Tout était super bien Rapport qualite prix incroyable même le petit dejeuner était inclus et excellent ! Le seul petit point négatif le chauffage dans la chambre était trop bruyant obligés de l'éteindre le soir et donc froid le matin même avec une deuxième couverture !

Superbe prestation. Pour une somme plius que raisonnable nous avons eu une suite enorme tres confortable et bien equipee, un fitness center, une pisicne avec spa chauffe, un terrain de basket, des PC avec Internet gratuite, le wifi gratuit, une laverie a 1 USD, les jurnaux gratuits, le petit dejeuner buffet et les repas du soir 5 jours sur 7 tous copieux et varies. Je recommande chaudement cet hotel. Superbe rapport qualite / prix.

une famille avec au mons 5 enfants utilisait la piscine intérieure et des plongeons, pourtant interdits avaient lieu , nous eclaboussant avec des cris permanents ce qui nous a amené a retourner rapidement dans notre chambre

"poor"
Arrived to a somewhat friendly atmosphere, checked into the room only to find 4 moths flying around, tried to call front desk twice with no answer. The front desk, greeted you in english but spoke spanish after making me feel like they were saying something about me. Checked out and complained about the moth problem and lady at front desk blamed the […] problem on the city being infested....would not recommend to anyone. Lisez la suite

The hotel was good the customer service was not as i checked in the hotel hostice seem to be ina bad mood and very much not enjoying her job
"A little disappointed"
Over all the hotel was ok but it was the little things that fell short that disappointed us. First we weren't told that our reservation through Hotel. Com didn't include the water park tickets those would be extra. Also we were in Albuquerque for a surgery, had a flollow up appointment the next day when we called to ask for a later check out they told […] us that the only way they would do that is if they charged us for it. "Hotel Review"
Bad, very bad. My granddaughter got an asthma attack in their fifly pool. Since the water park was not open we just went home. Staff very rude also
"Don't call unless you're going to do something"
This hotel has seen better days but the room was nice, still can't believe hotels still have the old bulky TV sets. The hotel is very big and navigating around was a chore. The attending staff was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I checked in an the attendant did not give me a map, I had to actually ask her where the room was located. I was […] placed in a room that was had a facing sliding door into the hallway and was near the ice machine, heard it all night. The attendant called about 20 mins later and I informed her of the room and she said she would get back to me...never heard from her again. The pool was okay but the hot tub was not HOT, and there was a sign that indicated there was nothing to be done about it. There is a waterpark at this location but it costs extra to enter it and the second floor entrance is scary......Not a good experience at this location.... Lisez la suite

First of all, the water park is not open on weekdays and Hotels.com does not tell you. The hotel clerk told me the wrong information as to when the hotel pool opens. "Park Inn and watermark"
This used to be a nice hotel. Rundowned room. Waterpark isn't open during the week and that was huge disappointment to my kids. They reassured there was indoor pool. It was cold and dark. Hot tub was broken. Rooms have creepy sliding doors in addition to the main door. Safety concerns with that. "BEWARE OF BEING RIPPED OFF!!!!"
Because we purchased our room through Hotels.com, the water park was NOT included in the price. They wanted us to payan extra $40 PER CHILD for our kids to be able to go to the water park. There was no indication of this on the Hotels.com webpage. In fact, the water park is listed as an amenity on Hotels.com website. When I called to complain Hotels.com […] blamed the motel and the motel blamed Hotels.com. I was told I wasn't the first customer that this has happened to. The motel assured me that they would contact Hotels.com and make it more apparent that the water park is not included. That hasn't happened yet. I also asked for a copy of the email that was going to be sent and never received one. I would never stay at this motel again. They should charge a higher price through hotels.com and include the waterpark or Hotels.com should make it very clear that the waterpark is not included in their price! Lisez la suite
Toilets were plugged, very old hotel, needs updating, indoor pool was really cold. Water park was expensive. I will never go back.

Very disgusted with this hotel. Website and hotels.com showed there was water park onsite and was opened to only hotel guests. When arrived was told we did not have access to water park and it was an additional fee. If would have known that would have stayed somewhere else. Rooms were alright. Beds were horrible. It was a ok stay. The sliding glass door didn't slide at all. The room had a funny smell too it. And early in the night we heard a really load boom, idk what it was. They have a indoor water park. But you need too buy the package too enjoy it. I wish someone would of told me about this, hotel.com or the inn. The beds where sleep number. That was cool.
