l'hotel est bien placé à 2 rues du cable-car et du bus pour visiter san francisco malheureusement l'hotel est défraichi ,la chambre trop petite,pas de salle de petit déjeuner et comme il n'y a pas de table dans la chambre nous avons du manger sur notre valise avec une chaise pour 2 en revanche le personnel est très aimable et disponible

Hôtel très bien situé à SF pour un prix tout à fait correct, sauf pour le supplément parking (37USD) pour une nuit, mais avec voiturier ! Comme l'hôtel est tout petit le petit déj est servi en buffet sur chaque étage mieux vaut se lever tôt, la courtoisie, la tempérance et le sens du partage n'étant pas les qualités premières de mes voisins de chambre […] au moment de mon passage. Nous avions réservé en prépayé 2 chambres,l'une pour 2 adultes, l'autre pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Pour la chambre triple(avec un enfant), ils nous avaient prévu un lit en 140 pour dormir à trois ! Il a fallu batailler longtemps pour avoir un lit plus large car il leur était impossible d ajouter un lit pliant pouur des raisons de sécurité(chambres […] trés petites). Jody was a great in helping me to efficiently plan the visit to many SF sights which were part of my sixth grade classroom scavenger hunt that my students researched. It's staff like Jody that make San Francisco and the Andrews a wonderful place to stay. I enjoyed the personal feeling at the Andrews hotel. My room was tiny but had everything I needed. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was sufficient (and I actually liked having to take a tray back to my room to eat it). If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay in a convenient location and you're wiling to put up with a small room in an older building, this place will do just fine.

This was my second stay, though my first was better. I had a service problem in the restaurant/bar which offers free wine for hotel guests. (My boyfriend and I were asked to take our glass of wine in the hotel lobby, even though the restaurant/bar wasn't busy, and we weren't asked if we'd be paying for another glass of wine.) Excellent! Somewhat European. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar on each floor is just the best ever--great breakfast pastries. The hotel is a short walk from the shopping and transport centre of the city, making getting around very easy. The hotel is a couple of blocks from Union Square and we were able to walk to all of the public transportation / tour bus starting points from there. We got a glass of wine in the hotel restaurant each evening (limited window - only if you happen to be there during that hour and a half) and the […] breakfast each morning was amazing - fresh fruit (choice of bananas, apples and oranges), gorgeous assorted pastries with butter and jam, orange juice and coffee. The nice thing is that we could take breakfast back to our room and eat there - it is served on each floor. The only problems were the size of the bathroom (in our particular room, your knees are under the sink when you sit on the commode) and the wireless didn't reach our room - we had to stand in the hall with the tablet to make tour reservations, etc. Good value, served our purpose as a landing spot each evening after sightseeing, would stay there again.
