the Executive Club dining area which was fine but […] never the less would not expect a hotel of this class to allow the problem to arise in the first place. One has to bear in mind there is a 10% service charge and 7% GST added to all purchases eg. breakfast, drinks etc. which can add cost surprising quickly! Lisez la suite

Arrived on Xmas day for check-in and our room was not ready. The staff was extremely apologetic. They took our bags so we could explore until the room was ready and gave us a fantastic room with balcony and superior view as an upgrade and two free breakfasts. We arrived back 90 min. later and our bags had been delivered to the room. Again they were […] very apologetic.
