Hotel a conseillé vivement 4.5/5

"Embassy Suite Ft Lauderdale"
Just returned from 9 days in the Keys here for our final destination point before departing back to the grind. Enjoyed the overall atmosphere and layout of the Embassy. Very unique both from the inside design and exterior architecture. We arrived in a raging short term rain storm, had the luggage brought to the room (9 bags with scuba gear, yea you […] can carry my bags), valet parking for the car (well worth the $3 extra bucks, ok $8 with a tip) and took advantage of the large pool since everyone else slipped inside to avoid the down pour. Savored some tasty burgers from the hotel restaurant outside by the pool when the sun came out. There are a multitude or restaurants to also choose from within walking distance. Had to take off bright and early the next morning so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the complimentary made to order breakfast, but as they were getting things started it smelled dang good. Seems like most places hook you for extra charges on every time you sneeze, didn't feel that here. Printed our tickets form the free kiosk internet in the lobby and grabbed the boarding passes off the lobby desk for free, I like that. Took us about 10 minutes to get to the Airport in the morning. We will definitely be back for a stay on our next journey... Lisez la suite
The hotel was fine for a quick stop before our cruise. The free buffet was ok but the breakfast sausage was the worst I have ever had, we think they deep fried it. The pool area was nice and the water was warm.
Embassy Suites in Ft.Lauderdale was outstanding, great location, employees were very customer oriented, especially Jerry, the Food Manager - all welcoming and efficient. Will absolutedly stay there again. The General Manager even helped out at breakfast - I like to see that. Great breakfast and cocktail hour. Beach, Port, Shopping very close. Would […] like to see a Spa added. Lisez la suite
The hotel had a very nasty but distinct odor, the breakfast was over by 9am, who gets up that early on vacation. We got no sleep, very poorly run and maintained as compared to other Embassy suites

"Embassy Suites in Ft. Lauderdale"
Great hotel for leaving on a cruise. Very convenient to the airport and Port Everglades.
"our stay"
We stayed because we were going on a cruise and thought this would pick us up from airport and take us to cruise yard following day. No airport shuttle. Cost per person for shuttle to cruise port. This is the most expensive hotel in the area and does offer manager reception each evening and cook to order breakfast but overall, not worth the price. Dated […] rooms! nice pool area. "Embassy Suites Fr. Lauderdale 17th St"
Overall stay was good - clean, comfortable rooms, managers reception and full breakfast buffet was included. Close to cruise port. Would stay here again.

"Fantastic!"
Everything was amazing. Loved every second. Def will be staying at an Embassy again :)
"Convenient for Cruises"
The hotel was very convenient for the cruise. The hotel would pick you up (for a small fee) and even bring you to the ship (for the same small fee). It ended up being cheaper for my wife and I than a cab! The only suggestion - get to breakfast early as there are limited elevators and long lines for food after 9:00 AM during the high cruise season!
Arrived at 1:30pm the day before our cruise. Our room was ready. Hotel is very conveniently located, across the street from shops, restaurants, food and liquor stores(for last minute purchases). Very friendly staff. If going to the Cruise Port, they will try to sell you their shuttle @ $7:50pp., and you have to wait til it's full. As we were 3 people, […] we chose a cab,and left when we wanted ,and only $12 for all of us. Free breakfast buffet and night reception are great! Lisez la suite
"Smoke, smoke, smoke"
We arrived late and the hotel was full. Our non-smoking room REAKED of smoke - the whole floor did, or at least that side. They gave us a choice of two available rooms, and both were HORRIBLE. We ended up opening the sliding glass door to the outside in the bed area and airing out the room as best as possible at 1 a.m., keeping the door to the suite […] part closed. It was totally unusable. We picked the hotel because of it's proximity to the cruise docks, and because Embassy Suites generally has a good reputation (and of course, the made-to-order breakfast is always good). However, we had to keep our luggage tightly closed, because of the deep smoke smell in the room. When we got to our cruise ship and opened the bag, the clothes we had left out were SATURATED with stale smoke smell. It was AWFUL! Do NOT trust their "non-smoking" tags at all, and by no means, will I ever book here again. Lisez la suite
"Embassy, in Florida"
Love it, very clean. Closed by to restarants, and stores. Breakfast was great , so was Happy hour.would recommended to anyone.
"Embassy Suites Ft. Lauderdale - 1 night pre-cruise"
We chose the hotel for its location in regards to the airport and cruise port. It is very close to shopping and restaurants (we usually purchase toiletries just before cruising), easily within walking distance for most people. The manager's PM reception and breakfast were both very nice, with quite a few breakfast choices. Our room was quiet, bed was […] okay (pillows were atrocious, though), a nice suite with plenty of room for the two of us. I would definitely stay here again when cruising from Ft. Lauderdale. "Excellant Hotel for Cruise travelers!!"
Enjoyed our stay at this facility. Staff got us in to our room quickly at about 11am as we arrived from the ship. It is a pretty hotel with very comfortable beds!!!
"HOTEL EMBASSY FORT LAUDERDALE ."
THE VALET PARKING IS EXPENSIVE AND THE BATHROOM IS INSIDE THE ROOM. SO PRIVACY IS VERY DIFFICULT WITH THE KIDS SLEEPING OUTSIDE ON THE SOPA AND KNOCKING AT YOUR DOOR AT NIGHT.THE HOTEL CHARGE FOR INTERNET . SOMETHING TO EAT? GO OUTSIDE IN THE HOTEL ROOM SERVICE IS VERY EXPENSIVE. THE BEST : THE LOCATION.

"Embassy Suites , Ft Luderdale."
As a family we are frequent users of Embassy suites all over the U.S, however we are not used to paying for parking (approx $18 per day) also not used to hotels that do not provide free wifi ( $10 per day), and it seems a bit strange having to get your breakfast between 6 and 9 am whilst on vacation !!....... also the pool area could do with better […] policing as we witnessed people without room keys using the pool area as and when required, Lisez la suite
"Repeat guest"
This the sixth time we have stayed at this Embassy Suites and have always been more than happy. Not something we can say for other locations though. It's very convenient if you are sailing out of FLL, to stay before or after your cruise, Managers Cocktail hour is wonderful and the breakfasts are great! Only one thing---it seems the TV remotes always […] seem need to need new batteries. We carry our own for a temporary replacement...most of the old ones are corroded...something to put on their check list? A call to housekeeping regarding our iron was answered by a visit from staff within minutes and resolved when we were told to simply reset the ground fault breaker by the bar....duh! Special note of gratitude to one employee at the front desk. Kathleen has been with Embassy Suites for over fourteen years and always greets us by name and remembers our previous stays. Too bad other hotels do not have a special employee like Kathleen! Lisez la suite
"Embassy Suites Fort Lauderdale"
I couldn't have asked for better. Location was good, breakfast good but quite crowded on Sat. & Sunday. Room was clean and quiet. Didn't get to the happy hour but will next time. It will be my hotel of choice on my many visits to Fort Lauderdale.
"Fantastic Staff Very Clean and Great staff"
We had 5 people for 3 days and thought that the hotel and the staff were fantastic, clean well managed and the staff I cannot say enough positive about. The staff was amazing and we loved our stay we felt like royalty Thank you to all who work at this hotel we all loved it. Thank you
"Embassy Suites Ft. Lauderdale"
This is a refurbished older property with a prime location to the cruise terminal. The hotel is also a stone's throw away from the Ft. Lauderdale airport,s so there ar e quite a few crew guests. The outdoor pool was very clean and my 4 year old had a blast swimmign there. Room service had a couple of hicupps, but they reolved them to our satsifaction. […] It is probably a three star, not four star hotel. It is the location that makes it worthwhile to stay there. Lisez la suite
"Embassy Suites a winner!!!!"
This hotel is soooo beautiful!!!! Breckfast buffet with omelet station is excellent & we love the happy hour. We will be back.
"Embassy Suites - Ft. Lauderdale/17th Street"
Close to restaurants, rooms very clean and staff very pleasant & helpful. My only recommation would be that for ADA room, which I had, needs a safer chair in shower. I would recommend a portable bench with handles with ability to set at wheel chair level, this would enable disabled guest to transfer safely. I could not use shower chair-to high and not […] secure due to slippery tile in bathroom. Street rooms very noisy -traffic noise all the time. Lisez la suite

"Embassy Suites Great room, great breakfast"
I stayed at Embassy suites after a cruise. I was able to check in early wich was great. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located near an Outback Steak House and other restaurants within walking distance. There is also a grocery store and shopping center that is also within walking distance. There is a trolly […] that stops at the hotel that will take you into town and to a nearby mall. As usual the complimentary breakfast was great. Lisez la suite
"Ok for one night"
Stayed night before cruise...standard e mbassy suites, pool ok, food ok, etc. Get on one of the highest floors however since the atrium gives off a ton of noise when there are weddings, peopl at the bar etc etc. For one night fine..longer than that no way
"Before Cruise"
Cab was$15 plus tip from airport Cab was $10-11 plus tip to cruiseport 2 block walk from hotel to trolley stop that takes you to the beach for 50 cents. Breakfast was OK, good quantity only OK quality. Free drinks during happy hour but snacks were not good. Many eating options right behind the hotel in shopping center. Overall very good place to stay […] before cruise. Don't use hotel shuttle as they want $7 per to take you to cruiseport or pick you up at airport Lisez la suite
"early check-in"
We were spending an extra night after coming off a cruise and were pleasantly surprised there was a room ready when we arrived @ 11AM. Friendly staff.

"Pre/Post Cruise Hotel"
We stayed here before and after a cruise. The terminal and airport are 10 minutes away and a shuttle ($) gets you there and back. The shuttle ends @ 11PM so if you get in on a late flight you'll need a taxi. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, nice pool. Lots of airline personnel use the hotel. Nice breakfast too.
"Embassy Suites in Fort Lauderdale"
Great location. Easily accessible. I wish the evening guest reception carried hors d'oeuvres as they do at other Embassy Suites, instead of just popcorn, which looked pretty cheap. I also wish they had informed hotels.com that the complimentary breakfast is over at 10:00 AM, and not 11:00, as I was told by hotels.com. As a result of that, I ended […] up missing breakfast. Lisez la suite
Hotel location excellent when to take a cruise from Port Everglades. Breakfast is a pre when stayover for vacation. All necessary stores is nearby. you do not need to rent a car.
"Embassy Suites Ft Lauderdale"
I absolutely loved my stay, including the staff, my room, the free breakfast and the location of the hotel...being close to the airport and the beach!!
"MORE than happy to review this facility"
My husband and I stayed here Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful visit in Ft. Lauderdale. Clean, comfortable and visually appealing. Would definitely stay again.
"too much for nothing"
this was a prom nite away for my daughter and her grandmother so they did not have to drive home at 1am. I felt the hotel was not up to par, I was in the embassy suites in Atlanta, and had a nicer stay, They went down to breakfast without the room key and were turned away from breakfast???? My mom is in a mobility cart and it was hard for her to get […] around. Lisez la suite
"Embassy Suites-Fort Lauderdale"
We stayed here one night prior to cruising and the night of our return. Found it to be a great location, restaurants near by. Not far from airport or cruise terminal as far as tax rides go. Breakfast and Cocktail hour made this a great experience.
"Embassy Suites, Ft. Lauderdale, FL"
Beautiful, VERY close to both airport and Everglades cruise port. As always with Embassy Suites, the breakfast is fabulous and the Managers reception is a good time too snacks with drinks could be better but drinks are good and plentiful.

"dissapointed"
I chose thishotel because I satyed at another Embassy suites and loved it . My room was filthy , the carpet was stained , I actually found garbage under the beds and on sides of furniture from the previous guest. The tub was clogged for 2 days !! I complained and they never sent anyone to fix the clog or clean the room. There was hair in the bathroom […] sink, mirrors had fingerprints, the sheets even had a stain. The room had an awful musty smell to it. The lobby , breakfast and pool were all great , but a shame when you pay top dollar and have to dread going back to your room. Had it not been for the fact that I had prepaid and my money was non-refundable I would have checked out and into the Marriot. we ordered a movie one night $ 18.00 ! they charged me for 2 . guess I wont be going back. "Embassy Suites- Ft. Lauderdale 17th street"
We stay here every year before our cruise. The location is great to get aroud. The water taxi is close by, or you can walk to the beach. Service was lacking this year. We did not get the comp. waters as previous years, and had to ask for extra blankets a couple of time before they brought them. But overall still a great place to stay.
