Le lit était très confortable, la chambre spacieuse et silencieuse. Pour une petite pause relaxation, un petit jacuzzi et finalemt assez proche de Philadelphie

Ne pas confondre avec l'autre hotel " holidays express" chambres spacieuses et propres, présence d'un parking sous l'hotel donc interessant. Informations en français. Petit déjeuneur copieux et délicieux.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel via Hotels.com sans pour autant le connaitre avant. Nous étions très surpris de la qualité de l'établissement ainsi que de la gentillesse et du professionnalisme du staff. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.

Service très correct. Emplacement idéal pour une halte sur la route entre Philadelphie et Washington DC. Quelques chaînes de restos autour (Five Guys). Calme malgré la route. Pas de petit déjeuner.
Situation
Comfort Inn se trouve à Trevose (Bensalem - Trevose), à proximité des sites suivants : Parx Casino and Racetrack et Franklin Mills Mall. Oxford Valley Mall se trouve également à proximité.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement
L'établissement Comfort Inn possède un centre de fitness et une piscine extérieure en saison. L'accès à Internet haut débit par Wi-Fi est gratuit dans les espaces communs. Située au nord-est de Philadelphie, Bensalem mène au pittoresque comté de Bucks, qui couvre 1572 kilomètres carrés. "Disgusting"
This hotel is disgusting. There was a cockroach in the shower. The wall paper was peeling, The carpets are old and dirty looking. The bedspreads are gross and dirty.
"Not bad, but not so good either."
The rooms carpets are very dirty and stained. The staff is not so friendly, they sometimes don't even acknowledge you walking in front if them. The rates aren't bad considering you're in the east coast. Not sure I would stay here again.
Good breakfast, but old and not too clean furniture and carpets in the room - would not recommend to someone with allergies.
"Arrrogant receptionist"
Got at this hotel by 5 pm. The room 314 assigned to me was a smoking room. Asked y he gave me a smoking room, the receptionist , with a very rude answer told me that IT IS WHAT I REQUESTED. Despite the fact that I keep telling I have never smoked in my life and never I requested a smoking room wherever I go, he asked me to leave if I don't want the […] room. When later i asked for a restaurant phone number, i have been asked to come downstair to get it while he could just gave to me on the phone. Not having any other choice I had to spend a very long nite in this room with burned carpet. NEVER I WILL GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN OR REFER IT ANY OF MY RELATIVE Lisez la suite

We stayed there two nights. the hotel staff were so very nice, answered all our questions,got our wake-up calls correct, and went above and beyound what some hotel staff offer. "Happy stay"
The staff was super nice, felt very comfortable there. Very personable! Great breakfast, close to casino, and downtown Philly. Will def come back if want to play at Parx casino.
"comfort inn rt 1 N near sesame place"
I was not completely dissatisfied with the hotel. The first "issue " we had was actually finding the location using the GPS. The city is actually Feasterville not Trevose, and we had to find that out by calling the hotel (being put on hold at least 3 times without being asked to hold). The hotel is on a highway that has a medium running through separating […] the two opposing sides...needless to say we had to make a lot of U turns. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but was satisfactory. The room had a mildew odor and the carpets were in need of a serious shampooing. The staff was helpful when asked any questions. The pool was more like the neighborhood pool rather than the hotel pool and there was not ample parking. I would've stayed somewhere else and paid more in hindsight. Lisez la suite

"GOOD CUSTOER SERVICE"
MY WHOLE FAMILY STAYED IN THIS HOTEL LAST WEEKEND, SOMEHOW , THE ROOMS I GOT ON MY RESERVATION WERE SMOKING ROOMS, I WAS TRAVELING WITH 6 KIDS AND A PREGNANT WOMAN, OF COURSE WE COULD'NT STAY THERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK UNDERSTOOD MY SITUATION AND CHANGED US TO A BETTER ROOM (NO EXTRA CHARGE), THAT WAS GREAT. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS REALLY […] GOOD, KIDS LOVED IT. Good for the money....need to clean rugs...should have vents in bathroom....the saff were great....I will use again...

The odd smell in the halls, which had a hint of cigarette smoke smell, soured the rest of the experience. The place is also in need of some painting and new carpets. Breakfast OK, not bad location for my purposes, internet worked find, room clean and tidy.

"You get what you pay for.."
The floors were stained. The room keys rarely worked. The worse was when the housekeeper entered the room without knocking at 8am when there was a "Do not Disturb" sign hanging on the outside. This is not a brand new hotel, but the price and features were exactly what we needed for our budget. They need new carpets and paint, but wireless worked great, breakfast included, and good working hotel. We were in a room on the non-street side, parking was safe. The room was very clean and comfortable. They do need to do some maintenance and repairs in the rooms however, I would stay again because of the cleanlyness.

"Comfort Inn-Trevose Pa"
I had a great stay in the comfort inn. The parx casino is a nice place to spend a night out. You get what you pay for with this hotel. People are nice. Place is good for the money, would definitly stay again
"Comfort Inn?? -- No Comfort, At All!!!"
What a horrible experience! We only had to stay for one night, thank God, as a stop-over to somewhere else. If you like staying directly on the side of a highway with all of the noise, this hotel is for you. It may be conveniently located, but what you give up is not worth the convenience. It was small, musty, and the air conditioner leaked onto the […] rug! One person could barely fit into the bathroom and the shower was so tiny that I hit my arm on the wall every time I tried to move! Then, to top it all off, at 8:00 a.m. we awoke to not the traffic noise but the noise of the "gardener" using a leaf blower on the property. I called the front desk to complain and they said that it wasn't their fault and they were sorry, but they were not truly apologetic at all. It seemed to be a bother for them that I was losing sleep. And by the time the gardener stopped working, it was too late - we were already awake. It also seemed that all of the employees were family and this did not benefit the guests at all. One more losing point - even though they offer a "free" continental breakfast, there was no coffee when we got down to the breakfast area. We had to go to the front desk to find someone to refill it! There was also only one waffle maker and a line of people waiting to use it, including children! They really should invest in another waffle machine. The other thing they really need to invest some of that family money into is air conditioning vents in the breakfast room!!! It was soooo hot in there and I noticed that not only were there no windows to open, there was not one air conditioning vent in there. How can they do that??? We were sooooo hot that we took our newly arrived coffee and bagels to our room. The sweat was literally pouring down our faces. That is all I have to say for now. "Would not recommed"
Our non-smoking room had an ashtray and burn holes in the floor and wall. Many people seemed to be staying there to party rather than rest.
Rooms on front of motel was a little noisy with highway traffic noise since the motel is located on the major highway, Requested a room at the back on the motel and they readily accommodated my request. It is a very clean, well run hotel. Better than some 3 and 4 stars I have stayed at.

"Needs Improvement"
It was OK to stay 1 night and go to Sesame Place, next time I will spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. The pool needs lots of help. The parking is not so great either. We switched rooms 3 times, once b/c the carpets were wet and the other room smelled. we werent there long but would not want to be either!!

The hotel was nicely located to Sesame Place. The pool was lacking they really need to cut back the bush that is next to the pool and tighten the hand rails going into the pool as well as clean the pool. I asked for two queen size beds but I truly got was two full size beds. Also they need to add fresh fruit to the breakfast menu.

For the money the hotel was fine. It was clean and beds were almost comfortable. Like the other reviews said the breakfast was lacking. I think overall the hotel was better than i had expected
