Piscine extérieur très propre et bien aménagé. Plusieurs services, dépanneurs, alcool à deux minutes de l'hôtel. À 25 minutes d'auto du yankee's stadium et à 20 minutes des outlet's woodberry. bon déjeuner inclus, stationnement gratuit.

Over-all had a great stay! Loved the hot breakfast in the morning!

Wonderful front desk staff, especially Mateo. Breakfast area is well-tended, spacious and well-appointed. Hotel staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to please. Will definitely return.

Hotel is OK in cleanliness and quality of room and breakfast. But there is lots of door slamming that echos through the hall until things settle down for the evening and night. So-called high speed wi-fi is painfully slow..

Hotel staff missed our wake-up call. We left late for our flight to LaGuardia.

VERY comfortable room as well as common areas where breakfast is served and you can hang out, rather than be stuck in your room all day when breakfast isn't being served. No fridge or microwave, but it isn't really needed. VERY cozy duvets on the beds.

Perfectly clean hotel. Visually appealing. Helpful staff. Easy commute into NYC. Would highly recommend to friends or family.

The only negative was my room faced the Interstate and I could here traffic. Everything else was great and the staff were very helpful. The continental breakfast was nice.

Easy on & off location. We reserved a non-smoking room but the room had a strong smoke odor. So We went back to the front desk & they gave us another room without incident. FYI: There is not a bar or restaurant in the hotel. But the complimentary breakfast was super fine! And well supervised. my only complaint was the fan would not stay on, kept turning on and off all nite long, despite being on low on setting, very loud just before turning off ..led to a very poor nites sleep. Lighting was fantastic with plenty of plugs and mirrors for multiple people to get ready at the same time…wonderful breakfast

There was a maniac who was parking on the parking lot and we had to call the police. He tried to prevent us from leaving the parking lot by force. I hope he was not a hotel guest.

Really enjoyed this hotel. I would rate it a 9/ 10 :)

The general stay was ok, room service and cleaning of room was below standard. We selected hotel because it was very conveniently located.

The location was ideal, close enough to the shopping center & far enough away to avoid all the traffic. Close to many fine restaurants & a wonderful NY diner almost directly across the street. bathroom small, clogged each day, staff friendly & heplful, however

The hotel was very nice and the people friendly but the bathroom was super small (you had to maneuver around the door to get inside around the toilet) and my toilet clogged once a day. They were quick to fix it, but still--we were there 2 days and the toilet clogged twice!

Our room was comfortable, free breakfast was fine. We would stay there again if we needed to be in the area.

We drove to White Plains to take the train into NYC so this was convenient. Hotel was clean and staff was courteous. Breakfast was included. We will definitely use this hotel again. Just a 5-6 minute drive to the train where there was ample parking in a garage attached to the train station.

A little pricey but all in all a good stay. staff were helpful. Breakfast area was well maintained

This hotel was simply wonderful--from the friendly and accommodating staff to the new carpets, furniture, and linens, to the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

I've stayed here a few times before and that is the reason why I chose to stay here for my week long getaway. The staff was friendly as always, the room was clean for the most part. I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and this is the first time that I have been dissatisfied with the facility. The staff is totally changed and that might be why the space was not up to par. the staff was nice, but the room was not as clean as in the past. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

Nice hotel. Slow check in. Small room for the price. Really nice bagged breakfast to go for those with little time

We stayed for 2 nights - our room was clean. There were a few minor issues but non that would prevent me from staying there again. 1 - I didn't like the pillows - really this is a personal thing, someone else might love them. 2 - The hallways needed to be vacumed 3 - I wish there was more of a selection for breakfast.

I'll honest here. The room was great. Comfortable, clean, spacious. But it was tense. My girlfriend's daughter was in an understandable rough patch, and with my sweetie and I both integrating our love for each other with our kids and all... I guess that's to be expected. Our stay was decent besides the shower's water pressure. The tub was very small and the water pressure was very low. I'm going back to NY next weekend, but we won't be stay at Hampton Inn b/c of the water pressure. It left us feeling unclean.

Everything from checking in with the friendly staff at the front desk to closing our door to our room for checkout was delightful. The room was lovely and clean, the toilet paper was even folded over all fancy for the next guest to take! This place was really well taken care of. Best free hotel breakfast I've ever seen, the eggs were piping! This place was super easy to get to, had a little convenience "store" in the main lobby, free TV, free breakfast 6--10am and had a 24 hr. diner across the street that served fairly good breakfast and other food as well. Staff ultra friendly and helpful and everything was cleaner than I could dream for! I'm a super germ-a-phob so I was really impressed by the quality of care I could see put into this hotel. Big NO NO... The sheets looked dirty. If they were clean and they are stained with brownish spots then it's time to buy no sheets! YUCK. If there wasn't a power outage in the local area and so many hotels were booked I would of left.

The rooms in this Hampton Inn are pretty much up to date with the HI experience; nice size, good bed, Flat Screen TV etc. but this hotel is a little older. In particular the bathrooms feel a little dated and much smaller than usual, plus the elevators/hallways are a little dated. The lobby and reception area are updated with a good breakfast service. For starters, the staff was professional and courteous. Our room was neat, clean and well maintained by the "maid" staff. (I am not fond of the word "maid) We were centrally located to all our needs. The Hampton Inn provided a complimentary van service to the Tarrytown railway (10 min) that takes you to Central Station in NYC in approx. 40 min. great breakfast, and delightful employees! Overall GREAT stay, but it was not easy to get to/from the city since they didn't have a shuttle to/from the subway.
