Dans l'ensemble bonne prestation général, hotel vieillissant et point important: pas de petit déjeuner possible dans l'hotel. Deux solutions: prendre un café dans la boutique rattachée à l'hotel ou traverser la rue pour avoir un bon petit déjeuner entre 10 et 20€ selon.

Le centre-ville de Seattle s'étend de Puget Sound au site historique de Pioneer Square au sud et au quartier branché de Belltown au nord. Entre les deux, des tours de bureaux, des arcades commerçantes et des appartements en brique bordent les avenues verdoyantes. Le centre de congrès se trouve ici, tout comme Pike Place Market, où les poissonniers font voler les saumons pour amuser les clients. Nous sommes vraiment déçus: cet hotel vit sur sa réputation depuis 1962. Les parties communes sont très sympa, très bien décorées, mais la chambre catastrophique ( suite city vue), draps tachés et troués, déco misérable. Et l'hotel n'est pas le mieux situé pour visiter Seattle. Hors de prix ... "Trop bruyant. Mauvaise isolation."
Chambre minuscule (401) Sur rue et devant la voie ferrée avec le train !! Impossible de dormir. Ils ont la gentillesse de fournir des boules Qies sur la table de nuit !! c'est un comble de cynisma pour un hôtel de cette catégorie!! Très mauvaise isolation acoustique avec en plus la climatisation désuète et hyper bruyante (quand elle marche) et la chasse […] d'eau du voisin en prime !!! Les chambres sur rue sont à éviter !!! "City view or Train view?"
When going to this hotel, a seaview room is necessary (they are very beautiful and nice view). The rest of hotel gives on "City view" which is in fact an Amtrak trains view. Very noisy, empeaching to sleep well. For this level of prices, it is unacceptable. Above all they give you rooms that are on the first floor, with peatons looking in your room […] so you keep everything locked to have some intimacy. "Train view" rooms are of course less well decorated and nice than the other ones. Walking distance to nice places of town is OK. Parking prices are prohibitive but like all places in Seattle (with a special local tax of more than 20% that is not announced, compared with the 10% usual State tax). And then, my last concern about this hotel is the paying wifi access. 11$ is prohibitive and unacceptable nowadays. It should be included, above all when connection is fairly bad. "Living in the nineties"

We absolutely loved our unobstructed water view room. We looked out over the entire Puget Sound and a good part of the Pike Market area. Great sunsets. The room was very clean with both rustic cabin and modern touches that somehow worked well together. The hotel restaurant was very good with more spectacular water views. This is a quite nice room and place to stay. The decor struck me as "upscale hunting lodge," with all the wood, brown and earth hues, and the outdoors themes of the pictures. That was about 50 years ago; I'd hazard a guess that the only original things remaining in the Beatles' suite are the walls. "Close to the Clipper"
We were using the Clipper to return from Victoria and the hotel is on the same pier as we landed at, so very convenient. The restaurant was closed when we arrived, but there was a bar menu. I had stayed at the Edgewater previously with my husband, and though the ongoing renovations made it somewhat more difficult to negotiate the hotel itself, it was much as I remembered. I was staying with my teenegae daughter this time (accompanying me on a trip that was mostly business) -- she enjoyed the room and the proximity to Pike Place Market […] and Seattle's Great Wheel. "$46/night Parking? Will never stay here again."
We picked this hotel because of the location to downtown Seattle. The pictures looked very nice online and we thought the price was great for the area. Upon arrival we find out that you can only valet park and the cost after tax is $46/night, which was not advertised on hotels.com or on the hotels website. The room was the size of a shoe box with a […] fire place that wouldn't work, dust clogged vents, and a very uncomfortable bed. The hotel does not have a pool or hot tub which started to make the price of the room seem high for what you were getting. The only great thing about this hotel is they allow dogs of any size for free but there are several hotels in the area that have a small dog fee but actually offer some nice amenities for the price of the room. The hotel does have a nice restaurant menu that was pretty expensive, but who would want to pass up the food at Pikes Place Market since it is within walking distance? Not me! We felt that a room with a fireplace and edgewater location would be quiet and peaceful way to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary due to her mother dying a few days before. I paid $300 for a waterfront room. The view was amazing but the overall stay wasn't great. The fan vent hummed all night, no one offered to carry our bags up and the doors are paper thin.
