Really nice place to stay, very conveniently located for both tourism and business stays Rooms are quite spacious. Furniture is a little old but still very comfortable....

Bon emplacement. Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel près des stations de métro. Beaucoup de restaurants et d'autres commodités (cafés, marché, banques) dans les environs. Chambres très confortables et calmes. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Comme son nom l'indique, College Park est une ville universitaire. La population locale est en grande partie affiliée à l'Université du Maryland, campus en brique rouge de style colonial niché dans 505 hectares de verdure. "Shuttle to Metro"
We chose this place because it was close to Fort Mead and to the Washington DC metro. Once we were there, we parked our car and took the metro. It was so nice not having to drive anywhere. The setting is very nice and there is a TGIF restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and fairly new. I was able to get a four mile run outside. […] The neighborhood is very nice. "Very well maintained"

This was a great place to stay for going into DC while also avoiding the crowds and higher prices of staying right within DC. The free shuttle to the nearby metro station was a terrific service and the drivers were very friendly, courteous, timely, and accommodating. "Ok for the area"
Overall the hotel was fine for our overnight stay. We got in late, and were attended to quickly. The breakfast was, in my opinion, overpriced. The breakfast sandwich that my wife bought was disappointing, skimpy on the spinach, and the egg was wet and dripping making for a soggy sandwich.Avis véridique Expedia
"Sleep well here"
When it comes to hotels, how well I sleep overrules every other evaluation criterion. I have stayed at nearly all the hotels in this area (Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn) and I sleep better here than anywhere else. Unlike the "fancier" hotels in the area, they don't have the super-thick duvets and feather beds that make you sweat all night […] long. I've stayed here probably a dozen times, and the staff is always professional and courteous and the rooms clean. The only downside is that there's not much to eat nearby, unless you like TGI Fridays. The room's redesign is questionable. The lights are far too dim in the washroom, and the lack of a second mirror in the sleeping room was either an oversight or something that was blatantly missed. Also, the hotel failed to provide me with a receipt when requested stating something to the affect that because it was booked on-line they cannot provide […] a receipt. A receipt from the hotel is needed for reimbursement purposes during my business trips. Fortunately, this was not a business trip. "Very Bright rooms with a nice view"
I found the room to be very comfortable, bright, and inviting. The only. disappointment was that the refrigerator was missing. The Internet listing said we would have a refrigerator. We complain to the front desk and they gave us one. Upon arriving at our room we had noticed a refrigerator beside the door. It must have been ours that went to someone […] else. This hotel was amazing. The price was on the cheaper side yet the quality of the room, the location, and the customer service were superb. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The two of us had one room and it was just the right size. The location is right next to Greenbelt station which the hotel offers a free shuttle service to get there. From […] the Greenbelt station you can get to Washington DC in about 20-30 min. in non peak hours. (Between 9am to 4pm). Everything look newly renovated and nice as well. Room was very comfortable. Only king beds were available however. Doubles would have been better for our children, who were sharing a room. Beds were firm but comfortable. Was centrally located near all of my family member & did not have to go further than one hour to meet any of them which was good.
