Sheraton Dallas Hotel - Dallas

nous avons passé deux nuits dans une des executives suites. nous avions donc 2 queen plus un sofa bed. la suite etait gigantesque, l'hotel très bien, bien situé, dans le centre. nous etions à quelques blocs de grassy knoll, et de market street tres bon séjour

Sheraton bien situé ; service excellent ; bon restaurant.

i found the staff to be courteous, although not well informed. different people had different information. the towels were horrible. take a shower and dry off with white towel pieces on you.

We got there and checked in, our keycard to the parking garage hadn't been registered correctly so we had to pay for parking. Then we get to our room and was disappointed to see it was dim, dark, and had zero amenities. It also smelled so strongly of cigaret smoke I was getting nauseous, I called the front office and requested a non smoking room because […] my son has asthma. So about an hour later someone came to switch rooms for us.On our second night in our new room we heard pouring water coming from the bathroom my husband went in to see what it was only to see there was water pouring into the Celing from the room above. This was at about 930 at night so I called the front office and they seemed anything but worried but said they would send up maintainence. While we were waiting for the maintainence a hole broke through the ceiling and water started pouring out along with black mold! Finally at about 10pm the maintainence men showed up and realized the water had been leaking for days and the ceiling was about to cave in. So once again we were going to have to change rooms. So at about 1130 pm we were finally moved to the new room after the bellhop got us lost in the hotel looking for the new room. This was the worst hotel experience of my life and I will NEVER be returning to the Sheraton again.  Lisez la suite

Was very pleased with hotel and service. Will stay here again and woul recommend to others.

My daughter and I recently attended a volleyball tournament at the Dallas Convention Center. The loacation of the hotel was perfect for quick travel back and forth. The room was very clean and nice and cool. My only complaint is that the food was very overpriced but it was tasty.

Very nice hotel, close to the DART stations, Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of facilities.

The place is very large and it was easy to get confused but all staff were very helpful to get us going where we wanted to go.

Overall our stay was good. The only problem we had was with the towels and wash clothes. We only had one wash cloth both nights and not enough towels.

Everybody was helpful including the greeters at front. I was told where to park in I wanted to park myself which I did and check in was fast. The hotel itself was confusing since it was large but there was enough workers everywhere to assist you if you get turnaround. Check out was easy too even at early morning. The only issue we had was when we needed […] to go someplace and decided to take a taxi we ended up with a poor driver who did not know the area and even then the greeters helped him so we could make it to our destation. Loved the hotel, the decor, the room and the location ...our only issue was in the dining room. we ate 2 meals at the hotel. our dinner meal was interrupted by a family of four adults with three young children. Two of the 3 children decided that they were in a playground and thought it might be fun to chase each other around the table a few times and […] run up and down the ramp by the windows continually laughing and screeching. apparently the parents and grandparents thought it was funny and cute because they were watching them for awhile and smiling at them never telling them to STOP. after a bit, grandpa joined the kids and danced a bit near their table. not one staff member said anything to the parents. dinner conversation was pretty much halted Lisez la suite

Perfect stay for our family of five with children under age 6. This is a hard crew to accommodate as many hotels suggest booking two rooms with three children, which doesn't make sense when the children are so young. The executive suite was the perfect compromise. Lots of space, including a dining and living room area. Breakfast was pricey ~$80 for […] oatmeal and fruit so, thankfully, we got a good deal on the room. We will stay here again when we visit Dallas. Lisez la suite

From the Valet, to check-in, to my room, it was great service. I enjoyed 100% my stay with the Sheraton in Dallas, Texas. Great Service! Clean and cozy rooms. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dallas.

Not a family hotel. Pool was awful. Rooms dark and overpriced.

My son told the lady at check out "This was the cleanest hotel ever!" We enjoyed the whole experience. A food court was about 2 blocks away, so we didn't have to spend our fortune at the hotel restaurant (although the fried pot roast was GREAT!!)

Clean room, welcoming atmosphere, however the service in the restaurants was well below what you should expect. An example: If four people seated at table, one asks for coffee. Coffee is eventually served, but only the one which asked. The other guests were no asked. The same with anything served.

First off, the location was great. I stayed here overnight with some friends to attend a celebration in the Uptown area. All of the staff we interacted with was nice & friendly. There wasn't a luggage rack in our room which was weird? We ate dinner at one of the restaurants (It was the sports bar) and although I didn't have any troubles with my food, […] my friend's dinner included chicken with a bunch of skin still on it. Yuck! Upon returning, I personally found it hard to sleep. The bed just wasn't right for me for whatever reason. Overall, it was a great stay. Hassle-free check in/check out. One thing to remember though: When you check out, TAKE YOUR ROOM KEY WITH YOU! You will need it to swipe out of the parking garage lest you pay double for your parking and even paying it once isn't cheap! No one informed me of this, so I had to sit there in my car talking to the security guy to tell him I already paid for the parking and I had just checked out. Lisez la suite

Friendly service, helpful staff. Overall room was nice and clean but shower pressure was bad. Room A/C was not up to par, and wouldn't go below 68 on the thermostat. This made it somewhat hot in the room the entire night. Two of the three elevators to our floor were down during our stay which made wait times 5-10 minutes.

This was a nice hotel. It would be nice if you would offer a free refrigerator & microwave in the rooms. Also, some type of free breakfast would be nice for those mornings you are running short on time.

I was very disappointed with the fact that I had to change my keys out 4 times throughout my stay, no ice in ice-machines, and they forgot to stock my bathroom with tolietries everyday. Of course they comp my hotel fee for parking for the inconvience but getting to your room at night the the keys not working was untolerable

This is definitely a business/conference oriented hotel; not geared towards leisure stay. There was no hot tub, and in December the pool was too cold. Also, went over Christmas holiday so downtown was shut down but still had to pay $21 a night for parking. No breakfast and inside club had limited food items. The thermastat in our room read 68 degrees […] but never got under 78 and was hot at night to sleep. Would not stay here again for leisure. Holiday Inn Express across interstate was just as nice, free parking, and breakfast for less. Lisez la suite

Was there with family for the Red River Game!! Horrible check-in staff, extremely rude! my sisters' room was so small and the bathroom was almost 1/4 of my bathroom. They nearly had to brush their teeth over the toilet not a sink!! Parking man was rude too. He told us we should not leave once we had a parking spot...um...INTERESTING!!!

I rarely write reviews but felt I had to share. This was a really bad experience for me. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the room so this is a poor choice if you have children. I didn't have my son with me though. Both cups for the coffee pot were used. I had to call tech support 3 times to use the wi fi. They did credit me back the charge […] but it was really frustrating not being able to use the internet. Probably the worst was my room was near the elevator and it sounded like a train. When I first checked into my room and heard it, I thought there was a low flying plane and looked out the window, it was so loud. I didn't get much sleep because of the noise of the elevators. The location is convenient to the highways and the neighborhood was nice. I walked a few blocks to main street to eat. I wouldn't stay there again. There are other hotels nearby with nicer in room amenities and the location is the same. I thought overall this was quite disapointing and expensive for what I got. Lisez la suite

This is well-positioned hotel in downtown Dallas with easy access to the state fair. The trains are located directly out the front door of the hotel. The room was comfortable. The front desk service was very good. The hotel parking was entirely sold out so we found a parking spot on the street.

Great location! Right next to the DART stop that can take you almost anywhere around the city!

Like the title says it was a ok hotel but for the price or value it was not that good.

Was a little expensive, needed a small refrigerator and could use more towels in the double queen bed room (only had 3), but other than that this hotel was fantastic and will be back next year!

Hotel was great! Only a few miles away from the Cotton bowl. The Dart was right outside the building. Perfect for traveling around the city! Recommend this hotel to anyone catching a game!

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR ROOMS AND THE AMENITIES THAT CAME WITH THEM. THE HOTEL HAD ALOT TO OFFER WITH A SPORTS BAR AND NICE GIFT SHOP ETC. I WAS SUPRISED THE HOTEL DIDNT HAVE A SHUTTLE TO TAKE GUESTS TO THEIR DESTINATIONS. THAT WOULD BE MY ONLY DISSAPOINTMENT. AS I'VE STAYED IN SMALLER LESS EXPENSIVE HOTELS THAT DID OFFER A SHUTTLE SERVICE THAT […] I JUST ASSUMED WOULD BE AVAILABLE HERE. Lisez la suite
