Très bon hôtel...mais pour ce qui est des activités alentours ou ne serait-ce que pour avoir une carte des environs, vaut mieux se renseigner sur internet. Mis à part cela, c'est vraiment très bien.

Très bon hotel, chambres propres et bien équipées. A proximité du parc six flags et du stade des cow boys. On apprécie la piscine couverte et la salle de sport (même si elle est un peu laissée à l'abandon). Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner moins fourni que dans d'autres hotels, mais les gauffres en forme de Texas sont délicieuses.

Bon hôtel pour séjourner à Dallas. La gare se trouve juste en face ce qui est parfait pour prendre son train (il y a un couloir privatif pour rejoindre les quais). L'acceuil est très bon. L'état global de l'établissement est parfait. Le centre ville est très proche et facilement accessible à pied. Deux bémols cependant, le parking est payant mais il y a des voituriers. De plus, les soirs d'événements sportifs, le bar est bruyant. Mais cependant je garde un très bon souvenir de cet hotel de grand standing !

Je suis reste 2 nuits et tout a ete parfait!L hotel est en tres bon etat,il est situe a cote du centre commercial,donc restaurants et supermarches sont a proximite,l aeroport est a peu pres a 15 kms.Les chambres sont grandes tres propres et tres bien equipees,il y avait meme un lave vaisselle dans le coin cuisine.Il y a un acces internet gratuit en wifi.Le lit etait vraiment tres confortable!Le petit dejeuner est gratuit.J y retournerai sans aucun doute lors de mon prochain sejour a Dallas.Il faut absolument aller faire un tour au Grapevine Mills mall qui est a 10 mins de l hotel!

I would use this hotel again. It was clean and comfortable. The accommodations were updated and the staff was friendly. The breakfast they mention is not free. "Convenient for Conventions at Nearby Hotel Anatole"
It was very comfortable and affordable and we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was courteous. There are not many things near the hotel other than other hotels, so it is a little drive to eat or see sights, but we knew that in advance and it was just what we needed. The neighborhood felt safe. "Got my F250 stolen out of the hotel parking lot"
Overall was poor, had my F 250 King Ranch stolen out of the hotel parking lot. No cameras outside and no security for the parking lot. All they did was have me fill out an incident report. the shuttle to airport didnt run before 7am, which was a hassle cause the cab they called for me tried to charge me 35.00 for a 3 mile trip. and i commented on it and she dropped it to 25.00 and said plus another 5 for tip. bad cab service to recommend from the hotel in my opinion. plus no coffee before 7-8am for us early travelers.Avis véridique Expedia

I stayed in town for a couple days for a conference and this hotel really made me feel like I was going home every night. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I came across an unusual problem and they were all very helpful and considerate. The staff did not stop until all of my issues were settled. The staff was not very helpful when we were needing a ride from a concert. They do not inform well about shuttle services nor do the shuttle services go very far.. But when I did the reservation by phone, the person whom I talked too told me the hotel had a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, and also from the hotel to the Dallas downtown area (close to the Galleria Dallas). That's what I did not like about this hotel in particular. The staff immediately explained to me they did not have any shuttle and they help me to find a cab to be able to go where I had to go.
