Personnel peu agréable Hôtel correct néanmoins

The hotel is well maintained, but the room we stayed in was very dated. The carpet had very obvious wear from traffic. Otherwise, everything else was pretty uneventful.

good location,very nice room, large and very clean and comfortable. the only problem was a family above with three children, the noise from their activity was very loud. great breakfast. would definately go back.

Fantastic Hotel run by fantastic people. Not right in the middle of the business of the main shopping area but a few minute drive away. Great breakfast and situated next to some amazing scenery

I booked a king suite thinking it would be designed different than a normal motel room. What I got was a motel style room that was very plain and poorly designed. When entering the room from outside you walked into the bathroom. The water closet included the shower. The sinks were by the entrance door so when you were brushing your teeth you were in […] the suite, not in a seperate room. No bang for the buck here. I suggest others to stay somewhere else. The King Suite is a good size for a family of 4. I suggest trying to get the 2nd floor suite. It seems that it is quieter and has a better view. We could hear traffic at night because we we kind of close to the main road , but it wasn't really that big of a deal. The room is clean, staff is helpful, good breakfast, even though the breakfast is included […] in your room, please tip the breakfast staff, they work hard at getting the food out. It was great the only thing I wish they had a better variety of pillow softness or hardness to pick from.

Our stay was excellent, from the service at the front desk, to the size and condition of the room and the quality of the mornings' breakfasts. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Pleasant place "off the beaten path", must have a car to get around but plenty of great restaurants closeby. A+ for concierge and staff recommendations as well as breakfast, great start to each day!

This hotel was located in the center of everything you want to do here. Nice staff as well.

We fit a family of five in the room with room to spare. Nice to have two comfortable queens, plus a pull out couch. Kids loved it too.

I've just spent 18 days staying in Sedona at the Sedona Real. Normally I rent somewhere but the Sedona file festival meant rentals were hard to come by, so I ended up at the Sedona Real and am very happy I did. This is a very friendly and well run family hotel, that puts the emphasis on the well being of its guests. My room was spacious, clean and very […] comfortable. this is a great hotel but it is not within walking distance of all the shops. If you don't mind being out of town a couple of miles not a bad locations just not intown. clean, nice and well kept.

I would not recommendend this hotel for one reason and one reason only. This was the worst toilet paper I have ever seen in all of my travels. Talk about thin sandpaper. No thanks!

the people were very helpful the roome were clean beds a littlr hard but the people made up for it. the breakfest was good and the servse was very good as well. the rates were good

My stay here was 2/2/12 --2/5/12. I was able to check in an hour early and I was was pleased that they made sure I was in a room that DID NOT previously have any pets in it. The room was very clean and the mattress was comfortable (firm). Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was told that the hotel was being renovated but I saw nor heard any evidence […] of this. I stayed in Building 8 which did not have a view, but being at the back of the property was very quite. This area of Sedona is away from all the touristy stuff in Uptown Sedona (great!) Two grocery stores are nearby so you can stock the fridge and use the microwave. They do have a breakfast area which I did not use. I would stay here again. Lisez la suite

A decent hotel, nothing fancy but a step above a regular bargain hotel (Days Inn or similar). At check-in Wes was VERY friendly. OK breakfast waffles etc. Not much within walking distance but was a short distance to Oak Creek Brewery and the beginning of the Sedona Marathon which was why I was there.

Was assigned a room (2nd floor) where all the other rooms were under a remodeling phase. A tile cutting saw was set up under one of the windows of our suite. The TV quit working and you needed to know a password to clear it, notified the front desk and they sent someone right away, he didn't know what to do with it and he called another guy, the second […] guy tried but didn' know how to clear the password either. The only person that knew the password had called in sick that day. The front desk told us we could move to another room if we wanted too, but there was nothing they could do about the TV. We were checking out the next day and didn't want to move everything. I liked the suite we had, the room was clean and the breakfast was OK. If I had of known about the construction when I booked I would of stayed somewhere else. My wife is still mad about the construction and the TV. Lisez la suite

Crabby staff, poor dog policy, "hot breakfast" served cold, located on a noisy intersection, poor exercise facilities, lumpy pillows, very far from the main town of Sedona. Will not be returning.

Not a good value. Hotel is being renovated & we had a finished room. Tub/ shower & curtain was very dated and dirty. AC/ Heat did not oerste correctly and when we spoke to front desk they were unemthused to say the least. Breakfast was poor

Great location, but did not feel the room was cleaned properly. We often had to ask repeatedly for amenity items, like coffee, while we had 5 bars of soap. Coffee pots not cleaned and we did not feel like the room was vacuumed-- our socks were filthy after walking around the room. Very erie over night experience in the room, felt odd and unnatural. The heating and cooling units are also very noisy.

Just a great location coming into Sedona - got to check in before going into town. Private, clean place with no problems and didn't put on airs. Fridge and microwave came in handy. Got a great price for two nights and gave us great access to hiking trails close by. Thanks.

I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom was suite. It seemed nice at first, but the room was on the main road. We decided to sleep in the room in the interior but when we turned on the TV it had a high pitched noise. So we had to switch to the room on the street so we could watch tv. At 6am traffic started to we switched back to the interior room, then people […] started checking out and doors started slamming. The shower was cold after 5 minutes. I mentioned all this in the morning and they offered to to reimburse $25. That was fine. Breakfast was also terrible. Front Desk was nice, but I would never stay here again. Lisez la suite

I was so upset of the management put me through for trying to cancel my stay due to an auto accident they kept giving me a hard time I supplied them with my accident report#, my Adjuster name and phone#, and the police # the rental car agreement, and they still wanted me to fax them stuff or come and bring it to them in person. what a horrible experiences […] to have after my rollover car accident that almost cost me my life and my son's life. The concierge service was excellent! Both of them made great suggestions & helped us out with maps, etc. The breakfast was a little better than average. Didn't like lugging our bags up to the second floor or the fact that our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3pm. Other than that, the room was fine, with comfortable beds. TV could be a little larger […] for the suites & maybe a general upgrade would be good. However, it was comfortable enough & suited our purposes. Lisez la suite

We wanted an accommodation that wasn't in the centre of town but close enough to be convenient and this hotel provided that. We were staying 3 days so wanted more room than just a hotel room and the seating area and kitchenette worked out well. We also liked the hot breakfast and choices of food. We just stayed one night and found the suite we were in comfortable and big enough for 2 adults and two kids. The bed was comfortable and though it was really just one big room, there was a separator that provided some space between the bed for the adults and the pullout coach for the kids. There was some street noise, however. We arrived at 8PM and […] were told that there were no suites available that were not on the highway. However, another guest in our party complained and got a larger suite that was away from the road without incurring an additional charge. Other than the street noise, we were happy with the Sedona Real Inn and Suites in terms of price for the value. Lisez la suite

the only thing that was not very good was the tv reception and the pillows were a little on the hard side other then that its a great place to stay..

The location was excellent and the facilities were lovely. We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the excellent service.

We highly recommend this hotel while visiting Sedona. The location was an easy access and the staff was superior. We will return.

I paid for a two bedroom suite, it was more like a one bedroom with several beds. The rollaway bed in the sitting area hadn't been made from the previous stay. I had to go get clean sheets and bedding and make it myself. The staff was rude on check out!

The breakfasts were great with a wide variety of good food. The concierage was really helpful and recommended some great things to do locally that made the trip more fun. They also had terrific directions and suggestions for visiting the Grand Canyon. We were hiking and the staff was great about filling up our water bottles from the kitchen.

Service was really good and the activities suggested were fabulous. I would stay here again.
