Great location in downtown fort worth walking distance to restaraunts, bars and attractions in sundance square. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Black out drapes. Restaraunt Shulas in hotel is a nice steak house and good place to have a cocktail before hitting the town. Starbucks coffee in the room. Small station in lobby with Coffee, sandwiches and […] snacks. Expensive valet parking but free to park on the street at night and on the weekends. Perfects place to stay for girls night out! Very nice rooms and great service. We had to call the front desk for a band-aid and they actually delivered them to our room. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby which we found very helpful in the morning.

Over all excellent stay. They charge for everything, a bottle of water in the room, $5. Parking $15 to $22 a night. Employees very helpful. Tub had been resurfaced & was flaking off & chipped.

Great service, they just need to bring a chef to cook your omlettes in front of you like they used to.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The staff is amazing and the convenience to everything is wonderful.

Great hotel overall, but what made it exceptional was the staff. Extremely helpful and made you feel welcome. We had a problem with the toilet and they responded within 10 minutes to get it fixed. IMPRESSIVE! Very dog friendly if you travel with a pet.

I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of where I wanted to be, and I did not have a car. Normally, when I stay in Fort Worth, I stay at Microtel, which is about half the price, but further away. For twice the price, I expected twice the quality, but I was severely disappointed. The elevator and hallway smelled funny. There was no […] refrigerator in the room. The tub was very chipped around the drain. Although the reservation confirmation email said free breakfast was included, my key-card did not grant me access to the room where the breakfast was supposedly located. I ordered room service, and the guy who delivered it reeked of cigarettes. The chocolate pie I ordered was frozen (not yummy). Also, I use an hdmi cable to hook my laptop up to the tv, but because of the way they had the tv mounted to the wall, it was difficult to find the input---I had to feel around for a while. Good things about the stay: the bed was comfortable. The room was mostly quiet (until housekeeping started cleaning the neighboring rooms). Room service was prompt. They have done a good job remodeling an older hotel for the most part, but you'll see some wear and tear like the tubs, and the counters in the bathroom. All in all it was a good stay.

In love with this hotel, i try to stay in it every year that i have to attend the ma dance nationals, fully recommend it.....Only thing missing is a microwave and fridge but with all the dinning nearby its all good

Hotel misrepresented to me that phone usage would be free....it indeed was not....was charged 24 dollars for a 14 minutes of phone usage.....rip-off!!!! Wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. Walls were a bit thin or seemed to be as the room next door talking and TV (not up that loud) seemed to soak right through. The carpet in the room we had was badly stained and needed replacing. The toilet was the loudest thing when you flush it I've ever been around. You flush the toilet and it sounded like it was […] a power washer. First few times we flushed we were almost scared it was going to suck us in. Hotel was very nice and close to several attractions, we stayed 2 nights and the only issue we had was getting coffee creamer and extra towels in a timely manner. It took them like an hour or so and we had to call to remind them. I would recommend this hotel and we will most likely go back when we are in that town.

We usually book closer to Sundance Square, but the pricing was crayzee. We booked at the sharaton, the hotel was better and Molly the Trolley will pick up right in front, take you down town, pick you up, and bring you back. It's a free service provided by the city and runs every 10-15 minutes. Hetaed pool (not just indoor) was very nice.

The hotel overall is decent for the price, but you need to make sure you don't end up in the tower that faces the train tracks, as you will desperately try to fall asleep to the not-so-soothing sound of trains running on the tracks all night. Staff was quite friendly though, food was ok. Neighborhood is ok, except for the tracks and the noise.

We had a great time, enjoyed the hotel and staff. Loved that we could just hop on and off a trolley. The Water Gardens were beautiful and we felt safe to go over at night

Stayed here for 4 nights in FEB. Great location, easy access walking to eateries, bars, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and quiet. The carpet had some unfortunate stains, and I could have used a fresh bar of soap by the third day. But for the price, location and comfort I was very pleased. Stayed at the Sheraton for the Cowtown Marathon, and was not very impressed with their "Race Host Hotel" presentation. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms, which are needed for race morning. Would have been nice to be able to keep a water or gatorade cold for before and after the race. Also, can't heat up some oatmeal without a microwave. Their […] valet parking was a nightmare. We checked in on the afternoon before the race, and were given a valet ticket. However, that night after dinner, we came back to the hotel and found that the valet was full. This was around 9pm. The valet workers tried to tell us it was full, but I simply showed them my ticket from earlier. It would seem that you would know how many valet parking spots you have, and you don't go over that number. That was not the case this night. Our car was parked next to the wall, along with at least 15 others, not where they would normally be parked. If you are just looking to make money, you do what these men did. There was a very small selection of breakfast available to runners the morning of the race. Not to mention it was very expensive. One would think that with the Sheraton being the Host Hotel, there would be something better set up to accommodate your guests. I will be emailing the race to let them know of this problem, and hopefully the Sheraton will not be the official race hotel again. Lisez la suite

I was awaking at 1:45 AM with the sounds of people yelling and talking loudly. I stepped in the hall and asked people to please take their conversation inside thier rooms, but I did not realize thier room was next door to mine. The noise contiuned. I called front desk at 2:30 AM. They said they already had other complaints and were sending security. […] Noise continued. Finally at 3:30, I went downstairs and requested another room. I had to move my family things in the middle of the night. I was not happy with the customer service. The people next door should have been asked to leave the hotel. Stayed at the Sheraton while attending a trade show at the nearby Fort Worth Convention Center. For that purpose, the hotel worked great.The front desk people were very helpful and professional. I would efinitely stay here on a return trip.

Some friends and thought it would be smart to get a room downtown and no one drive fir new years. The hotel was fantastic and everyone was so nice. We settled in at the hotel bar shortly after midnight and the bartenders were tired, but fast and polite.

Very friendly staff, wonderful restaurant (food & service), awesome pool! The rooms are a little old and the hotel isn't close enough to downtown to walk to restaurants/shops, but you can't beat it for the price. We needed 2 queen beds and other options for downtown Ft Worth were REALLY expensive.

The Sheraton Fort Worth has all the amenities you need. The gym is very nice with all the equipment you need for an on-the-road workout. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly. And it is located within easy reach of many Ft. Worth attractions. Great staff (super friendly front desk). Only down side was that my vehicle was burglarized. I recommend buying the valet parking.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Fort Worth Hotel and Spa. The room was very comfortable and the hotel restaurant was excellent. Great wine selection and good prices on the quality food.

Most reasonably-priced downtown FW hotel! Shuttle to anywhere within 2.5 mies is awesome! Only complaint: no tissues and minimal complimentary toiletries. Overall good value.

Just stayed on night with the wife for a birthday night out. It is away from the main Sundance area of downtown FW, but the trolly you can hop on for free makes it very accessible. Plus, the FW Water Gardens are across the street which makes your walk to Sundance a little more enjoyable. I would stay again for sure - very clean, very nice staff.

i booke a room here a week in advance. i paid extra for the larger room and kingsize bed. when i went to check in they told me that i had been moved to a double bed room. there reason cause they were booked. they did eventually comp my valet but i had to remind them the following morning to comp it.

my vehicle was broken into in the hotel's parking lot. I discovered later that it was a high crime area and they have had alot of problems there. No one from the hotel bothered to mention this, even though they charged $17 per night to park in the lot. The manager on duty also seemed indifferent to me when i explained the breakin. Had a small problem checking in - sent my wife in while I parked and they would not let her check in since the reservation was in my name. Same last name, same credit card, room reserved for 2. Duh? I did not notice a space on the Hotels.com web site to add a second name? Staff later helped us get to room ahead of hordes of high school playoff guests […] headed for their rooms. This hotel was nice and clean, but a bit out of the way. We had a car, so it wasn"t that big a deal, but downtown restaurants and shops are a bit too far to walk. we were there for 2 nights; I called the 1st night for extra towels (I booked the room for 4 people and there were only 3 towels). We hung them up so that they would not be taken and they […] were. had to call the 2nd day for more towels (again) and toilet paper and soap. Seems like these things should be stocked automatically. The 2nd day, things took a while to arrive (the front desk called to confirm that we received them and we hadn't) and when they did arrive, they forgot the soap. Everyone was very nice though. Parking for our rental car was a bit inconvenient as it was in a lot across the street behind the hotel and got full quickly. Price isn't as high as some places, but a lot of money for a parking lot that was not guarded and was across the street. Shulas restaurant downstairs has the best burgers EVER for a reasonable price! the parking sits behind the hotel across the street in a parking lot and they have the nerve to charge 15.00 without telling you. it was placed on my credit card without notice.

Good, clean room. Room service was quick and efficient. Location across from water garden and the Ft. Worth Convention center - within walking distance of downtown restaurants. Access to trolly. Evening staff friendly and helpful.

My husband and I had booked a stay at this hotel for three nights right after we got married, but because of the uncomfortable bed and pillows, we cut our stay short and left a day early. We had even prepaid for three nights, but we opted to eat the cost of the extra night because of our aching backs and necks. We also had to call the front desk because […] the air conditioner in our room was making a loud rattling noise. Luckily, the staff was very attentive and sent someone to fix it within about 15 minutes. On the bright side, the restaurant downstairs, Shula's, is great - we both enjoyed watching the Rangers game in the bar one night and enjoyed a delicious dinner there on another night. If all you're looking for is a clean room to spend the night in, this hotel is not bad (although I highly encourage you to bring your own pillow). But if it's a romantic weekend you're looking for, this is not the place. There were two different conference groups there during our stay, which made the lobby a rowdy place and contributed to our overwhelming desire to head home early. Lisez la suite
