Excellent rapport qualité - prix. Chambre spacieuse avec réfrigérateur et four à micro-ondes. Personnel gentil est disponible, nous avons changé de chambre sans difficulté la première ne nous convenant pas. Très bien renseigné sur les restaurants à proximité immédiate. Je le recommande.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.

"Perfect Hotel, Except for the Perfume"
We stayed in five hotels over the course of our trip, and this one was my favorite. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was outstanding. The only problem was the smell. The room smelled as if someone had dumped a store's worth of perfume into the carpet. I tried opening the window to air the room out, but it […] had a limited effect. "Comfortable but needs updating; including photos"
GREAT desk and food/beverage staff. Hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms, however the hotel needs to do some updating. The TV's are very old and the sofa needed to be replaced. The kitchen counter had a big crack in it and the refrigerator was really old. Good location across from pretty golf course and close to main highways. Good breakfast […] and Happy Hour appetizers (couple days per week). Some of the room photos are misleading as it appears there is a door on the bedroom, but there is no door unless you upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, which we did, and it was very spacious. Very clean. My family spend two days in Flagstaffas we travelled to New Mexico. Our two-bedroom suite was very large and, besides the large amount of leaf debris at the front door, it was clean. They would do well to upgrade the tv's and to make sure that the dishwashers were working, but these were minor issues. The location is very convenient, right off I-40. […] The free breakfast was I impressive but we were able to cook in our room so that didn't matter much. All in all I was very pleased and would stay here again. "Spacious suite with a beautiful view of mountains"
Sonesta Suites was a great place to stay. We went up there for the night of New Years. It's location is convenient as it is only minutes from downtown Flagstaff and right off the highway. The suite we got was very spacious, clean, had a kitchen and living room area! It was great. It had a really gorgeous view of the mountain tops right across. "Just like home only better!"
Sonesta ES Suites was excellent in every way. I loved the quiet arrangment of rooms in seperate buildings. There were none of the usual noises from surrounding rooms or the hallway. When I went to have breakfast, I was surprised to see the room nearly full because I felt I was the only guest there. This hotel seems to have thought of everything to make […] your stay comfortable and convenient. Very clean and customer service was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel especially for families. The price was reasonable, free hot breakfast, kitchen dishes and utensils, and internet. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. This place is very much like a Staybridge as far as the size of the rooms and the breakfast. For the most part the room was clean and comfy. There was hair in the bath tub, but the rest was clean. We were staying here during the week in the winter (late Jan) so it was nice and quiet. We really appreciated having complimentary laundry machines available as we were on the road for a couple of weeks. "It was like having your own place."
For our family it was great. Out daughter loved having her own room, bathroom, and TV. The breakfast was very good. Having coffee in the lobby 24/7 was very nice. We enjoyed having a log for our fireplace every night of our stay. The staff was very helpful. Some of the outside areas needed some attention.
