Embassy Suites Fort Worth Downtown - Fort Worth

The staff was prompt, courteous, and went beyond the normal expectations. The valets are friendly and remember you from day to day. We really felt welcomed and enjoyed the stay. The breakfast is great, and manager's special is a nice break for the day. Definitely coming back whenever in DFW!

The parking valet and check in desk have the most courteous people I have encountered. The only negative was every time the people upstairs flushed their toilet it made a loud noise in our room and the air conditioner made a loud noise. Other than that, this place is perfect. From the moment we pulled up the staff greeted us and asked how we were at valet. Inside we were directed to check in and the lady told us about the amenities and given fresh cookies. They took us to our suite and it was awesome 2 rooms so my boys could play games while I was in the bedroom. Only setback was the pool area in the hot tub a light fixture […] was hanging out and the Hispanic man told the lady he wasn't going to fix it. I called and told them what the man said and they assured me he would fix it. Well he didn't and we just used the pool. Lisez la suite

This hotel is a gem and the staff could not be nicer. Unlike the older Embassy's, the room configeration, decor, and amenties (Starbuck's in the lobby) were modern and stylish. Only a bit pricey valet parking is available but it was extremely quick and professional. We loved our stay!

The hotel location is perfect for downtown Fort Worth night life/Sundance Square activities. There was no hair dryer in room, but staff remedied the matter very quickly. Breakfast was outstanding. Valet parking seemed overpriced and there was no self-parking. Beds and furnishings were excellent. TV could benefit from an on-screen programming guide like […] you get on Dish network. The Embassy Suites was in a perfect location, within walking distance to most downtown attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly, and even sent chocolate covered strawberries with a nice card to our room when they found out we were there celebrating our anniversary. Complimentary cocktail hour was wonderful, though we did not try the snacks they […] offered (didn't want to fill up before our dinner at the Reata) and the drinks were well made. Breakfast in the morning was equally wonderful and there were so many options to choose from. Room was spacious and comfortable, and the entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. Everything about the hotel was great except for the noise level. We could hear everyone in the hall and even people on the street below. We were on the ninth floor. The room was very comfy and the cleanliness was probably the best that I have ever seen. It is a pretty enjoyable stay as long as you are a not planning on going to bed before midnight. […] Things did quiten down some then. The hospitality staff of The Embassy Suites is second to none. Upon arrival, the valet staff noticed my husband and I had travel sized Coca Cola bottles in our car. They sent up complimentary bottles to our room with a very sweet note saying how we'd probably like a fresh soda after our drive. The hotel is very easy to get to and is in walking distance to all of the fantastic Sundance Square restaurants, clubs, bars and shops. Every time we stay in Ft. This hotel was awesome. The staff was great, down-to-earth, and sincere. The amenities were some of the best I've seen on this budget and the free breakfast (big spread) and happy hours (free drinks!) were very fun! High fives all around!

Pros: Great location, walking distance to major attractions, suite was spacious, service was excellent, Starbucks downstairs, comfortable lobby, nice bar, friendly staff, free breakfast, computer room. Cons: street noise, slow valet service, parking fee, underwhelming breakfast buffet, tight hallways. Girlfriend and I stayed there for a Valentine's […] weekend. Drove from Dallas so did the tourist thing in Ft. Worth. Excellent location to Bass Performance Hall, one block up. Del Frisco's and Ruth Chris steakhouses within walking distance or 3 minute cab ride. Entertainment district few blocks over so close, but not too close to where you feel in the middle of it. Stayed in corner room next to street so road noise was kinda loud. Room was good. Nice size suite, tvs, desk. Comfy couch to relax on. Bathroom was a tight squeeze and bed could have been softer. I liked the wet bar in the living room to use as another area to clean up since my girlfriend took all the counter space in the bathroom! Service was great. Friendly and helpful front desk. Needed directions and front desk was very thorough and even printed out directions and map. Valet was painfully slow and confusing. It was raining when we arrived and a conference just let out so maybe bad timing. Fast housekeeping, called front desk for extra towels and 2 minutes later housekeeping was knocking on the door with a stack of warm towels. Thai restaurant was pretty good but seemed out of place for hotel. A more neutral cuisine would have been more fitting. Friendly bartender who made good drinks, but so-so wait staff and food. Breakfast buffet was a little crowded and could have been cleaner, but great value since it was free. Breakfast was good with omelets made to order and plenty of variety. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm happy with the choice of hotel. If I was going back for business or pleasure, I would want to stay there again due to location, suites, and friendly staff. Recently stayed at the Embassy Suite Hotel-Downtown Ft. Worth. Our party was going to a concert at Bass Hall, so we decided to stay overnight instead of heading back for Dallas due to the late hour. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Hotel is right across the street from the hall! Next morning we had a delish breakfast, fast check out […] and we were on our way back to Big D. It is a nice place. The evening reception and breakfast were both very good. My only complaint is the parking, You have to pay $24 a day to valet park.

This hotel is very nice and in a great location. It is in the middle of everything Downtown Ft Worth has to offer. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Coctail reception and breakfast was great and everyone was very friendly to my children. I will definately stay again!

Second time I have stayed here. Staff very friendly and helpful! Even the managers took time to carry on a conversation with us. Loved it and the breakfast they serve in the mornings!

When I booked the hotel, I did not realize that the only parking for the hotel was through valet ($22 per day) There was free parking available 2 blocks away. The hot tub was also Inop, which was one of the reasons I selected this hotel.

Just stayed here five nights with my family. Highly recommended. Clean, very good service, extremely convenient.

The service was great, hotel was beautiful. The pool heater was not working and the hot tub was out of order(the pool was main reason we chose the hotel). So that was a let down.

We chose this place to stay because of its location to our event (we had plans to see our friends perform at the Hyena's comedy club in FW) and its well-known cocktail hour. Although we had checked in late, the woman at the reception desk stated that we still had 15 minutes to enjoy beverages. This was a plus. This hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a wonderful staff. We mentioned to the lady at the desk while we were checking in that it was our anniversary. Shortly after settling into our room we heard a knock at the door. It was room service bringing up complimentary chocolate covered strawberries with a hand written note that said "Happy Anniversary!". […] This hotel was thoughtful and paid great attention to detal. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Embassy Suites. The room was great, clean, and big. Room service was fast and the food was delicious. The free full service breakfast was absolutely amazing!!! My only complaints were the noise at night and the lack of guest parking. Located just 2-3 blocks from Sundance Square, the concerts that went […] sometimes until 1 a.m. kept me up wondering when they would be over. Additionally, they have zero guest parking unless you choose to valet park for a pretty steep daily price, so we had to park at a parking terrace a few blocks away. Fortunately, our stay ended on a weekend day, so the parking was free; if it wasn't, we would have had to pay the daily rate of the parking garage. So, if you stay at the Embassy, be sure to bring some earplugs, don't rent a car if you can help it, and enjoy your stay! Lisez la suite

I left a watch in my room, and called hotel lost&found phone number twice over the next two weeks in hopes that it might be returned. Hotel staff has not returned either call yet.... Still waiting! This experience is a display of very poor customer service as far as I am concerned.

I chose this hotel because we were going to the symphony at Bass Hall and it is right acrossmthe street. It also has a great breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful.

I traveled to Fort Worth to attend a business conference and stayed at the Embassy Suites. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent (included in the price of the room), and the Manager's Reception (also included) is a very enjoyable event. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The valet went out of his […] way to get us a cab to the airport after the cab company we had made a reservation with stood us up at 6:00a.m. In conclusion, many Fort Worth restaurants are pricey, and ground transportation to and from the airport is inconvenient and expensive. If I return, I would rent a car, and be more careful in restaurant selection....but I would definitely stay at the Embassy Suites. The hotel was the highlight of the trip! Lisez la suite

The hotel is within walking distance from Bass Performance Hall. It is wonderful not to be stuck waiting in a parking garage after an evening concert. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated, and the complimentary breakfast is a nice finishing touch to a weekend get-away.

We had tickets to see a concert at The Bass Hall and decided to stay overnight rather than drive back to East Texas. 5 Star Service & Quality. Loved the Suite, and the price was right through Hotels.com. Was surprised to find a wet bar w/refrigerator & microwave in the room. And the Manager's free breakfast was outstanding! I would and already have recommended this hotel to many of my friends. We'll be back.
