Bonvecchiati Hotel - Venise

Hôtel que je recommande pour sa situation dans la ville et son accueil ... Place juste à côté d'un embarcadère de gondoles ... Pour le côté romantique ! Juste un reproche ... Qui semble être la caractéristique de l'hôtellerie italienne : très mauvaise isolation calorique et phonique de la chambre.

Hôtel très bien placé proche de St Marc et du rialto, hébergement correct avec chambre et sdb spacieuses. Petit déjeuner buffet varié et abondant. Un bémol pour le personnel de réception très indifférent , froid assez dédaigneux et ignorant totalement la présence des clients , vraiment dommage!!

Tres bon hotel très bien situé à Venise (central) Le service et l'accueil impeccable. Un peu de bruit le matin mais tout le reste sans points négatifs A recommander sans problème

Situation exceptionnelle à 200 mètres de la Place St Marc. L'équipe hôtelière très agréable, nous avons été très bien reçus par le manager. Je conseille la suite Junior au dernier étage avec vue imprenable sur les toits de Venise. Très bel hôtel !

Je tiens à préciser que c'est la premiere fois que je prends le temps de laisser des commentaires sur un hotel mais je voulais prévenir les futures personnes intéressées par une réservation. La situation de l'hotel est, à vrai dire, le seul point positif que nous avons réussi à trouver. Le rapport qualité prix est médiocre : certaines chambres doivent […] correspondre aux photos données sur le site mais ce n'est hélas pas le cas de celle où nous avons passé trois jours... La chambre était minuscule et vieillote... Pas d'eau chaude le matin.. pas de beignoire et une douche en carrelage digne d'une auberge de jeunesse..le petit déjeuner est exécrable : jus d'orange dilué dans de l'eau, omelette froide, ... Et le petit plus : travaux dans l'immeuble = bruit de perceuse à partir de 8h du matin tous les jours.... Hotel tres agréable juste à côté de la place Saint marc dans le coeur même de Venise. Le service est bien fait, le petit déjeuner est copieux. Par ailleurs les chambres ne sont pas exactement comme les photos du site. Mais pour deux trois jours cet hotel est parfait.

grand hotel luxieu mais reception assez froide "revenez a 14h30! et au fait vous etes dans l'annex!" mais a par cela hotel moderne et propre tres grande chambre (rare a venise) deco superbe mais moderne et assez impersonelle... un peut domage. petit dej' tres copieux et bon. emplacement absolument genial, 5 minute accademia/rialtto/san marc!!!

Enjoyed our stay at the Bonvecchiati hotel. It was a little noisy outside, but the location was very convenient.

rude receptionist...rooms are ok but not worth the money! location is very good,c lose to st marco and all the shops! really overpriced and not worth at all! when we arrived they put us in the anex although we booked for the hotel so had to go back and ask them to get a room in th ehotel...

Hey, it's Venice - it's old. The hotel is one that really tries to make the most of it's ancient roots. While the rooms were small, they were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING. It was a delight served in a light-filled room of amazing proportions. There was a huge variety of HIGH-QUALITY foods and very little "filler." Not so expensive, and very god service. They had wireless internet but quite expensive to use. Very nice breakfast buffe. Me and my wife loved it. No windows at the rom but we really liked the bathroom and its freshness. Really recomend this hotel Ps: very good location. A canal just behind the restaurant.

Great part of town. Exellent location close to St. Marco's Square. Queen bed was 2 twins pushed togethger.

THIS HOTEL WAS NOT A 4 STAR! IT WAS AT BEST A MOTEL RATED WITH 1.5 STARS! THE ONLY THING GOOD WAS THE BREAKFAST, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS DISGUSTING! THE ROOM WAS DATED AND THE BATHROOM HAD RUST STAINS! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! THE BED WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND IT SMELLED WEIRD...DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

This hotel I rated 3 stars because there was a smell in the hallways (probably because it is right on a canal) and the rugs are so worned in the hallways. My room the wooden floor was bucked and sticking up beside the bed (a safety hazard).... BUTTT...the hotel was 3-5 minutes walk to ST Mark square and in the middle of major shopping...OMG....the breakfast […] in the morning was pretty good...didn't try the resturant for dinner because it was so pricey...(like all the other resturants in Venice)...For the price I got from Hotel.com it was pretty good compared to my friend hotel which wasn't as nice. No internet access on the saperate building ( hotel has the other "wing" for traveler to stay, 3 minutes walk from the hotel main building), eventhough you pay but the internet is very jumpy! And also when I stayed there on the first night , there was no hot water for shower. Took almost an hour to fix it. Staff are very nice and efficient but the maintenance […] is not up to standard. This hotel is in a great location but that is about the only positive we found. Our room smelled moldy and was outdated/worn. Thin walls. The cleaning staff still came into our room even though our do not disturb sign was on the door. The only English channel was CNN and a snowy picture. One elevator was so small that it looked like a dumb waiter.

Lovely hotel, excellent location, good service but tiny room and really uncomfortable bed. Good value relative to other 4 star hotels but no experience of others to compare it with. Nice breakfast buffet but extra for anything cooked.

After roughing it for some days (nights) we decided to treat ourselves to a comfortable place for one night and paid up for this for star hotel in the heart of Venice. Reception and welcoming service was very good, the room was very small, but it was OK. However, at 1 AM the AC broke down with a deafening noise. The hotel were not able to fix it and […] did not offer any solutions of compensations other than a small, noisy desktop fan as replacement. This is a fairly well located hotel with about 100 rooms. The budget rooms are not very nice and they really try to get you to upgrade. Wifi Internet is not available and you can rent their computer with internet for a very high fee. In fact, selling cheap internet in Italy for a high price seems to be a nefarious business model for most hotels.

The hotel is less than 100 meters from St Mark's square. very convenience for someone like to look at Venice even after midnight. Safe neighborhood and the hotel was just renovated. Money was well spent.

Lovely hotel and location. Paid 50 Euros for upgraded room. Was early it would be 30 Euros. Could not use dinning room due to a party. Room has only half cleaned, still had previous used towels. Didn't notice until we getting ready to leave at 5AM. Asked for adjustment of upgrade fee at checkout. Unfortunately, the hotel said no.

the hotel was in a very very good location. its less than a minute away from the palace. and not far from rialto bridge. The free brekfust buffa was fantastic. and the staff where realy helpfull.

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms were small but realistically who is expecting a massive room in Venice. The buffet breakfast was the best part. So much food, awesome.

The first room they put us in smelled like an ash tray< even though the hotel is supposedly non-smoking. They were a bit reticent to change rooms for us but they did with a bit of prodding.

Just came back after staying there for 3 night, very convenient for everything, good breakfast, and just a very nice place to stay if you want to be close to all the happening places, I couldn’t believe how close it was to San Marc square, it was just about 2 or 3 minutes walk. If visiting Venice, this is a great hotel. I'm a slave to comfort and this place has all you need. Considering that most European hotels are smaller in space, this one exceeded he expectation. It was comfortable, in a great location..just a block away from St Marks square. Superb customer service. The front desk staff was extremely nice and assisted […] us with directions, free maps and willing to book any sites or call for taxis , etc. The hotel breakfast was wonderful! As described, a super location! Less than 5 minutes walk to St Marks sq. Hotel reception area, dining area and exterior were all nice and well kept, staff were extremely helpful and courteous, if I were to mention a downside, then it would be to say that the room we were in was pretty basic although clean.

the staff was very very nice. one person even walked us to a restaurant at night so we could find our way back. pretty cool. now onto the bad...ok, im not a person who ever needs all the bells and whistles at a hotel. if im in venice i sure aint spending the day in my lodge. however, on the "first floor" (actually the second level, common in europe), […] smelled like literal garbage. the room was beat up with ild furniture, stained carpets/wallpapers, TINY, and ugly. the shower was impossible to set the water temperature, but i wouldnt complain about that unless everything else was a let down also. would never stay here again. Godt hotell å bo på, utmerket frokost. Vær oppmerksom på at all internetttilgang må betales for med kredittkort, og bank-ID er nødvendig å ha for hånden. Ingen av de usikrede nettverkene i hotellets nærhet er gratis.

A localização deste Hotel é de facto fantástica, a menos de 1 minuto da Plaza San Marco e a menos do Hard Rock. A decepção será apenas a nível do quarto reservado, o qual nada tinha de comparável entre as fotos e a realidade. Muito pequeno, situado num edifício à parte do Hotel (numa "residência"), nada tinha de clássico ou antigo, e tão pouco de moderno. […] Apesar disso tinha 3 janelas sobre um canal... Em resumo, apenas não valerá o preço pedido. O Staff foi muito prestável. Verdade seja dita... pouco ou nada necessitamos, mas fica o apontamento. Não recomendo o quarto com tarifa intermédia. Lo único bueno que tenia era que estaba a 2 minutos de la Pza. San Marcos, pero para ser de 4 estrellas, las habitaciones eran pequeñísimas y muy antiguas. Y en cuanto al desayuno, era variado, pero los he visto más abundantes la mayoría de las veces en otros hoteles de 4 estrellas.

Hotellet er dejligt med god service og god beliggenhed. Internet fungerer rigtig dårligt og er dyrt - kom aldrig på. En el-kedel til at lave te og kaffe ville have været godt

Greit hotell, med god beliggenhet ift attraksjoner. Utmerket frokost. Litt små rom. Taxibåt ble benyttet fra parkeringsplass/jernbanen til og fra hotellet, rimeligere løsning vil være båtbuss og en liten spasertur.

Vi skulle være ett døgn i Venezia og ønsket å være i sentrum. Bonvecchiati hotell svarte til forventningene. To minutter fra Marcusplassen. Du kan ta båttaxi fra flyplassen direkte til en trapp ved hotellet.

Et virkelig dejligt hotel beliggende tæt ved Markus pladsen. Grundet byens popularitet forventede vi en lavere standard og service, men det var heldigvis ikke tilfældet. Vi havde bestilt et "Superior room". Godt værelse med fin udsigt og ingen lyd fra naboværelser overhovedet. Kan varmt anbefales.

サンマルコ広場からとても近く、リアルト橋などへのアクセスも良く観光にとても適していました。 グラスなどのお土産を買ってから一度部屋に置きに戻ったりできたのも便利でした。 朝食ビュッフェもなかなか種類豊富で美味しかったです。 建物自体は歴史のある古いものだったと思いますが、部屋の中は清潔で行き届いていました。 私たちが今回滞在した部屋がレセプションから遠い部屋だったので通路がやや複雑だったりしましたが、とくに不満な点はありませんでした。 十分満足のできるレベルのホテルです。
