"Consistently high quality service"
Small, but clean rooms. Main dining area often gets booked up due to reasonable price (by Tokyo standards) and quality of their buffet breakfasts and lunches. I lived in Tokyo for over 20 years and this is my old neighborhood. ANA is centrally-located with plenty of transportation options, including convenience to many subway lines.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"The manager made the difference!"
We are an American family of 6 staying in Japan for the first time. The manager, I believe his name was Randall made us feel welcomed and assisted us with our countless questions about the area. We had adjoining rooms which is very uncommon in ASIA. The rooms were perfect for the 6 of us!Avis véridique Hotels.com
"Convenient location"
Very well presented, comfortable hotel, conveniently located close to the metro station. Great concierge service. The fact that it is a stop on the bus limousine service line when coming in from Narita airport is a bonusAvis véridique Hotels.com

"Not the first choice, but a good hotel"
We stayed at several good hotel during our time in Japan. The Prince Park Tower in Tokyo and the Granvia in Kyoto by far surpassed the Intercontinental in service quality and attitude, ambience, and value for money. This hotel is absolutely a luxury hotel, but it seems it is the lazy choice for westerners visiting Tokyo, and the service is a bit lazy […] too. Room service order that arrives cold, breakfast placement far away from buffet and service because they did not clear tables fast enough. Yeah, it's a hard knock life, I know. But the point is, if you look for a luxury hotel frequented primarily by Japanese, such as Prince Park Tower or Granvia, you get Japanese service, i.e. perfect service with a smile and a bow. That said, the concierge service was personal and top notch. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com
The location could be better. Although the hotel is located right next to the subway station, you need to walk a bit to get to where all the restaurants are. The hotel is clean but some upgrades are necessary.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Great business hotel and good location"
This is a nice, clean business hotel with a great location as it is close to Akasaka, Roppongi and two metro stations. I would definitely stay here again. Only catch is the extras - wifi and meals - are very expensive so I don't think I would stay on my own but for business it's great.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Nice but expensive"
It's a very nice hotel. Great location for what I needed work-wise, overall great facilities (the gym is great ...nice equipment and very clean). The only reason I would not give it a 5.0 is the price of things ...more specifically the restaurants (I know it's Tokyo) but the breakfast buffet while good and plentiful ...is very expensive, and the dinner […] buffet as well as room service is over the top expensive (in the $90.00 range for a very simple meal and a small sparkling water for example). "Do not believe the pictures you see on this hotel."
I would not stay in this hotel again. The room is smelly. The front desk was impolite. The website pictures are decieving, big and modern but instead the room was small and dirty. Make sure you request for a non smoking room but according to front desk you can only request if it is available. The location is excellent. Ten minutes walk to Roppongi. […] About one hour direct bus ride from Narita airport. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

"Well located if one uses Tokyo Metro"
The hotel is very well maintained despite it being a relatively "aged" hotel but everything is so well-maintained and kept! Makes you feel at home and staff are very warm and friendly. Definitely will stay there again.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"Nice hotel"
The service was great and the upgrade package to the club level is well worth the price. I would have liked to have had a slightly larger bathroom but other than that, the hotel and it's staff are tremendous. I would stay there again.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Cherry blossom time in Tokyo"
A great hotel in which I have stayed 5 times since 1992 and used the facilities when I was an expatriate resident in Tokyo many time . It has been upgraded well over the years and is of international standard. The only issue is the absurd price of its food and beveragesAvis véridique Expedia

"there's some communication problem internally.."
Unluckily the TV in my room did not work. It is all right to having that kind of technical problem. But the nightmare was afterward,, I needed to explain 5 times exactly same things to each different department or division people. On the inter phone first, then transferred to the other speaker, needed to explain from the beginning again, Surprisingly […] 15 mins later the worker arrived then he has not heard anything then saying "how can I help you? shower trouble??" like that. I am too tired to explain another 2,,, very bad.,, I do not think they communicating well internally.. I am Japanese and could speak through in Japanese of course but I wondered if foreign people would have further difficulties with them, I am sure.. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Expedia
"Excellent location, service, environment"
The ANA Intercontinental is very conveniently located to restaurants, shops, the American Embassy, the Diet, and the JETRO facilities (next door). The food and drinks are expensive within the hotel. For example, a cup of coffee in the lobby bar was $19.50. The morning breakfast buffet was $46.50 per person. The charge for internet service per day was […] also $19.50. Fortunately, a fee paces away from the hotel are a number of reasonably-priced restaurants. A French bistro less than 50 feet from the hotel charged $23.70 for a chicken Caesar salad and a glass of house wine. I would stay at the ANA Intercontinental again, but would explore the neighbor for food. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

"ANA InterContinental Tokyo"
The room and hotel condition, though not new, are in good condition. For a Tokyo hotel, the size is big enough for 3 persons. The included breakfast or lunch is a good deal. We had a wonderful lunch at the Steak House...and it was already included.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"ANA Intercontinental Hotel Tokyo"
The ANA Intercontinental Tokyo is beautiful and the staff was excellent. The rooms are large by Japanese standards. American visitors should however, brace themselves for the prices of food and drink in this hotel. Tokyo is a very expensive city, and the hotel is no exception by any means. Soft drinks and coffee are well over $15 for a very small serving […] or one cup coffee. An ala-carte serving off the restaurant menu, such as spaghetti, over $25 for ONLY that. If you are budget minded, plan to eat elsewhere. The hotel was very convenient for our purposes, with a subway right outside the building. If you are wanting to shop though, it is a good 20 minute walk to Roppongi, and there is not much otherwise near the hotel. The walk is very nice, in December/Jan, brisk cold wind but sunny and pleasant. Don't miss the Mori Tower, best view of Tokyo and the bay. Go late in day for sunset. Nice walk or quick cab. "Intercontinental service appreciation"
After arriving our first day and having two cups of drip coffee for $24 I was prepared for the worst. Instead things got better. Although I far prefer the Cerulean we had an upgrade to a decent room at the Intercontinental. Our conference was based there so it was convenient. Other hotels in the area were not significantly cheaper and there are more […] interesting areas of the city and would have preferred the conference focus elsewhere. THat being said we were on a whirlwind tour of asia and rebooked for a two night stay on our return trip and the hotel kept half our luggage until we returned. That alone made our trip much more pleasant. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com
"Location Location Location"
The ANA InterContinental Tokyo is close to the Imperial Palace, Ginza and subway stations. Most importantly, the adjoining Ark Hill shopping complex provides an excellent place for dinning. There are quite a few authentic Japanese restaurants as well as western style restaurants and bars in the complex. The prices are inexpensive and food quality is […] excellent. The facilities and services of the hotel are what you would expect for a five star hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

"Wonderful Hotel - InterContinental ANA Tokyo"
Tokyo city is a place you would like to come back again. It is so clean and safe, and very unique in its own way. The hospitality and politeness is something you won't see in other countries. "Nice stay"
I enjoyed the hotel. The lack of a spa/steam room /sauna was an issue for me but hey I knew that going in. The food is expensive but the hotel is close to other options like Starbucks next door for coffee. One really bad part in my option. I felt ripped off. I had a cigar in the cigar bar and was STUNNED to get a 800 yen charge on my bill as a "music" […] charge because some woman was playing the piano. That made me angry. Totally undisclosed charge prior to being served an the guy would not remove it because" he is sure I enjoyed the music". Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Expedia

"Good Spot for Roppongi Travel"
This is a nice hotel, located right next to the Roppongi Ichitome subway station. It is also 4-5 blocks from the Kamiyacho Subway station. Technically it's not in Roppongi (it's in Asakusa) but it is an easy 1.5km walk to the Roppongi Hills, and you can also get there via the Kamiyacho station Hibiya Line (1 stop to Roppongi station). Both lines give […] easy access to the bulk of the Tokyo subway system. The hotel itself is fairly large, with a good selection of bars and restaurants. The rooms are nice as well, quiet, comfortable, and fairly generously sized by Tokyo standards. Like all upscale hotels in Tokyo, this hotel is very expensive, but cheaper than some other options nearby (Grand Hyatt especially). This hotel seems to match prices with the nearby Hotel Okura, which is also nice (but I prefer this one). Watch out though - pool and gym access is not included generally (which seems to be the case everywhere in Japan). Expect to pay an additional 1000 - 1500 yen to use the gym or pool (price is per use unfortunately). Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com
"5-star status questionable"
While clean and had good service, the hotel was not to Intercontinental/ 5-standards, with rooms needing a makeover. The hotel was conveniently located, steps away from a subway stop and lots of restaurants. For those needing a break from Japanese cuisine, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant is located a block up the street.Avis véridique Expedia
