"Fine hotel"
Stayed for business. Had everything I needed. It seemed to be a little older than most of the very new Holiday Inn Express hotels - but I wouldn't call it old or outdated.

I couldn't get over the freshness and quality of this hotel. Since booking online through Hotels.com, check in was quick and easy, so we really didn't require service, but the staff we bumped into were incredibly courteous, happy and always looking to help. "Would stay again"
My family and I only stayed one night passing through but the hotel was clean and the pool was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and we would stay again.

Desk employees were very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast was delicious as usual! A nice little touch was that they had a large serving container of ice water with lemon set out in the lobby for the guests. Nice hotel. Would stay here again!

"Nice hotel, disappointed about non-working Hot tub"
One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the indoor pool (very nice) AND the hot tub, only to learn that their hot tub is not working, Pretty disappointing to all of us. All of the staff and workers we talked with were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is always a plus when traveling with children. Be aware that all internet sites do […] NOT tell you the total truth about their listings, including the direct phone line to this Holiday Inn Express in Elkhart, Indiana. "Reservation was not honored fully"
We booked the hotel through, hotels.com. Our reservation was for a room with two beds, non smoking. When we checked in the hotel said that they did not have any non smoking rooms with two beds. We were forced to take a smoking room in order to get two beds. At first, the front desk attendent told me that I was lying about booking a non smoking room. […] When I produced a print out showing that I had a non smoking room, she said that I didn't book a room with two beds...unfortunetly, I could not produce a print out at the time that showed this was not the case. "needs improvement, good breakfast,nice variety"
went to hotel for the hot tub, but was not told until we checked in and discovered it for ourselves. Was told that it was not fixable\ so had to go to hotel next door for hot tub and pool
