Trés agréablement surprise par cet hotel super bien situé à 5mn du metro berri uqam au centre de plusieurs lignes de métro et qui est désservi directement de l'aeroport. Chambres trés propres et super spacieuses et petit déjeuner trés bon et copieux, Accueil chaleureux on vous renseigne bien, vraiment jy retournerai sans pb!!!

Une excellente impression : hôtes extrèmement sympathiques et chaleureux, propreté irréprochable, petit dej succulent et bonne situation dans Montreal.

Séjour quasi parfait, personnel courtois, décoration et chambre très agréable. Le seul problème à été la communication. Sur ma réservation, le déjeuné étais inclus. lors de mon enregistrement l’hôtesse m'a confirmé le tout. Arrivé au restaurant le matin suivant, le déjeuné n'était plus inclus. On m'a répondu qu'on ne pouvais rien pour moi et d'aller […] voir l'admission. Comme je n'avais pas beaucoup de temps, je n'ai pas pu mangé ce qui m'a rendu très amère. Mis à part ceci ce fut agréable. Fournir un coupon repas serait une bonne idée. je suis capable de me payer à déjeuner, mais personne n'aime payer deux fois. Lisez la suite
"Delta Montréal: bonne localisation"
Le Delta est bien situé, près de tout (et de la rue Ste-Catherine) et de la Place des Arts. Le personnel est courtois, l'hôtel est bien, les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous y retournerons.

Une mise à niveau des divers finis serait souhaitable pour être compétitif avec le marché. Sans compter l'envahissement de l'établissement par de jeunes touristes venus pour le "march break". Plus jamais !

Très bon séjour, le personnel et le service étaient très bien. La chambre propre et de bonne dimension. L'hotel est bien situé. Le restaurant de du Delta était excellent et le prix pour le souper comparable aux restaurants environnants. Par contre le déjeuner bien qu'excellent était cher. Le point positif : le personnel. L'accueil a été très courtois et souriant. Nous n'y allions que pour voir un spectacle au Centre Bell...l'hôtel est très bien situé pour faire le déplacement à pied. Le seul point à apporter est que nous aurions aimé manger un petit quelque chose après le spectacle...mais le resto de l'hôtel ferme à 11hres et le bar à minuit...mais pour le reste tout […] était très bien. Chambre a structure architecturale ultra contemporaine; agréable d'y vivre à l'intérieur. Lit comfortable, belle fenestration, balcon assez grand. Gym bien équipé, piscine, jacuzzi et douches très propres. Sauna chaud.

"Recent Renos"
This hotel was very clean, nicely modernized and in a great location. We found parking on the weekends for only $5 a day nearby (McGill Metro/2020 University Avenue) so don't pay the hotel parking rates. The heat in our room didn't work without holding in the button but I think that was a glitch due to the recent renovations, which were very nice.

"Newly renovated"
We were very pleased with our stay at the Delta Montreal. The room looked brand new. The room was very large and super clean. Free wifi was definitely a plus. Without a doubt we would stay there again.

Our Room was newly renovated and totally updated. Mattress very comfortable great for sleeping. New TV's WiFi not in rooms coming later in the year. Ethernet cables on desk in room internet no charge. WiFi in lobby no charge Staff warm and very friendly.

Very comfortable room. Clean, very spacious, good service throughout our stay. Breakfast was good as was service in the bar in the late evening. Cost of partking is the only negative I can think of. Would stay here again.

Due to renovation going on there was a heavy noise in morning at 630 AM - jackhammering - No intrenet connection in the room, wifi was available in the main lobby during the renovations. We are terribly sorry to read you were inconvenienced by the noise of renovation works. We did review your comments with our constructor and were assured it will not happen that early in the future. Also several floors are now closed in order to make a buffer zone from any noise and assure our guests with most relaxing experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the staff are all extremely helpful and nice. They're currently renovating the rooms, which should be finished in the spring of 2012. The current rooms are fine, but are a little dated (but not dirty or unmaintained). There is an underground parking garage - somewhat tight for larger cars. The immediate neighborhood […] is somewhat impersonal with large buildings, but it is about 2 blocks from St. Catherine's street, a short walk to the Latin Quarter (or a few stops on the metro), and about 2 blocks to the subway. "Delta in Montreal-great location"
My stay would have been perfect if I had hot water on my last night. We came back from skiing and planned on visit Old Montreal for dinner. We were tired from the day, but looked forward to a hot shower, dressing up and dining out...management suggested we go to the spa for showering after we waiting an hour for the water to be fixed. Too late!

Ii thought i was getting a great deal,.. but the water hardly ran when i washed my face in the morning, could'nt sleep at all because of the constrution noise going on. And it was not as clean as a hotel should be. Definetly do NOT recommend this hotel.

the hotel is under renovation so the room we had was no yet done. it was very clean and tired but the hotel staff did everything to make our stay great. The spa has a great,,,, great massage therapist.., the pool and gym are great and the location is fabulous.

Was just ok in our opinion. They did have many postings advertising renovations spring 2012 so hopefully that helps. Kind of had an odd smell to the room. Not a good view. Fine if you just need somewhere to stay.

This hotel will be much better when the rooms are renovated. Although the room is spacious it is very run down. The beds are comfortable. The pool area is good. Convient location to walk to St Catherine.

My four-night stay was enjoyable. I used the room partly for business as well as some quite time qith my mate. The room was an older one on promotion, but, while not the newest fancy ones, was still quite comfortable. The furniture in our room was not fit for a cottage. It was badly beaten up as was the carpet. We were told that the hotel was being renovated so I called to make sure the reno was not going to affect our stay and they assured me it was only certain rooms being renovated. "The message keeping in confidence"
I think it could be called as a certain excellent work what the hotel has done. Actually, when I was in Montreal and when I tried to avoid to let some "troublesome friends" to find me, the staff of Delta Montreal kept my message for staying very well, which helped me to have a such good holidays.

We had an excellent stay at the Delta. This is our second year here - we came back because the staff are very accomodating (especially Darrin at the front desk). The hotel needs updating (and they are in the midst of a renovation), but everything is where you need it to be, and even with all the teenagers who were there for a NYE party, we still found […] the hotel quiet, and the staff ready to jump at our simplest requests.
