I had booked the hotel on hotels.com. When we checked in the room wasn't what I had asked for. I called the front desk and they upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge. It was great! We got a good deal but even if next time the deal is not available, we will still try to stay there. The breakfast was fantastic! This hotel has the most delightful breakfast room. We wanted to spend all our time there! Employees were very helpful. We generally prefer a more upscale hotel, but this one looked good, had a reasonable pet fee and a great bed. The only problem we found was that it was noisy. You could hear people walking up and down the hall and door opening and closing […] and thumps and bumps all night. Next time I'll put the ear plugs in and just stay. I recommend this place. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here, the town is a great place to stay when visiting Grand Canyon. Hotel was nice & quiet, room was comfortable, breakfast was plentiful. The only thing missing was a bar within the hotel but that's just my opinion, it would have been nice to just relax with a drink after a long day at G.Canyon.
