We were in town for a wedding.... spent three nights.... beds were very comfortable, we always bring our own pillows, but didn't need to as the pillows were great. Breakfast was excellent - something for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is great for traveler using Irvine airport. Breakfast is excellent!

Having the living area separate from the bedroom is great and the TV in the living area has every hook up you want so you can work on presentations with a small group in that area without needing a conference room. When I arrived, there is some construction going on that made it a little difficult entering from the garage and I needed to carry my bags […] up some stairs outside so drop heavy bags off before parking. I have to say I was very impressed when a housekeeper saw me pulling several bags and insisted on helping me, carrying one of my bags all the way to the reception desk and she was a little lady. We felt the staff was very good and that they were pleasant and accomidating. We loved the comfy beds. The one complaint would have to be that the room was suppose to be non smoking and it probably was NOW, but had a dull smoky odor which we did not enjoy.

The entire stay was absolutely perfect from the spacious hotel room and the home-y feeling of the unique paint/coverings on the walls, to the pool, the complementary buffet style breakfast, the indoor pool and hot tub, and to the free parking in the parking garage. The only two imperfect things about our stay is the hot tub was a little dirty and there […] were a few hairs found on the sheets/pillow cases. The hotel is located right off the freeway and is in a very quiet location amongst business buildings and a few other big name hotels. There is only one shopping center close by. Lisez la suite

I booked through hotels.com for a conference I was holding for high school girls. I was amazed that for the price we paid we got a double bed with sleeper sofa in this amazing hotel. The offer full breakfast too! We were thoroughly satisfied.

I love embassy suites. A friend of mine stayed in one a few years back and when it came time for me to find a hotel in irvine, I chose embassy suites. The staff was very friendly. Rooms are very clean and the price is totally worth it. Complementary breakfast buffet every morning with a made to order omelet line. Each night they have a managers reception […] where they serve complementary drinks from 530pm to 730 pm. There is also a restaurant/bar inside the hotel and prices are pretty decent. Its in a very nice location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel was doing a little remodeling during my stay but they kept it under wraps and still made the hotel very presentable. I would definitely stay here again! Lisez la suite

love everything about embassy suites, however there were three cons about my stay. First the housekeeping never cleaned up my room (new towels, make bed, re stock coffee), i was out from early morning till late at night for a wedding coming back to a room not cleaned was very disappointing. second, when i called to complain that i need these things, […] so they sent someone up 3 hours later at midnight after i passed out asleep! third thing, they would never call for a wake up call! I would recommend this Embassy Suite -- service and staff were helpful -- accommodations were good -- my only complaint is that Irvine has no town center and the hotel is located near large companies, but this would work well for the business travelor -- we stayed there for our visit to Disneyland and the location worked well for this also --

The first thing will hit you strong is all of the smokers at the front of the hotel instead of having a dedicated area away from the front door. The staff Very dis oriented at the front desk, Staff not very friendly to patrons , The pool area is a wild out of control area with no supervision..No mention of fee parking over night and once you are at […] the front desk they will ask for your credit card and that is the first thing they will do apply the parking charge to your room even though the parking area have no attendants or security. My husband and I actually stay at this hotel frequently when we visit the O.C. We have always had a great experience and we love the breakfast which is awesome. The location is perfect and just several minutes from the Irvine Spectrum and Laguna Beach. I will say though this last stay had one small problem. We happened to have stayed there on a weekend […] of a water polo tourney and it was booked. Even the hotel staff had told us that. When we went to the room it smelled of cigarette smoke. However we had booked a NON-smoking room. We weren't very happy about that. and our clothes and everything smelled of smoke when we left. If this had been my first stay there, I may not go back. However, I will say that every other stay we have had there has been wonderful, so I will definitely give it another try. However, I will double check at the check in that they will be giving me the NON smoking room that I wanted. Lisez la suite

This is my "go to" hotel when I am in Irvine. Staff is fantastic, location is great, resturant/room service has always been outstanding. Even while its been under construction it is clean and neat - can't wait to come back after the update. AND it's a very GREEN and eco-friendly hotel!!

Despite some remodeling construction this hotel was an excellent choice. The staff was over-the-top with service and the room was perfect. Being located in mostly a business district, weekends are a little quieter which was great. We weren't there during the day so the remodeling "may" have been a problem for noise but not for us. Hotel is under construction which wasn't that big of a deal. However, at 6:01 am, Saturday we were awakened by people outside chanting and banging pots and pans together. Ya, I know weird huh? Anyway the employees are trying to organize a union and that's what we awakened to. I feel bad for the educated employees who weren't out there with the others. […] Unions suck! Maybe the management team is really that bad that the employees feel they have no options. Anyway it must be hurting their business and those that are trying to organize must have no clue about the negative impact the union will have on them. Lisez la suite

We live locally, but had to be out of our house for two nights for termite fumigation. This was very convenient, everything was clean and updated, and every member of the staff that we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend it without reservation. There is currently renovation going on, so it was noisy (hammering, […] drilling) during the day. We were also awakened early on Saturday by picketers - some sort of labor dispute. Both situations were specific to the time we happened to be here and temporary annoyances. Lisez la suite

Lovely room with a view. Bed was so comfortable! We had a wonderfull breakfast too. all was included at such a low price. We stay at the best hotels. This was as good if not better. Very accomodating staff as well. e will certainly stay there again or another Embassy in the future.

The only inconvienance was the room was not ready at the time I was told it would be ready.

I didn't realize this hotel is under major construction. No lobby, dusty, and loud. Had I known, would not have stayed. I'm a big fan of Embassy Suites, but avoid until construction is complete.

Embassy Suites Irvine-Orange County Airport-great proximity to Disneyland, Irvine business district, Anaheim Stadium for a reasonable price.

We were in awe of the huge bathroom and living quarters. We found out later that hotels.com ("expedia" was what the hotel staff said) booked us a handicapped room. That would explain the low shower head and the bench in the bathtub. It was a little inconvenient but overall enjoyed having the extra living space in order to place Christmas presents. :-) […] We had the option to have housekeeping NOT clean. Loved this feature since we had presents everywhere. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! I never like paying for parking nor internet, but the breakfast made up for it. Still, after those expenses we probably could have stayed for less elsewhere. I would still recommend going here. Lisez la suite

The hotels.com website did not indicate that there is a fee for parking (as it did for several surrounding hotels.) That was one of the reasons to chose this hotel instead of some others However, there was a $15 a day charge for self-parking. That added $30 to our bill for the two nights - which made the price of the stay more than other surrounding […] hotels that either had lower room rates + the parking, or no charge for parking. wonderful even though construction was going on during the day. fun happy hr. with treats and the breakfast was the best of the best with tasty veggie & eggs cooked to order + a buffet of everything you could think of including Pinapple & Coconut...yeah I thought I was in Hawaii...the best thing about Embassy suites is the Big plasma TV's in bedroom […] suite & another one in living room....perfect stay, I booked through hotels.com and got a free up-grade to the top floor where the VIP stay.....GREAT!!!!! Good, clean hotel for a quick get away to the OC. Didn't have any towels, though. Even after calling to request some.

Good interior, nice buffet breakfast. The non-suite room (in which we were put up), isn't that great. The room size was cramped. The overnight parking fee of $15 was exhorbitant. The parking fees is not stated in the hotels.com site, but the hotel charges anyways. I would have thought that the fees should have been stated as surcharge in the site to […] avoid surprises. Great hotel! Wonderful suite for families. Loved the rooms overlooking the atrium with pretty gardens and fish pond. The complimentary full breakfast was exceptional. Will definitely return.

We were attending an event on Saturday evening. All hotel staff were helpful in any and all requests we asked for. Would most llikely stay there at our next Anaheim visit.

First off, we reserved a non-smoking room but were assigned to a smoking room. I have to go back down to the lobby to complain about this and get a non-smoking room. 2nd, it is dark around the hotel so we thought it is unsafe and inconvenient to park out there. i can't ask for more. this place has everything i want in a hotel. cleanliness, very quiet and most of all, the breakfast. i will stay again if given a chance. excellent!

Wonderful location, great service, and very comfortable rooms!

We stay at this hotel just to get away from the house for the weekend. It is only a 40 minute drive from my house. The kids love the pool, the rooms are very nice, and the staff is always excellent.

Upon check-in the registration desk had no idea that they put me in a handicapped room, and I did not need a handicapped room. Despite informing them after visiting the room it was for handicapped, they insisted it was not because the computer did not say so. After some insistence, I was provided a regular room, as there were plenty available. In addition […] the card keys did not work, neither of them despite repeat requests for keys that worked. Only after becoming insistent did the keys get corrected. Also notified the front desk to notify maintenance/engineering to work on the door locks as they were only working intermittently. I selected the Embassy Suites for its convenient location to my meeting. Overall it was quiet and comfortable setting located in their business district. Unfortuately, the night I stayed there was an early morning labor protest that began at 6 a.m. for an adjacent business office.

My stay was very comfortable. The staff is helpful the room very comfortable. It is very quite in the room. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choices. I would stay here again. Do not pay attention to the complaints in previous reviews. The garage is easy to negotiate ( I have a mid size SUV) and the $15.00 parking fee is disclosed. Best hotel in Irvine, you would be stupid to stay anywhere else.

Room was ready upon arrival. Parking was made available for my oversized vehicle. Stay was outstanding.
