Nous occupions l'une des chambres à trois lits dont une partie se trouve en mezzanine, du coup deux télés et plus d'espace pour tous. Enfin la situation de l'hôtel est très intérréssante, quartier très vivant le soir pour budget sérré, petit déjeuner à la hauteur et accueil souriant.

Bonne impression générale en découvrant la chambre (propre, équipée) mais les matelas étaient très médiocres. Nous pouvions sentir les ressorts.De plus les murs étant très fins nous avons été un peu dérangé par les aller et venues dans le couloir. Quoiqu'il en soit, c'est un hôtel très correct, l'accueil est sympathique et le petit-déjeuner copieux. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de Hyde Park et sur la ligne Centrale du métro. Il y a même le bus 390 direct qui circule même la nuit depuis Oxford Street.

en arrivant agréable surprise d'avoir une chambre surclassée !!!! 2 chambres, séjour, salle de bains dernier étage pour un couple : pas de bruit de voisins, pas trop de rue même si nous étions côté rue. comme beaucoup d'hôtels anglais l'entretien des chambres et bâtiment (peinture, moquettes etc..) est un peu laissé de côté, il ne faut pas être regardant... par contre draps fournis et serviettes, le tout propre. disposés sur les lits avec savons+shampooing. Franchement le personnel est sympa, l'endroit pour des touristes est impecc. Sans hésiter si je devais repartir sur Londres, je rependrai cet hôtel ou le conseiller à un couple /famille.

Accueil, très sympa, très pro mais impersonnel, cela ne va pas plus loin. Pas de mots d'accueil, pas de mot pour les visites. J'ai payé via internet, sans aucun problème. Il y a un gardien 24/24, donc pas de problème pour les clés. On est arrivés à 10h00 alors que chambres dispos à 14h00, ils ont gardé les sacs dans un local et quand on est revenus à ,18h00 les bagages étaient montés dans l'appartement, très sympa.....Situé dans une rue, très peu passante, mais qui donne devant un accès d'hôpital d'où partent les ambulances, et aussi un giratoire d'autobus.....donc c'est bruyant la nuit malgré le vitrage double. Ce n'est pas gênant plus que ça, mais tout de même cela fait un bruit de fond qui est tout de même là.....C'est appartement est très bien équipé, propre, les lits sont confortables, et il ne manque rien. Petit bémol, mais bon on fait avec, les SDB sont petites. Il y a des pubs juste à côté, un restaurant qui vend du pain juste en dessous à partir de 7h00, c'est pratique et très sympa. Le supermarché "Tesco" à 400 mètres n'est pas terrible, il faut aller à "Tesco" à côté de la station de métro de Saint Paul, les produits sont plus frais...! En résumé c'est un bon point de chute avec ses petits inconvénients. Mon avis sur cet hôtel est positif et correspond parfaitement au descriptif du site de "Hotels.com"

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette hôtel bien situé accé rapide en bus ou en métro au centre. quartier calme belle piscine agréable après une journée shoping, sauna hammam. le lit est très confortable la salle de bain nickel, la cuisine est bien équipé. rien a dire c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix

Fantastic stay, brill service, staff were very helpful, gym excellent and apartments wonderful. Had easy access to the theatres and some excellent small restaurants within walking distance. We both had a great time.

Me and my boyfriend were in London to celebrate his birthday and I was planning to propose. I booked the studio apartment and wrote to Dolphin house and told them about our trip and asked them to get us the best studio apartment they had. We got there early (about 11 am, the check in isn't until 3 pm) and wanted to leave our bags so we could go out. […] Our room was already ready and we got upgraded to an amazing 2 bedroom apartment. It had a beautiful living room with a huge tv, one master bedroom with a tv, a smaller bedroom, a great bathroom with a tub and a kitchen with everything you can think of including a wash machine. We never used the gym or the spa (actually we even canceled some of our plans), the room was to nice to leave. We were both very pleased with our stay, and Im sure we will come back soon! Good location in a pleasant area. Very handy for Victoria theatres - 1 tube stop or pleasant 15 minute walk. Room small but adequate and well equipped. Fridge with fresh milk and chilled water very welcome. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. Good facilities - spa, pool, gym but didn't get to use them as only stayed one night and had full schedule. One […] negative: very warm at night, even with window open - also couldn't open bathroom window. Water - even 'cold' tap was very hot and, bizarrely, even the toilet flushed with hot water!! "Good but would have liked a softer bed"
Pretty Good location and nice and quiet in an apartment overlooking the side car park. Lovely apartment with all I needed for an overnight stay plus a restaurant open quite late. Only drawback for me was that the bed was very hard. I will try one more night.

Great location! Lots of nice restaurants, cafes and pubs in the surrounding area. And close to pimlico tube station. I had a studio apartment. The rooms were perfectly clean and very spacious. Nice modern decor and furniture. Practical staff. Only minor faults I.e. no power points in bedroom area though there were some elsewhere in the apartment. And […] maybe a door stop would've come in handy for the self closing internal doors. But absolutely lovely bathroom, big bath, double sinks, nice towels and a heated towel rail. Dolphin Hotel offers basic convenience for people looking for reasonably priced serviced apartments. Staff are pleasant, gym and amenities are very convenient. Unfortunately they do not offer any business service facilities i.e. printing or ability to fax which for business travel, is a little inconvenient. Staff helpful.

Great location, quite lovely area and 5 minute walk to tube. You can get to oxford street in 15 minutes. The reception was lovely and so modern. The staff are impeccably kind and helpful. The rooms are so comfortable and clean with plenty of drawers and hanging space. The large double bed was so comfy. I will most defiantly use it if I'm ever staying […] in London again. This hotel is in a perfection location to Pimlico Tube station, just a few minutes walk. The only negative is the check out time is 11.00 am; this can be extended by 1 hour, if the room is not rebooked. We were not made aware of this and staff did not volunteer the information, we found out after we had checked out and we heard another guests complaining […] about the check-out time. Suitcases can be left at the hotel for as long as necessary FOC. Breakfast isn't cheap either at £14.95 a head; however, we had a brilliant full English breakfast for £5.78 in the small cafe that is in the little Mall attached to the hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and very professional. We would definitely stay at his hotel again. The room was spotlessly clean and was plenty big enough for two persons; the bed for some reason was rather short in length, so know good if you are very tall The hotel gardens are plesant and very well kept. The workout room is terrific, but the hotel itself was a disappointment. There is no lobby, just an office with desks, and the room was tiny - if you opened a drawer you couldn't get around the bed. It was clean, but tatty and the brown tones were a bit depressing. If you want to see the Tate Britain, it's a great location, but otherwise it is a bit […] off the beaten path and not as good a value for the location that I'd hoped. "Dolphin House -Perfect base for exploring London"
We booked this hotel for a last minute trip to London. We could not have been more pleased with what we got. It is located within 5 minutes walk of Pimlico tube station which is one stop to Victoria. A cab ride from Victoria costs no more than £5. If you're traveling to/from Gatwick this is the perfect hotel for you. The room we got was a standard one-bed […] apartment and it comprised of a spacious living room with big plush purple couch, kitchenette with absolutely everything you need, a spacious hallway with closet, well sized bedroom with closet and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom had a full sized tub and was nicely fitted. The beds were comfy and had duvets and sheets as opposed to the normally questionable hotel room bedspread! The living room had a full sized flat screen tv, cable, in room movies and internet. The hotel is located on a quiet street so noise is not a problem. The only downside to this place is the fact that the rooms are not air conditioned. However you can open the windows fully and our stay was in July and it was pretty warm in London and we had absolutely no trouble sleeping. The hotel has great amenities like a restaurant on site and a gym with pool across the street. There are also a number of little shops in a purpose built shopping arcade in the same building - little supermarket, off licence, cafe, hair salon. In short this hotel is very comfortable, very well located, has all the amenities you need close at hand and is very reasonably priced for London! We will definitely stay here in future. This place if fantastic if you are planning on staying for a long period of time. There was a washer, full kitchen and a separate living room.

Pæne store værelser incl. lille thekøkken med køleskab og microovn, men INGEN kogeplader, så der kunne ikke laves mad. Reception og fælles område var lille og kedeligt, men der var fin lille have til, som vi ikke anvendte men kunne se fra værelset. Der var også en meget lille shopping-arkade med lille supermarked, frisør, kiosk, grønt-blomsterhandler […] med alm. varer til lidt høje priser, men fint hvis man lige manglede noget. Der var 700-800 m. til et godt supermarked med frisk morgenbrød incl. danske kanelsnegle. Vi benyttede ikke hotellets restaurant, da vi var væk til sent om aftenen, og baren lå gemt væk og var iøvrigt lukket de par gange vi ville have været der. Dejligt hotel, tæt på metro station. Dejligt stort værelse, der er har en hyggelig udsigt. Der er virkelig styr på rengøringen. Da der ligger et supermarkedet 300 meter væk, var det nemt at sørge for sin egen morgenmad og nyde på værelset når nu der var køkken til. Kan klart anbefale hotellet, hvis du skal en forlænget weekend til London

"Fine rom -lett tilgjengelig"
Lett tilgjengelig om man kommer til Victoria Station, 12min gange eller 5-6pund med taxi. Like ved lelighetshotellet ligger ogsaa Pimlico Station. 4-5 stopp til f.eks Oxford Circus. Rommene/lelighetene var freshe. Veldig kjekt med kjokken og litt storrelse paa oppholdsrommet. Matbutikker i umiddelbar naerhet er ogsaa praktisk.

"Greit hotel i stille strøk med fine rom"
Litt anonym og ganske provisorisk lobby med hjelpsom betjening med litt påklistra smil. Fikk oppgradert ett-roms til leilighet. Bra standard, kjøkken med alt som trengtes for to, stort fint bad med badekar og bra vanntrykk. TV i stue og på soverom med mange filmkanaler. Fint å slappe av der litt innimellom lange storbydager med masse gåing. Gode senger. […] Heldekningsteppe over alt utenom bad og kjøkken. Også i ganger. Badebasseng og trimstudio gratis tilgjengelig for voksne fra tidlig til seint. For barn var det meget begrensede tider i bassenget. Kjipt for dattra på 14 år som aldeles ikke føler seg som et barn. Gratis Internett i fellesareal viser seg å fungere i et veldig lite område - men det er gratis. Trivdes godt der, og lett tilgang til både buss og tube. Man går opp til Victoria stasjon på 6 min. "Varit här förr i affärer men nu var det privat"
Jättenöjd med stället, har haft delad lägenhet med kollegor tidigare men nu hade jag en studio. Gillar stället på alla sätt, bra läge om man kommer in från Gatwick, taxi från Victoria på mindre än £5. På söndagen var det en fyndmarknad utanför hotellet så det gjorde verkligen min weekend. Rekommenderar starkt!

Fint hotell, med treningssenter, basseng, solarium, badstu. restaurant og bar og sikkert noe mer vi ikke oppdaget. Enkelt sted å nå fra flere av flyplassene og 2 stasjoner unna handlegatene. Mikro, stort kjøleskap, vask og kjøkkenutstyr slik at man lett kan ordne seg enkel frokost og middag om man ønsker. Flott hotell med en stor vakker hage. Kjempelekkert moderne rom med alt du trenger. Veldig stille og rolig og flott sted å trekke seg tilbake etter hektisk vandring i de vakre gatene rundt.
