I want to start with complimenting the hotel staff, particularly the manager, Brian, who bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I was visiting my grandchildren who are part of an interfaith marriage and had never experienced a Seder before and I wanted to give them one. I had specifically requested through Hotels.com a room with a fully equipped […] kitchen that I would be able to use to cook a dinner, but there was nothing in the room, not a pot, or dish, or spoon. I took my issue to Bryan, who gave me the motel's breakfast room, which was in excellent condition. Although I could not cook the meal, we had the breakfast room all to ourselves for the evening Seder. That experience gave me reason to consider going back again next year. This time, I'll know about the very tired looking rooms with old carpeting and lots of other deficiencies, but if you want to do a Passover Seder, you'll know that Brian will accommodate you. close to living desert,not far from 29 palms national park and Patton Museum. clean, older motel. great service and nice breakfast in morning. Pool looked nice, but no time to enjoy. Thanks for lettling us take our little doggie, he's family and reason I chose to book this hotel.

Just stayed 2 days.The rooms were clean,alittle on the oid side,but not bad.Had free breaskfast that was very good!Not as close to the main downtown as I would have like,but would stay again.

For a cheap stay its a good option. Its Motel Style. Staff was nice at checkin.

Although this hotel is in a very convient place, the bed is wonderful, the room is very old and very mildew. No matter what I tried, the musty smell would not leave. I could not decide it if was the carpet or bathroom. The television is in dire need to be updated. Thank goodness the bed was so comfortable.

Nice location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was excellent.

Our TV was not connecting properly and staff corrected the problem, then checked back later to assure no difficulties.

I you pick a 2 star hotel youu din't expeckt much. You get what you pay for and that makes it at good hotel. The breakfast was actually better than i hoped. I you're just looking for at room to sleep in then this is recommendable. The surronding and atmosphere at the hotel is not pretty. Free Wii-fi at the room was super.

The rooms did not match the lovely lobby. The front staff were very nice, but the rooms were shabby and small. We moved once, but the second room wasn't much better.

the first room offered smelled awful and we requested another room. the nights previous and within our stay, there were vandals breaking into autos. that left us most disturbed as we own a brand new luxury sport sedan car. given this, we slept poorly and chose to leave at 5am as oppossed to relaxing til 8 and having a nice breakfast. Room was ok and clean. Good breakfast.

The hotel is very old. Our room had an ancient kitchenette. TV in bedroom didn't work, carpet filthy, not enough towels, could not reach front desk for more. Extremely disappointing!

Room was clean and recently renovated. Only issue new curtains interfeared with the flow of air from the air conditioned causing it to recycle several times and shut off prior to cooling whole room. Good value.

I would say is a 3-4 star. They only need to fix some minor flaws within the room. door knobs are loose and look cheap. We rented a suite. the master bedroom had a sink that has cracks on the granite. carpet look dirty n rough. should wear slippers not your barefeet. shower is ok. other than that the pools is cleam. one more thing, the breakfast room […] is not filled with the food. we have to go to front desk to complaint and suddenly all the foods arrives. it seems that the person in charge is sleeping. we went during the holiday labor weekend. they should expect that there will be more guest, they need to improve some flaws other than that it is ok. big room , clean , very good for the price, would stay here again

Hotel was clean. We stay in room 107 and the front door wouldn't lock. Also the carpet was dirty, did NOT let my 4 year old walk on it. Please shampoo the carpets:(

i didnt think it was gonna be that nice of a hotel but it was and i will def stay with u guys again ha!!!!!

First issue was the fact that I called the hotel directly to make a reservation and they transferred me to their call center and booked my stay through hotels.com which I did not request. I didn't know it until I received the confirmation. I was required to pre-pay for my room as well. I stayed 4 nights and checked out but returned 3 days later to stay one more night before heading home. The hotel was not full and they put us in a handicapped accessible room...there was mold in the shower and the room was not very well maintained. I went to unplug the microwave plug to plug in the coffee pot and the entire outlet plate cover started to come off; another electrical outlet did not have a plate cover on it. i have stayed at this same hotel when visiting the area in the past and it appears that it is not being maintained. on my next visit to the area, i will choose a different hotel. The room was small and the bathroom was tiny!! The bed was supposed to be a queen size, but it was more like a full size! We never got hot water, the best was luke warm.

I've never had a bad stay

The units have old kitchens and if you look real hard you will see that you can ask for dishes from the front desk. Other than that you would need to bring your own.

From the time we walked in the door the staff was friendly, helpful and we had a newly remodeled unit and it was very nice and comfortable. Good location and the pool area was nice. They have activities throughout the day and a nice food shop at the pool. Great for adults and children. I would stay at this hotel again.

A broken toilet, filthy floors, stained bath towels, sheets didn't fit, broken dirty coffee maker and just an overall dirty, old, uncared for feeling thru out the entire facility. Will never return to this Quality Inn

Dingy, lacking in the small details. Cold pool and cool hot tub. Needs new carpet. The beds were comfortable, though. Won't stay there again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, living room, sofabed-1person, kitchen for four nights. The rooms and living room are very small. The kitchenet had some problems (3 burners didn't work properly), and there were no pots, pans, or tableware. The sofabed was broken and useless for sleeping. We stayed on the third floor and were bothered by other guests' […] kids who were runing day and night to play hide and seek. However, the front-desk staff friendly; he brought us a rolla-bed so that our family member eventually had a bed to sleep on. This hotel has almost one hundred rooms but only one staff was there for the night shift. Lisez la suite

This is aplca to stay if you only need a bed with clean sheets for a night. I wouldn't stay for longer than that. Overall, the Hotel was in moderate condition, but my room was lacking a few things. The door separating the bedroom from the livin area was warped and wouldn't close, the TVs had no remote controls,and there were no accessible outlets near […] the beds to plug in computers, cell phone chargers, etc. The stay wasn't terrible, but it could have been better. very good hotel for the price and rating. pool is opened only from 8 am (what if you need it earlies). team are happy to help. good breakfast. rooms are clean and nice

All i have to say is I LOVE THE WAFFLE MAKER! Fun breakfast! And all the unimportant information being location convenient and easy to find, close to shopping dining and all that stuff you look for. Clean, comfortable rooms, Shower could have been a bit more spacious but for the price, expectations met and exceeded.

The staff was great and accomadating. We were allowed to check in several hours before the check-in time. The room was super!! I would stay there again!!

Overall this Quality Inn was really nice. The location was fine as well. The only problem was we were there on August 1 & 2,2009, it was over 100 degrees and the heat doesn't really bother me...except when I am trying to sleep. We checked in about 11pm, the room was stiffling HOT, which is ok because I understand they don't want to run the A/C all day, […] the problem was it took about 3 hours to cool down the room, even after I took a cold shower at midnight. The A/C is right below the curtains and the cold air goes right up the sleeve of the curtain and does not get dispersed in the room. Sunday it got to 113 degrees and again right after morning showers the room was almost unbearably hot even with the A/C on high.It was blowing very cold air, it just wasn't dispersed. If you can stand the heat, then a very nice place to stay for the money. :) Lisez la suite
