nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet appartement: spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé et belle vue sur l'océan. Les gens à l'accueil sont très aimables. Très proche de John's pass village. A recommander.

Un simple motel basique mais très peu cher, parfait pour une nuit, super bien situé à une sortie de l' I-4, aéroport international de Tampa à 15 minutes.

Chambre spacieuse, très grand lit ainsi qu une grande salle de bains. Tout c est très bien passée, la directrice de l hôtel est serviable et agréable, elle vous conseille sur votre parcours etc.. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !!!

Malgré quelques difficultés à avoir quelqu'un de la reception de l'hotel au téléphone, nous avons profité d'une navette gratuite de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'hotel (arrivée à 1H00 du matin) attente d'environ 40 mn. "Great Embassy Suite Hotel"
My husband is an Embassy Suite Hotel fan. I, however, am not, but this Embassy Suite Hotel was a very pleasant exception. It is newly redecorated, has excellent service, is in a very convenient location and is set up more like a traditional hotel. Could not have been more pleased.

Our family spent 2 days at the Westshore Embassy suites before our drive to South Florida for the week.The staff was friendly and professional. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The Embassy is close to shopping and several nice places to eat. We had ZERO complaints about this Hotel. Will stay there again next year!

This hotel is very old/outdated. Unlike any other Embassy we've stayed in the past. Decor is old and run down. Overcrowded during breakfast, there wasn't any clean silverware for guests. Very nice place to stay. Stayed two nights after a New Year cruise. Excellent warm breakfast. Very nice free cocktail gathering each night for two hours. Nice clean pool. Mall and resteraunts accross the street in a good neighborhood. Highly reccomend this hotel by the airport.

The hotel room was very large, however it looks as if it were frozen in time...circa 1985. Everything looked old and dirty, smelled strange too. Good thing I was alone, if my family was with me I would have moved to a different hotel.
Excellent value for the price. Great breakfast buffet, good customer service. We will stay at this hotel on our next visit to Tampa.

This time neither of the lights in the bedroom area worked. Last time, one of the lamps in the living room was unplugged and impossible to access without calling maintenance. Desk staff is very accommodating and we enjoyed the manager's cocktail gathering.

i didn't like how they charged to use the phone locally.there was no sign anywhere stateing that they did so and i didn't like that we had to pay an extra $10.00 for our child.last time we stayed there we didn't have to pay it and she didn't get anything extra. they have a lot of extra charging going on. the breakfast buffet could have been better like […] plates so you can get food and food on the buffet line would help too.thanks for listening! The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. That said when I called the hotel the day before to request an early check-in(necessary when traveling w/ a 6month old baby) they were very rude and unhelpful because I booked the room with a 3rd party vendor-aka this website. When we arrived early on Saturday morning the front desk staff was very […] accomodating and had us in a corner room with a view within 5 minutes. The shuttle bus also was kind enough to drive us to and from the wedding venue we were attending 5 miles away. It was also perfect that you can cross the street to Westshore Plaza Mall which has great shopping and restaurants(PF Chang's is awesome). Stayed at this hotel at the start of my vacation and it was the perfect place to start. Had dinner in the restaurant located in the hotel and the food was very good. Will stay here again when ever I am in Tampa.

the only issues we had with the hotel was the strong smell of the carpet freshner when came into the room, it was overwhelming and room service forgot silver ware and salad dressing other then that great job guys very friendly and comfortable. managers reception was best i have been too, rooms were clean and very spacious and updated.

"Good hotel but..."
The hotel was clean and the beds where comfortable but to call our room a suite is a bit of a stretch. We where in room 800 and the other rooms that we looked in had a spacious living area but our "suite" only had a tiny entrance with a couch in it. We stayed there for two nights before our cruise so we did not care.

The manager's reception is generous - food, appetizers, drinks - and the breakfast buffet can't be beat. All included in the room price! I've stayed here about 15 times in the last two years. It's perfect for my needs - close to biz meetings, lots of space for those 3 day trips, a decent gym, and really great people on the staff.

Absolutely amazing!! We had a room on the 12th floor. Very spacious and lots of room for the children to run around. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was close to shopping and nice restaurants.

When looking at the pictures of this hotel it looks great but they show the best pictures that dont reflect the overall condition of the hotel. The room we were in was very rundown, the walls were a mess, the bathroom door stuck, the kitchen sink was falling apart (not to mention the buildup all around the sink), and there was a musty odor in the room. […] We ordered room service for dessert and the food was awful. When we went to the breakfast buffet we found hair in our food, and when we were packing up to leave we found a bed bug in our daughters stuff. We complained before we left and they refunded the room service charges (still havent seen the credit to my card yet) and they didnt charge us for parking. It took me only a few minutes to navigate from the hotel to other locations in Tampa, and there is easy interstate access. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
