très bonnes impressions de l'hôtel avec piscine intérieure couverte agréable en fin de journée. Malheureusement déçue par les environs de l'hôtel, peu de commerces ou de restaurants. par contre excellente situation à proximité des chutes et de rainbow bridge.

Hôtel très accueillant. La chambre était très agréable et propre. Cet établissement crée la différence en incluant un petit déjeuner buffet varié avec salade de fruits frais. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Ne pas hésiter à réserver.

Hôtel bien placé, personnel discret et sympathique. Petit déjeuner inclus à la Française où vous faites vous-même vos gauffres! Très bon rapport qualité pruix.

"Clean and well located"
Stayed 2 nights. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms...although well worn, pillow top comfortable beds, nice flat tv and great breakfast. Used the fitness room and all machines worked except one. People having a great time in the pool and some used the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the airport and malls.

I was very disapointed in this hotel. Cobwebs in corners, carpet dirty and pulling apart, stained couch, very loud and dirty bathroom door and fan. This hotel needs alot of attention. I will not stay at this property again.

Good hotel, great breakfast. Good location and price
Excellent value for the price. Very good breakfast although need more than one person replenishing food when they run out. That was a bit slow as there were so many ppl eating at the same time. great shopping+airport location several stays since 2005 and always good experience, found rooms always clean, food good, staff great, have stayed and used suttle to airport as well as stayed when wanted to shop in area priced right, not close to walk may places but if you are driving lots of shopping and eating places close to hiways would stay

Liked the room. Complementary breakfast was good. Rooms have refrigerator and microwave, so it is good for those travelling with infants and toddlers. Has a small pool. Very convenient location from Buffalo airport, 30 mins to Niagara falls.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our family often stays in the Buffalo area on our annual trip to northern Ontario and we have used a number of the local hotels. We chose the Comfort Suites Buffalo this year primarily based on price. However, we quickly found the low price to be just one benefit of this hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and […] responsive to all of our needs. The pool was clean and the water warmer than one usually finds in a hotel pool. The complimentary breakfast was great, including a make-your-own waffle station. Also, the common areas were cleaner than one usually finds in a pet-friendly hotel. Stayed for one night here, very satisfied although the pool heater was broken and was never fixed during the one day I was there. Overall very satisfied good fresh coffee and breakfast too, freindly staff.

Hotel personal were courteous & helpful from cashing our travellers cheques to drawing maps to a shopping center we were seeking. The room was equipped with a large screen TV, the bed was very comfortable and the airplanes overhead were almost indiscernible. At breakfast the scrambled eggs were a little dry but everything else including the waffles […] were quite good. "A decent budget choice"
This hotel was a nice inexpensive option. The room we had was a non smoking room, but was certainly a smoking room somewhere along the line. The place reeked. The air conditioner in the room worked on and off. But the bed and bathroom were clean, and the maid service was very good. The breakfast was basic and the dining area very small, but its nice […] to be able to grab something quickly. "Beds too soft - Not up to the quality expected at Comfoft Suites"
Not up to the quality of other Comfort Suites we have stayed at in the past. No elevator for second floor. Beds were too soft. Rooms need an update.

"Fine Hotel"
We were all pleased with our stay. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast Bar was great, well stocked & clean. I'd stay there again.

Good value for a suite hotel. Computer internet availability and free hot breakfast was a plus. Unfortunately, the staff would not accommodate request for additional sheets, bedding.

"Outstanding Service and Location"
The hotel mixed it up every morning for breakfast. One morning we'd have cold foods, donuts and waffles, the next would be scrambled eggs and bacon. Also, On Memorial Day I didn't get a chance to have dinner, so imagine my surprise to see Hotel Management bought an entire sheet pizza for its guests. That's service!
