"Clean and Convenient Rest"
The hotel is new or newly renovated and very clean from lobby to rooms. The beds had good quality linens and were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The shower was one of the most beautiful experiences I have had in my entire life. Lots of settings with great water pressure and heat. Clean fluffy towels. Large flat screen tv with a soothing sound […] and photo on the home screen. Continental breakfast was great as well. Complete with everything from bagels and yogurt to waffles and danishes. "Nice hotel - Great staff"
Was very pleased with this hotel. We didn't specify a fridge or microwave when we made our reservation and the room they had for us didn't have them, but when I asked if there were any rooms available that had these extras we were re-assigned to a room that had them at no extra charge. We had an unexpected extra person with us, so we asked if a roll […] away bed could be provided and within 15 minutes it was in the room. Again no extra charge and this place was also pet friendly, which worked great for us as we didn't plan this trip ahead of time and didn't have time to kennel our dog as we would usually do. The rooms were clean. staff was very friendly. the continental breakfast was very good. would definitely stay there again
"Pretty good stay"
We stayed at this hotel during the Thanksgiving holiday. It is right off the Interstate which is a plus. We also travel with our dog and the hotel was very accomodating. We were on a floor where there were several other guests staying with dogs which I thought was very considerate of the other guests.

"LaQuinta Inn in Kingsport, TN"
This stay was my very first in your establishment; I must admit, this "once a Marine, always a Marine" was very impressed! Your rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will share my experience with others and visit again. Thank you for such a pleasent stay. Even my two children, ages 16 and 6, were highly satisfied! Thanks

"If you end up in Kingsport.."
Was on a road trip and thought this wouldn't be so quaint. Nice spot right off highway and was lovely staff waiting for us late at nite, just as in the early morning. Nice facility and spent first night w/ my new puppy thanks to the 'pets allowed' policy. It was comfy and recommend highly for the price.

was in a non smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke; rooms were all booked so we couldn't be moved; staff sprayed room, but it wasn't enough; this is a problem that should have been noticed at cleanup and taken care of--won't go back
"FYI - airport exit hard to find in the dark"
If you fly into Tri-Cities airport at night the exit is not well marked. You need to make left turns out of the rental car lot so you can find the road to the hotel. Right turns will take you the wrong way to nowhere. Cracker Barrel and Krystal are right next door to the hotel.

amazing value for the asking rate. we plan on staying here every visit. Kids had a blast with the outdoor pool. Very clean and room service were efficient.

I booked this hotel on the basis of price and I was pleasantly surprised. It was fresh, well maintained and all-round a good choice.

This hotel was in very good condition and I was quite suprised at how crisp/clean the lobby appeared. Unfortunately, they could not honor our non-smoking request, which is frustrating when the room is prepaid. I recommend that future guests concerned about this call in advance if they are going to be late. NOTE that the seond floor is a mix of non smoking […] and smoking (with smoking on one side of the hall and non-smoking on the other) which of course does not really achieve much separation. "bad smell room"
Unpleasant smell and some dirty spots on beds. I will not visit this hotel again!
"1 Night stay"
My family and I were in town for the Drag race, needed a place to stay for the night the room was very clean every staff member we encountered was more than courteous. The overall location was ok close enough to the tracks that driving you can be there in about 10-15 min depending on traffic, yet it was far enough away to allow peace and quiet from […] the events. "Exceptional Customer Service"
You could not ask for a more friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The level of service they provide is rarely seen outside of high end resort/boutique hotels and I should know since I own a resort hotel and know the challenges they face. Special thanks to Genna (housekeeping), Sandra, and Tricia (front desk), and the nice lady who was in charge […] of the breakfast buffet. I spent 4 nights at the hotel while in town to arrange and attend the funeral of a relative. I was so impressed with the hotel staff that I reserved additional rooms for other out of town guests. Some of these guests arrived the day of the funeral and needed an early check in so they could dress for the afternoon service. The staff happily accomodated this request. Staff at this motel were helpful. Facility had a good buffet breakfast. Recommend asking for an even numbered room not facing the street. There is a fair amount of traffic noise in the odd numbered rooms.

Stopped for the night as a stopover on a road trip. Clean, comfortable, and relatively new. The best of the 3 hotels in the 2-2.5 star range I've stayed in in the tri-cities area.

"A great La Quinta"
I typically stay at La Quinta's because I travel with my dog. This one was better than most because they had the waffle maker at breakfast, and longer bfast hours than other hotels. Also enjoyed the security feeling of inside entry doors instead of a motel feel. A good hotel at a good price!
"Convenient and Clean Hotel near Tri-Cities Airport"
Everything was great, easy to find from airport, easy check-in, restaurant next door, gas station across the street. Room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay there again.

"Convenient Hotel"
The hotel is just off the highway, comfortable and clean but could use some updating. A Cracker Barrell is next door and convenient for dinner. Hotel breakfast had a little bit of everything. The front desk was also very helpful in directing us to a 24 hour clinic nearby.

"Convenient hotel - nice staff"
We chose this hotel for the convenience to the interstate on a long trip home - the staff was extra helpful with everything that we needed. The room was well appointed although the bathroom left a little to be desired. Overall, it was great for what we needed.

This is a GREAT hotel for overnights & lay-overs from Tri-Cities Airport, TN. Even though there was a dog show going on in the area, and I asked not to be close to any dogs during my stay, I didn't hear a "peep" out of any dogs the whole entire time. "About what I expected"
This was a cheap hotel close to an unkown airport. At first I was surprised it was such a good deal, and perhaps I had been avoiding La Quinta for a while based on an unfounded bias. Of course, then I found the desk was cracked/broken, a few outlet covers were broken, and the carpert wasn't great. Not the nicest hotel I'd stayed in for the past 24hrs, […] however it certainly did the job as a bed close to the airport for an early morning flight. Lisez la suite
