"Beyond Expectations"
I was really impressed with the room. It appears to be recently updated. It was also very clean and comfortable. It is a great room and beyond what you would expect for the rate.
"Nice hotel to stay at in Johnson City"
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. It was wonderful to be able to bring my small dog with me and not have to pay an extra charge for him. Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely stay here again if I need to be in Johnson City, and will look for other Red Roof hotels when I travel.

This motel is an excellent example of how Red Roof Inn has updated/upgraded their entire inventory. This motel was clean, comfortable and very quiet. "Clean and Great Deal for Price"
I always read reviews prior to booking any hotel. This hotel is very acceptable...remember, you're not paying for a Hilton, so don't expect more than you should. However, for a Red Roof Inn, this property comes highly recommended!

"Red Rook Inn--Johnson City, TN-- Spectacular Stay"
I have had very bad experiences with hotel stays in the past and was hoping that the stay at the Red Roof Inn would not be a repeat of other hotels that have left me wanting a refund and an apology for very unsatisfactory hotel conditions and staff attitude towards guests. The Red Roof Inn surpassed my expectations and then some. Their staff was very […] polite and helpful, not to just me, but to a party who was checking in ahead of me for their stay with the hotel. I found what looked to be a bed bug in one of the beds in my room. It looked like the pictures of a bed bug and was flat like a tick. Did'nt sleep too well after that.

"Very nice for the price"
Great accomodations for the price, seemed fairly new and very clean. Easy check-in and nice people. Not too far from downtown.
"Red Roof-Johnson City - lots of stuff close by"
The hotel was close to dozens of hotels and was conveniently right off I-26. The staff was very friendly and fast. Our room was clean, fresh-smelling and spacious. Even the coffee was freshly ground in the lobby.

Simple, clean, quiet (at least on the back side), comfortable. Very friendly staff. Turning onto Broyles from Roan required waiting a few traffic light cycles due to heavy traffic. Hotel needs better guest ability to print boarding passes.

"Nice place for the price"
Good hotel, not the RItz Carlton but provided a very clean room, good sleeping, and had the right price. Using Hotels.Com got a slight discount rate better than most hotels in the area.

The room was comfy, the staff was friendly, and the price was great! The room wasn't fancy, but it had character and made us feel welcome. The bathroom was quite small, however, it was completely servicable for showering and "powdering one's nose." The hotel is located within walking distance to a few eateries, which is nice! "OK for Price"
The hotel was as I expected for the price: clean, basic, nothing extra. I lliked it that the safe was big enough for my laptop.
"Needs Improvement"
We have traveled a lot this year and this is the first place we stayed that had no coffee pot in the room, no hair dryer, and there was one little pack of shampoo and no conditioner.It was okay as far as comfort, but I would probably not stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay. Not a bad hotel room. Good free internet for business class. I was taking a nap around 5 and that is what time the house keeping showed up. Not good.
