Hôtel bien situé et accueil très agréable. Toutefois, le son de l'ascenseur "ding" s'entend parfaitement depuis les chambres justes à côté. A part ça, très bon hôtel. Je le recommanderai à tous.

Travelodge Edmonton West se trouve à Edmonton (West Edmonton Mall), à proximité des sites suivants : West Edmonton Mall, Galaxyland et World Waterpark. Les sites Fort Edmonton Park et University of Alberta se trouvent également à proximité.

"Not worth the price"
I would recommend paying the extra 20-30 dollars for a better quality hotel. No complimentary breakfast.... beds adequate. Linen questionable. Rooms smelled funny. First room we were given was not even cleaned. Elevators are scary.... Stay somewhere else
Very good except the space of the room is quite small.
Loved the fact that they had smoking rooms and the hottub was amazing. Great after a full day of shopping. We were not thrilled with the smittys rest, we went for muffins and coffee and was told there was no muffins cuz they didnt feel like making any. Hmmm

Not real happy - would not stay there again. The staff was pleasant, the hotel was somewhat run down but clean. The pool facility was clean. The area surrounding the hotel was somewhat sketchy, and we did not feel comfortable letting our 12 year old son and 15 year old daughter exit our room without us. There was a gentleman in the lobby, I think he […] was a patron, with a large black dog that would lunge and snap at people and it didn't seem to be an issue with the front desk staff. The dog was on a leash but did lunge at me and other customers walking by. Very creepy. Outside the hotel there seemed to be groups of people loitering about who were also a little sketchy - I'm not sure if they were patrons of the hotel or not. The hotel was connected to a Smitties which we had breakfast at and the food was good. The price was great, and we were not looking for a five star hotel, but I don't think I would recommend this hotel to friends or family, because everything seemed to be a bit too seedy and we felt unconfortable outside of our room. We enjoyed our stay overall. The only thing is that the room was kind of small. It was great that there was the pool and slide, but it was always packed full of people. It was conveniently located to all the locations we had to go to. and the restaurant was nice to have attached. We would stay here again. Don,t let the pictures on the site fool you. The rooms don,t look anything like them. They are old rooms. Very out-dated and in dire need of renovations.Where I thought I would be saving money by booking through hotels.com, it cost more. On top of what I paid for my rooms on line, I had to pay an extra fifty dollars per room for incidentals. The pool […] was also very cold, as well as the whole waterpark. I thought for the rate we got for the room was very good. The pool and hot tub were good the waterslide was very cold though still had fun. Close to the west edmonton mall and we will likely stay there again. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but for the price it was o.k.
Loud elevator felt as though it was going to drop from the sky every ride, rooms smelled like old cigarette smoke. Hallways dirty and in need of new flooring. Not worth the 100 plus fee.

Our room we had for 2 nights... bathroom shower had hair and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever...floor needed to be vaccumed also. Window wouldnt close was freezing when we came back to the room around 9pm...heat didnt work great to counter act the window being stuck open an inch. Elevator may need service???

This Hotel has the ability to be so much more!! It's not new or fancy and it's a little out of the way, a couple of blocks or so. It has an awesome pool and waterslide and you can't beat the price;)

The room was very hot and had to keep a window open even with the heat turned off. If you like it hot hot then this room is for you. I had requested a queen size bed and upon seeing it, it was the size of a large Double bed. It is good for one large person or two tiny people (or children). I also found myself very itchy at night and believe I was allgeric […] to the blanket or laundry soap they used. Didn't have this itchy issue the last time I stayed at this hotel. Rooms where dirty, carpet was stained. The pool was dirty when kids won't even go in you know its bad. I even checked for bed bugs thats how dirty it felt.

We stayed at this hotel and while it was fairly convenient to where we wanted to go in Edmonton, it stunk like cigarette smoke everywhere except our room, although there was a certain funk in there too. The staff was great, and the bed was comfortable, and the price was right, but the property needs better maintenance, and the smell was offensive, even […] on our non-smoking floor. Great place to stay! Kids loved the water park, definetly going to stay here again!!
It's in a good location for West Ed and not a bad drive to IKEA, which is why we went for the weekend. It's not the best hotel but if you aren't spending a lot of time there, the price is right.

If I had seen the restaurant prior to ordering room service, I NEVER would have ordered food ... it was none too appetizing. The food was good, the food was hot. pool didnt work everyday and the slide water was too cold like the main pool. i was not compasated for for these loses as my child could not enjoy her stay in great comfort, which was the service we paid for.not the discomfort we recieved.

Stayed for four days and had lukewarm water the whole time. Plus, the room walls are paperthin.
