hôtel très bien situé - à 10 mn à pied de Disneyland - avec des commerces et de quoi se restaurer - malgré des travaux en cours (changement d'enseigne vers INDIGO), n'avons pas été incommodés - personnel serviable - formule du petit déjeuner inclus très pratique lorsqu'on voyage avec des enfants

le holiday inn express maingate, est tres bien située, non loin de Dysney land, il a accceuil chalereux. Le personel sont tresd emabla et serviable.

Excellent Staff , all very helpful . Clean rooms no charge for parking,WiFI,and breakfast. Close to Disneyland.

Nice reasonably priced hotel close to Disney and walking distance to Ducks or Angels games.(About 12 blocks).Great restaraunts nearby. Nice breakfast included. I have stayed here once before and the desk staff are always courteous and helpful. I will continue to come back to this hotel. And secure underground parking...very nice.

We were very happy with our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express. There were members of our party going to Disneyland every day, and the location was quite convenient - about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the park. Others in our party needed to drive to various college campuses, and the entrance to the I-5 was just around the corner and up the street. […] The hotel, while a little on the plain side, offered everything we could have needed - warm hot tub, decent breakfast included, free internet, adequate parking. The hotel is close to Disneyland and it's nice that WiFi, Parking and Breakfast are free. However, the rooms are in serious need of updates. In our room the refrigerator was very loud and we also had a lot of noise from the street. The only way we could sleep was to turn on the air conditioner to drown out the noise. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, but the parking garage and breakfast were a nice bonus. We had no trouble finding a spot in the underground garage, even though it was a holiday weekend. Our second morning there, the tables in the breakfast area were full when we first arrived, but by the time we had our food there was an […] open one, and the staff in the breakfast area did a great job keeping the tables cleaned. Our room overlooked the main street in front of the hotel, but we were not disturbed by any noise. The walk to Disneyland was about 15 minutes for us (in our mid-twenties). The Holiday Inn Express is within walking distance to Disneyland. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good and included some hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. The room was clean and the premises very well kept. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

Normally, Holiday Inns are nice and comfortable. I choose this hotel because of the price and closeness to Disneyland. This hotel very obviously used to be a motel. You can see how it was enclosed. Now, the only window to the outside faces a hallway. There aren't even blackout curtains, just a thin white curtain. When we arrived, there wasn't really […] good parking. We parked in the crowded lot behind the hotel (temporarily) and went to check in. The front service was sub par. There were three people at the front desk and the girl who checked us in had a snobbish personality. She showed us around the meger lobby area and then we went to park. Parking is underneath the hotel in a locked garage. Getting into the garage, you have to turn very sharply and very close to the wall. I was afraid I'd damage the rental car trying to pull in so I my husband had to get out and activate the gate. The room had a motel quality look and a moldy smell to it. The a/c was a floor unit that rattled loudly. The Tv was a small older model. Not like the flat screen HD tv I've come to expect in a hotel of this quality and price. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from disneyland, and a 5 min walk to multiple restaurants and a sad outdoor mall with a lot of potential. If I come back to anaheim, I won't stay at this hotel. I'd rather pay a little extra and stay at one of the disney resort inns. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. Its a holiday express knew it would not be to bad. But I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel exceeded my expectations. For a three star hotel they have a five star staff. Upon check in I was greeted by SHERRY she informed me that I would not be able to check in early, but what was most impressive is she came out from behind the counter shook […] my hand, introduced her self and took the time to actually walk me through the hotel and show me the dining area and pool elevator, complete tour I have not received that kind of welcome from four and five stars hotels. First Impression was good, and everything after was better. The Staff was very nice and helpful. The grounds and room were very clean. The room was a nice size, and the bed was comfortable. Its located next to some really good restaurants and the Garden walk, it is a walk to Disneyland but for $4 you can take a shuttle, and with free parking and a decent […] free breakfast you could easily pay for the shuttle, we chose to walk, and with So Cal weather the walk is usually really nice. Very strong location vis-a-vis Disneyland. A bit noisy in corridors. Hotel staff was very helpful.

We stayed Dec 26 thru the 29th of 2011.The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good each morning. However, the staff was superb. Everyone was helpful and always friendly.

Everything was very good with this hotel. Customer service was excellent. Room was clean. Parking is free as well as the internet. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The only negatives I think would be that they only have 1 elevator (wasn't really an issue with us since we took the stairs near our room) and the door which tends to slam shut. […] TV needs an update. The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. The location is great and near good restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety to choose from. I would recommend staying here for the price, ammendities, and location you can't beat it.

I went to the inn with little expectation, and I left impressed. The staff are friendly and helpful. For around the price I paid, it includes basketfast, Internet and parking. You can walk to Disneyland easily, and it is closer to Disney than the Disney parking lot actually. My husband and I stayed here one Sunday night, planning on going to Disneyland the following day. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and gracious! They really were fabulous. The lobby was very nice - updated and clean. However, the hotel was not how it appeared online. Our room door and window opened to what used to be an outdoor hallway, now […] closed in by windows. The very bright "hall" lights stayed on all night, and shone through the dark curtain. The room, though very clean, had an odor. The floor sloped so badly, I felt dizzy while moving about the room. The A/C-heat was too loud to run, and since it was cold out, I couldn't leave the one small window open to get rid of the smell. While walking down the corridor to the elevator, it also sloped and I ended up leaning in the opposite direction. The next morning, the electricity went out, and it took the manager and assistant 20 minutes to open the gate to the garage manually - 1 inch at a time! They did it while apologizing and were gracious about it. We were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast, due to the electrical outage. All in all, a really great staff of people, working in a not-so-great environment. Lisez la suite

Very convenient location if you don't mind adding a short walk to your day at Disneyland. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. Free internet so we could print out boarding passes. And a not too bad FREE breakfast - just watch out for the fake cheese in the omletes!!!

Nice hotel about a 10 minute walk from Disneyland. Some good restaurants close by-Bubba Gump, Cheesecake Factory. Good, hot free breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I have always stayed at one of the 3 Big Disney Hotels while visiting Disneyland. I thought I would try one of the Hotels that surround the park. This was a GREAT choice. Very clean and comfortable. The managers and staff were very nice and helpful. The walk to Disneyland was about the same as the walk from the Disney Paradise Pier Hotel. The morning […] breakfast was wonderful !!! I saved hundreds of dollars on my 3 night stay when compared to the Disney properties. NO Parking Fee !!! FREE Internet !!! Most hotels in the area are charging for both. Lisez la suite

I thought that the Holiday Inn Express in Anaheim had a very nice facility. My room was clean and comfortable. I had no problems walking from the hotel to any of my destinations, including Disneyland. I would suggest this hotel to anyone vacationing in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a King Suite with a whirlpool tub. It wasn't a suite as in two rooms, but was good sized and had a two person whirlpool jacuzzi tub in the room. We did have a problem with the smoke detector going off twice because they were doing work on the 4th floor (we didn't hear any construction noise though which was nice) […] and our microwave broke, but they replaced it quickly for us. The breakfast in the morning wasn't amazing, but it got us going for our days at Disneyland. It is a little further than some hotels, but still a comfortable walking distance. We walked back and forth a couple times a day with my one year old to take naps and such and didn't find it a long or difficult walk with her at all. All of the staff was friendly and I would reccommend it as a nice place to stay in the area. Lisez la suite

I stayed here while at a conference in early November, 2011. It was fine. I didn't use the fitness room or pool. Breakfast was edible. Room and bathroom were very clean, which was welcome.

The hotel is a short walk to Disneyland; yummy restaurants are literally outside your doorstep, as well as convience store and a pizza shop

Would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others! Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, roomy, and comfortable...much nicer than some of the more "upscale" hotels I've stayed in in the past and included a MW & fridge. Breakfast offered a decent variety...more fresh fruit would've been nice, but apples were […] available in the main lobby. Saturday's breakfast was super crowded, but trays were available to take food to the room, if desired. Would've been nice if pool/hot tub area was open until 11pm. Good clean nice hotel with expanded continental breakfast which is way above most others. Great comfortable beds. Can walk to Disneyland but is a long walk. Overall, I will go back for sure.

Hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland and many other sight seeing places to go. Convient shoping. If you don't like to walk, you can catch the bus right in front of the hotel. This will take you dirctly to Disneyland entrance. Definately recomment.

The hotel is located pretty close to the Disney parks. some say you could walk, but it's a good 20 minute walk. (we parked) It's also next door to the Anaheim garden walk which is a nice place to eat dinner and walk around for the evening. The day and evening staff was very accommodating, though the overnight staff was lazy. Parking is very tight, and […] we came back around 1245pm after Disneyland closed. There was NO parking in their lot and the attendant at the front desk didn't seem to care. Told us to just park in the emergency parking space and that he'd remove the cone (he didn't) The beds aren't very comfortable, but the rooms are spacious and have the basic necessities. We didn't like that we couldn't close the blinds to block out the light from the pool area (which stay on all night) It is nice to see the fireworks show from our room though. We didn't use the pool but it was tiny. The continental breakfast was ok. They advertise hot breakfast, though the hot items aren't very good. The sausage and "omelets" on the first day weren't edible, and the thin microwave bacon and scrambled eggs weren't much better our second morning. fortunately they do have the usual dry cereal, yogurt, and fruit. the cinnamon rolls (though store bought) were really good. Not horrible, but disappointed in the HOT breakfast that was advertised. Overall it's not a horrible place, but we wouldn't come back. If you are a family, and just looking for a clean room to relax in after the day, it is sufficient. Lisez la suite

Wasn't at all satisfied with this hotel. When we opened the door the smell of urine hit us like a rock. The air conditioner, which hung out the window rattled and banged all night long. Not something anyone would want to deal with after a 14 hour drive to get there. To top it off the toilet wouldn't flush right and we had to wait to use the restroom […] at Disneyland. We have never had issues before with hotel chain before but I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. Lisez la suite
