Bon rapport qualité prix, impératif d'avoir une voiture, piscine et jacuzzi, salle de sport, après une journée de visite, c'est toujours sympa. Petit déjeuner continental compris

I always stay here and was very disappointed this time. I wasn't asked to upgrade so I didn't really think about it...big mistake! Older room with really old T.V.,no view at all,very,very small,very,very dusty, and we were on the red side that made going to the adult pool and spa area quite difficult. The girl that checked us out didn't ask one thing […] about our stay,never made eye contact and couldn't have cared less about my comments. I love where the hotel is but I think I may have to find a new " favourite" hotel!! Lisez la suite
Hotel was clean and comfortable, the service was good, and the food at Bistro was excellent. Only problem is the parking fee. Try to arrive there after 7:00 pm and you can park next door for 7 dollars if you leave by 7:00 am

This hotel has the most welcoming staff who go above and beyond.

MY stay at the Delta Chelsea was comfortable and convenient. Being close to both the Dundas and College subway stations was excellent. Staff were super.

I had stayed at the Delta Chelsea a few days prior. I was given a special hospital rate because that was the reason for my visit. When I came back a few days later I used Hotel.com and the rate was much better than the hospital rate and the room was better. I would use Hotel.com again, it was convenient, affordable and had many other hotels to choose […] from that were also very good rates. Lisez la suite

Was on course at Toronto General Hospital and I flew with Porter so location was excellent. The food in the Market restaurant provided many choices, was delicious and affordable. Would recommend the hotel to family and friends. Location is great for entertainment opprtunities, shopping and many restaurants

"In dire need of updating!"
The hotel is really starting to show its age. The lobby and reception were quite nice, but once I got to my room the wallpaper was peeling, the tiles in the bathroom were chipped, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the wall lamp looked as though it was starting to burn a hole in the ceiling. Although parking was horribly expensive and confusing […] to navigate the staff were friendly and informative. Overall this wasn't a bad place to stay, but I was expecting a higher level of quality from this hotel. Lisez la suite

A great stay, very close to all sites of interest, many amenities

very convenient location to subway, shopping, restaurants and heart of Toronto.
Smooth and trouble free. Staff accidentally gave us side by side rooms rather than adjoining rooms, but fixed it right away.

"Great location"
The best thing about the hotel is the location and the pool. Unfortunately the water slide was not open during our stay, which disappointed our kids. Kind and helpful staff.

"great time away to refresh myself"
I had a very pleasant stay. The only thing I was disappointed about was the 30 dollar parking fee...I felt that we should have been given free parking as their guests.

Great hotel but donèt take a room facing Gerrard St. as construction started early on Saturday.

The hotel is becoming a little rundown. However, the Market Garden and the overall quality of service and the hotel location are still excellent.
Liked everything about the hotel, room was clean hotel is well maintained.No problems with the service. The food at the hotel is good, I especially liked the breakfast. It was also in a good location and the subway was close by. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
"AMAZING Service, Awful rooms"
The service of this hotel is of the highest quality. Above my expectations. The hallways and rooms smell of a bad combination of sewer, skunk, and musty attic. Not ok.

I chose this hotel because a) I'd stayed there 6 years ago so was familiar with location etc and b) I knew it had underground parking. I was really just there to sleep so it was fine. Comfy bed, easy check in. Nothing special but nothing bad either.

Do not take a room facing Gerrard St. as there is construction across the street and lots of traffic noise.

service excellent , hotel needs renovations, carpets old,tvs not flat screen nor hd.Bath tub plugs old fashion rubber, fell apart when I used. Location excellent
"Overall good. Room/parking a bit disappointing."
Overall, good stay. Issues included very small TV in bedroom with barely functioning remote. Parking almost 30 per night as hotel guests.

"Delta Chelsea"
We booked this hotel because of the spiral slide...Our three children were extremely disappointed that it is closed on weekdays. It has VERY limited hours.
"Nice Place To Stay"
The location of the Delta Chelsea is great- within walking distance of a lot of Toronto's attractions. This is the place to stay if you have kids, the pool areas are very nice and clean. The 4 Story Pool Slide is only open on weekends however- it is noted in tiny letters on the hotel's website but is worth mentioning here as well.

1 réponse par Delta Chelsea HotelThe price was okay for the location however the room was extremely outdated there was no air flow it was very stuffy and whoever made the bed before we got there used a flat sheet as a fitted sheet tucked under the mattress so not only did we not have a flat sheet to put over top of us the flat sheet didn't fit the whole bed so our feet were on the […] actual mattress all night not the most comfortable feeling. "Delta Chealsea"
This was not a very nice stay, around 10 pm the firealarm went off and did not go off for 30 minutes. I left my laptop charger behind, I called the hotel and they said they would call me back Not heard a word from them, I will not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Delta Chelsea Toronto - only place to stay"
Right from parking the car, to registering and then getting into my room - this hotel does it right. Courteous staff, clean and comfortable rooms, central to all things Toronto! Just a great overall experience.
