my daughter was flying to d.c. close to air port staff very cuterous and friendly evening snacks and breckfast very good room was clean and comfortable will stay there again

Since my funds are slim I am unable to really take a vacation so my daughter reminded me we could do a Staycation. I decided to try the Drury Inn and the one out at the airport was far enough from home to feel like a vacation. Checking in and getting to our room was very easy, the personnel were all so friendly. All was very relaxing and we even shared some funny stories and laughs with the personnel and other guests.I will definitely do this again. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I didn't give this hotel five stars because this is not a luxury hotel. Nonetheless, it's clean and comfortable, the staff is excellent, the breakfast is fine, there's free WiFi - so it has everything one would want, unless one wants a fancy hotel. My husband and I stayed there the night before his early flight. Here's a list of things I'd have wanted […] to know before I booked: 1) Security: This hotel is very near the airport, which is not in a very nice area of St. Louis. That is the downside of this hotel, but if you want to be close to the airport, this is a good choice. The parking is well-lit, so we felt secure about our late model car. 2) Cleanliness: We have high standards for cleanliness, so we read the reviews of the airport hotels carefully. This hotel is clean, the linens fresh, no ugly surprises in the shower, like mold. The room didn't smell bad, either. 3) Room / Comfort: Our king size bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms. The room is spacious enough for an easy chair and a desk. The TV is a flat-screen, with plenty of channels. The cups are plastic, not glass. They provide a lot of big, fluffy towels. The shampoo, conditioner, are in a dispenser in the shower, not in little travel size bottles. As I said, this is not a luxury hotel. 4) Staff: The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and eager to please. Everyone gives you a warm greeting. 5) Food: The breakfast buffet is standard fare - eggs, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cold cereals, bagels and toast, fruits, waffle maker, etc. Breakfast is not like some of the more luxurious hotels, where you can get made-to-order omelets. I've been to the Italian restaurant next door, and it's pretty good (I'm a foodie, so I'm fussy about restaurants). 6) Airport shuttle: They have a shuttle service, and all you have to do is let them know 10 minutes before you want to leave, and they take you. Great experience!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very knowlegeble of the surrounding area. We used the metro at the airport. It was very convenient as the hotel shuttle was available 24/7. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent. It was a great deal for the money. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My only comment about the hotel was finding the place coming in from out of state. We were told the wrong location. That was not your fault. Otherwise, overall an enjoyable stay. The evening brunch was a pleasant surprise!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The kick back was a nice touch as was the full breakfast. We will definitely stay again.

I was very impressed with the Drury. This was my and my boyfriends' first visit and we intend to go again and bring our children. I felt very relaxed and enjoyed myself in the pool before retiring to bed. The room was very clean and the customer service was excellent. We arrived at 6pm and the free appetizer/dinner was being served. We decided to stay there to eat instead of going out - I had salad, baked potato and pasta and the kids had hot dogs and chips. Decent food - and popcorn and soda was available throughout the rest of the evening. Pool was just fine - a bit small but the kids enjoyed it. Great location […] at just 2 minutes from the airport. Breakfast the next morning was pretty good with the usual Drury breakfast - nice variety of hot food! The service was excellent - everytime we saw a worker, they greeted us and everyone was courteous. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel and location was very nice. We inquired about a crib at 5:30 and was told it would be there at 8 pm. We called the front desk at 8:50 and was told they where on the way. It finally came at 9. We also asked for a top sheet and pillow case which we never recieved. The staff was not very efficient when customers asked for service. I enjoyed all […] that the Hotel had to offer and I would go again, what I would change is calling the staff numerous times or going to the front desk which I feel I shouldn't have to go through the whole ordeal. Everyone at the hotel was incredible at taking care of everything!

I was impressed. Only problem I booked the wrong one and had to travel 20 miles to Fenton. Thought it was a very nice Hotel and the staff were very friendly. Would stay at another one again.

Nice snacks and breakfast in the morning. Rooms were clean and location was convienent for travelling to convent.

Very nice room, helpful staff & really good breakfast buffet! Across from Lambert Airport & easy access to downtown. St. Louis.

I've stayed at numerous 4 & 5 star hotels and resorts around the world and the service I experienced from the Drury Hotel staff in St Louis compares to many of them. I chose this hotel based on it's location to the airport and will stay here again based on the service levels I received. Great value. Great accommodations. Stay here.

We stayed over one night after a long flight and it was exactly what we needed. Really nice staff, comfortable bed, clean room and an included yummy hot breakfast. We will be back whenever we are in the St Louis area.

We stay because it's convenient, affordable, and the staff is so nice. Keep up the good work to all this Drury location's employees. It truly does make all the difference.

Excellent service from all staff, delicious evening food served to our tired family so we didn't have to go out and my 2 yr old grandson adored the pool and endless free popcorn! Had never stayed at a Drury Inn before but would certainly stay again.

Traveling with senior mother, needed to break up the travel so it would not be an all day stay at the airport. Was less than a mile from the airport with free shuttle.The room was comfortable, could set and watch the traffic of the airport with out the noice. The Drury Inn/St. Louis Airport location is a 5-star property for service, convenience, and personable staff. Sure, there's no spa or gourmet restaurant, but if you want a clean, well-kept room, a comfortable bed, a scrumptous breakfast menu, and don't want to be nickle-and-dimed for everything, this really is a the place to stay. The in-room microwave […] and fridge is convenient (and the fridge is actually cold!). My walke-up call came when requested; the shuttle service between the airport and the hotel is first rate, as well. Everyone on-site will greet you with a smile and a sincere offer to assist you. My husband and I stayed for one night with our 2 month old and thought the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were offered a crib for our room, but upon delivery it was too big for our small room(single king bed room). Thats the only detractor from our stay, but that's not the hotels fault at all! I arrived at 11 PM and the man who performed the check-in was professional and helpful. I especially appreciate the efforts of people who can work this shift and do a good job. This hotel is directly across from the airport, but it was not noisy at all. I appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport, especially since there is a metro stop at the airport and from there you can get just about anywhere you need to go. The free breakfast, dinner, and happy hour drinks were very much appreciated. It's not top shelf food, […] but it's hot and nourishing and the service is friendly. The room was clean. The hotel staff was exceptional-- very helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. I'm a woman who often travels alone for business and I found this to be a perfectly safe and comfortable place to stay. We have traveled all over the world--and the personnel at this hotel was truly outstanding. The front desk supervisor even addressed us by name as we were going out after checking in. The location to the airport is superb and fast. Thank you Drury Inn St. Louis Airport for our most comfortable and enjoyable stay.

food/drinks in the lobby were absolutely wonderful, customer service fantastic, actual rooms so/so, bring your own conditioner as they just provide "conditioning shampoo"

The hotel is old, but beautifully kept up. It is so close to the airport that you can practically touch it. They have a airport shuttle that leaves when you need it The people are very very nice.What it may lack in decor, is made up 100 times in other amenities. I would stay here again for sure. And the price is right.

All staff great,loved the free breakfast and dinner. Only problem I had was with a bath drain that would not keep open to drain water. Everything else was great!
