hôtel plutôt confortable mais mal situé. de plus l'isolement phonique des chambres laisse à désirer tout comme les conseils de la réception.

Prestation de qualité au bord d'une baie bleue turquoise. La piscine est superbe, le petit-déj et les buffets sur la plage sont d'une grande qualité.

Hôtel réputé dans tout Lombok et pour cause: les petits-déjeuners sont sensationnels, la piscine est magnifique et la proximité immédiate de la plage rend le cadre idyllique. Il est toutefois déplorable pour un hôtel de cette gamme que la plage soit autant jonchée de détritus dès qu'on arrive dans l'eau.

Sheraton Senggigi is an outdated old-fashioned hotel. Everything looks old and it's obvious that it wasn't refreshened for a long time! There are big issues : a lot of condensation and humidity on the walls, the rooms were not engineered keeping in mind the humid climate, even the bed wasn't completely dry! There are absolutely no difference between […] the deluxe and the superior room, except the lcd 42" flatscreen. If you don't go on holidays to watch TV, it's completely useless!!! The bar is very expensive (Cocktails are at the same price or even more expensive than in Europe) and very old-fashioned too (the sofas looked like they were 30 years old!). The pool is great, and service is good. The staff is friendly most of the time (especially one lady at the reception). But it's not enough to justify the price and the fact that it looks too old. My friends and i booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves. We would recommend this place. The airport is about an hour away from the resort. - We called them 3 times to arrange for transportation from the airport to the hotel. The first 2 times, we were told by the person on the phone that it will be arranged […] and they would send us an e-mail as confirmation. None came. When we called back, we discovered no booking was made. Only on the 3rd call on the day of departure to Lombok did we manage to book the transport. Follow-up could have been better. Our flight arrived ini the evening and since we weren't familiar with Lombok and there were 9 of us, we didn't want to take the taxis in the middle of the night when the hotel was about an hour away from the airport. The drivers that we had during our stay there were helpful and chatty and provided us with some local information. Rooms - One of our rooms leaked water from the ceiling. The floor above had a water tank or something and it burst. And so the ceiling leaked... twice. The first time they fixed it. The second time it leaked, they found us another room although initially they did say that the resort was full and there were no available rooms.... They were apologetic and helpful during this process. - Our pillows had a musty smell on the first night but they were fine subsequent nights after housekeeping was done. Other than that, the rooms were clean and comfortable and we were generally quite happy with them. Some might find the wooden furniture and closet a little old-looking but it was fine for us. Food - Food was decent both in terms of quality and quantity although i was expecting better. It won't win any awards though. Some might find it bland. Spa - We enjoyed ourselves. They had a good selection of treatments and massages. Most of us fell asleep during our massages halfway through and we had multiple sessions during out stay there. We arrived from the new airport late in the evening but still manged to have a shower and a lovely meal on our terrace overloking the beautiful landscaped gardens before sleeping.

The hotel is at a convenient location as a base for activities around Lombok although it is now quite some distance from the new International Airport. My room was upgraded to a suite that was simply delightful and contributed to a great stay. The staff were fantastically pleasant and courteous. I must say Sheraton's staff was very dedicated to the […] extent my driver came to work although he was sick. Which was not good as I must have gotten a little sick from that. Feb 2012 We have recently returned from a five day break in the Senggigi shearaton Longbok. We found the Hotel to be well run and the customer service v good. The breakfast was first rate with a wide range of both Western and Indonesian food . The locality is quite but there are a few bars and restaurants within five minutes walk of the Hotel. Easy […] access to the Gili Islands by boat from Senggigi , however check the weather before you go as the trip can be rough and the local boats are small. Also be aware that the new airport is now around a hour and a half away from the Hotel by taxi it will cost between £10 / £15 depending on your barging skills. It is convenient to stay in Sheraton Senggigi. It is affordable for big groups and family, personal is friendly and helpful. It is also convenient for business trip. But it is not a 5stars hotel and rather a 3stars hotel. Food acceptable but nothing in particular.

1. price is reasonable 2. lobby, garden, breakfast, pool are 5 star standard 3. room a bit old. 4. close to senggigi beach and many good restaurant nearby 5. the key is whether you like senggigi or not. if like, then recommend this hotel.

Fantastic resort to go and relax. There are sufficient things to do if you want to venture from the resort but if not - the staff are very friendly and willing to help out at all times. Rooms are very clean and being maintained constantly. The food is very good and a mix of traditional and standard. Best features are the friendly staff, the relaxing […] atmosphere, the pool and the fact that the hawkers have an agreement to not approach the beach area where the motel is situated. When we arrived the Bell Boys were nowhere to be seen and so we carried our own bags up one flight of stairsa to reception. Reception was fast and courtious but did not inform us about breakfast.The hotel is dirty. Our bathroom had mould growing in it and the shower was filthy and did not provide a constant water temperature. Cobwebs were present throughout […] the room and the floors had not been washed for quite some time. There was mould growing on the bedroom wall and drinks splash marks up the walls that had not been removed. The aircon did not work well and so the room was hot and sticky. The pool was clean but there are insufficient sun beds and so people start to save them before 7am. The quality of food was not that of other Sheraton hotels. The staff were pleasant and helpful if sometimes a little over friendly. The spa was disorganised as I booked a treatment two days in advance and when I arrived they told me they had run out of the products needed for the treatment- they had not bothered to call my room in advance to let me know or offer an alternative. Hotel is not bad. Nice Pool and direct view to the beach. except The bathroom needs some renovation. My suggestion is the walls need to be put granite tiles all over the wall in the bathroom.

Hotel was beautiful: room was great and also the garden of hotel was great as the swimming pool, restaurants, etc. Prices were high for Indonesian level but still cheaper than in Europe for example. Room was reasonably priced. Prices of the wines were rediculous: cheapest glass of house wine was 110.000 IDR = ~9euro. Elsewhere in restaurants the same […] wine cost around 50.000 IDR. Senggigi beach was really beautiful and also they kept it clean in hotel area. There were not that many services nearby the hotel but everything that we needed was there. Few restaurants, tour organisers, shop, etc. If travelling to Lombok island from Bali, speedboat or airplane is very recommandable. From Senggigi beach to Seminyak beach with speedboat it cost 800.000 IDR (~67e): first with minibus to harbor (45min), then speedboat to Badangbai harbor / Bali (1h15min) and again with minibus to Seminyak beach (1h). With public ferry it takes even 4h longer and costs maybe 400.000 IDR if travelling with taxi in both ends (Ferry ticket 36.000 IDR / person). Amount of Gekko lizards was HUGE. Not recommandable hotel for anyone who has any problem with them. When it was dark: lizards were in every wall and everywhere. Twice in five days we had to get hotel personnel to hunt a gekko from our room... Lisez la suite

My stay at the Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort was superb. Love the environment of the resort. Staffs are all very friendly and welcoming. Not forgetting, helpful. Overall, it was an awesome short getaway indeed.

After several days of being on the Gilli Islands with either no air-con, or saltwater showers, or simply spartan accommodations, we checked in here to get a bit of Western comfort; and all I can say is - Wow! Quality beds and bedding, great location, beautiful grounds, awesome pool, and a friendly and competent staff. And the included breakfast buffet […] was the best food we had on our entire Indo trip. There are other nice hotels at which to stay in Senggigi, with similarly nice amenities and beachside locations. But we checked them all out, and nothing (especially at the price) compares to the Sheraton. Don't think about it, just book it. Especially if you're traveling with a romantic partner. We moved from a very upmarket B&B on the Hill to the Sheraton as it had the perfect location for us.The beach is quiet with no hawkers out the front which allows you to relax but if you just step next door you can shop (with them if you want to) and there are some lovely restaurants. All of the staff were very friendly, even the reception staff which […] you don't find at all hotels. The breakfasts were fantastic and the waiters went out of their way to help us. The gardens were the best part for us as they are just beautiful and we awoke on our last morning to see one of the gardeners climbing a very tall palm to clean it. He did an amazing job with such skill. There is free wifi in the lobby too which was a nice touch and the gym was well equipped and not busy. It is an older hotel but has a lot of charm, is very clean and the rooms have a high level of comfort with lovely soft king size beds. It has a comforting old worldy feel. All in all i thoroughly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again!. Lisez la suite

During the three nights stay in the Hotel from October 31st up to November 3rd, we were very pleased and satisfied in everything the Hotel staffs has been rendered.

after travelling across Indonesia I found the food in the hotel restaurants to be extremely expensive in comparison. The included breakfast though was excellent.

The hotel provides a comprehensive service for your stay. It was very well kept and the staff were lovely. It is quiet and very pleasant.

great location since there is no noise from the mosques. beautiful pool area and excellent food. would stay there again

Best hotel in Senggigi, while the hotel is quite old it has been maintained very well, the staff were all very nice and helpful. It was close to all the best bars and restaurants, local art market and boat captains to hire a boat to the Gili islands. Would certainly stay there again.

What a pretty hotel.. beautiful gardens.. My only complaint really was in took 45 minutes to check in..we had been allocated a 3rd floor room in the car park and i asked if it were possible to have a room on a lower level as i have a knee injury.. It became very problematic.. And SURLY...I was informed that they were fullybooked and i can not change.. […] basicaly it was tough luck.. when i asked if any thing else was available he decided that they were no longer fully booked and could show me an alternative room.. And i took the room on the second flor as i felt this had gone on long enough. He then rang the room and told me the room i had chosen was more expensive.. I told him it was not my problem as this is the room he allocated to me. The next day he called my husband over to reception and informed him in indonesian [ thinking i would not understand] that he did not appreciate being told it was not my problem. his attitude toward us left a lot to be desIred . the hotel was very plesant but we avoided the reception area from then on. My family and I have just returned from a wonderful vacation at the Senggigi Beach Sheraton. Relaxing around a beautifully landscaped pool and beach area, is very easy and enjoyable. The food was delicious, with many traditional foods on offer. (I would recommend the traditional cooking class!) Sheraton located near the art market, restaurant and mini market. You can take a boat to Gili directly from hotel beachfront. We take take the tour from tour desk at the lobby, it cost more but we feel more secure. You can also take horse carriage (Cidomo) to the restaurant area. We recommend Yessi Cafe n Bumbu Cafe. Everything was fine except for the prices of the restaurant and cocktails. Okay, it is Sheraton but it should not be so expensive in Indonesia. We chose this hotel just to relax. If you expect more, don't go there as there is nothing to do arround except the volcano at 40 kms from the hotel. Staff was nice and breakfast generous and good.

Really very nice hotel, with on a good location in Senggigi. Very nice and clean rooms. Very good breakfats (buffet). Beautiful gardens. Nice swimming-pool and private beach. Nice staff. The hotel lies next to the centre of Senggigi, apart from the noise. We really appreciate our stay there (although we didn't like Lombok).

we stayed there specially just wanna enjoy the hotel.. and its really worthed, the view was very nice.. the pool was very cozy.. with the beach surraounded. and the food were excelent too.. reasonable price and we recommended the lasagna. have a try, so u will agree with me. Bra hotell med trevlig personal. Priserna på dryck var dock höga. Det fanns många restauranger i närheten, så man var inte tvungen att stanna och äta på hotellet. Rummen var lite slitna, men vi rekommenderar hotellet!
