My stay was wonderful and the hotel staff was amazing, especially Katee. I had lost my keys to my car and thought that I left in the car. She actually climbed through the back of my car for me too look for them. I am a senior citizen and could not have done the job myself. She even helped to get on the internet with my tablet. She was so kind and thoughtful. […] I have never had a hotel staff member go out of their way as she to be helpful. I am 65 years old and have been in a lot of hotels but this Courtyard was the best. Bad experience at the Bistro but the Manager made it better. Room was pretty small but clean and comfy. Breakfast would be nice...i missed this staying at this place. Pool was great! Overall pretty good stay.

The hotel was as promised for a Courtyard, clean, well appointed and reasonably priced. A great location with easy access to highways, shopping and restaurants.

Everything was comfortable and the service was fabulous! They even put a pack n play in the room for my son with a little package with bath shampoo/lotion/toy in it. I will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel service at a good price, and convenient location to Portland area. Only slightly negative comment is they change the bed linens only every 3 days, that is fine but there is no easy way to say please change sooner for a particular bed (some other hotels have you leave a card on the bed). The front desk was great, they made the extra effort […] to quickly find pencils back in the kitchen on an early Sat morning when my son had forgotten to bring them for an SAT college test he was taking within the hour. Good location close to Portland. Great hotel service and comfort of room and beds. Front service staff very kind and responsive. Breakfast cafe was affordable and quality food. The expection that bed linens are only changed every 3 days is fine, but there should be an easier way to opt out of that and have new bed sheets when you need them (other hotels […] have a card you place on the bed if you want the sheets changed). Very nice place to stay, very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, even with my friend who doesn't speak english. The only thing I was missing a place to put our luggages, I mean a table or something. I'm glad I choose this location. Thank you to everybody over there !!!!!!!

Check i weas fast tho there was a convetion checking in at the same time. We had a handicap room which was strange but it was on the first floor right by the door. TV was the only complaint. Not enough channels and service was constantly trying to get you to buy a movie or something.. there were plenty of outlets for electrical things, enough pillows […] and blankets. The hotel was really nice- Our family of 4 had a weekend get-away in the greater Portland area. Courtyard was conveniently close to the freeway, but no freeway noise - rooms were comfortable (one complaint was the beds were a bit too firm for me & mrs.), TV was nice, indoor Pool & Jacuzzi was open late (11pm) which was great for our teenage girls to […] swim & soak. - It was clean without being extremely chlorine-y. Towel service by pool, so you don't have to worry. Workout room was bigger than average, though we didn't take advantage of it. We were up for a weekend. The hotel was very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was very nice. The only downside is that it is outside the main city. We full plan to stay here again.

Our hotel stay at the Courtyard Marriott was pretty good. I would stay here again. The bathrooms could use updating as the tile did not look the cleanest. The king bed was very comfy, but the sofa bed...not so much. The pool and hot tub were great! :) The lobby was very chic and modern. :) Check-in was a slight hassle. Had called the hotel earlier about […] not wanting to use a credit card for incidentals, but rather cash for a deposit. Got the ok on that, but when we arrived, it was a very different story. They insisted on using my debit card for an authorization along with the cash. My hotel had already been prepaid. I haven't had this happen with other Courtyard Marriotts. Lisez la suite

Stayed for two days. on Saturday night there was a large gathering next door which you could here pretty loud in the hallway. We closed our door and there was quiet.

We were in Tigard to attend a high school graduation, and the location was ideal with plenty of parking. Our room was a good size, and dark and quiet in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful; I called the front desk late Saturday night for info on Sunday church services (there was no phone book in our room), and within minutes information […] and printed driving instructions were delivered to my room. The "bistro" was good and not too pricey, but we missed the convenience of a continental breakfast. While we didn't have time to enjoy the pool/fitness room, it looked clean and pleasant.
