Nice size room friendly staff breakfast was ok but over all good experience

The hotel wasn't well maintained. Doors to the back area were falling apart, elevators were dirty (especially the carpet), towels had hair on them. One big thing was when checking in, two people working, one behind counter and one in another side room working on computer. We stayed overnight just to attend the Reggae Festival in Austin. Room was clean, showers worked, breakfast was ok, front desk was nice. Not much to say but it did the job and accomodated us for our trip. Would use again only for a overnight stay.

It was a better experience than what I thought it would be it was very decent and affordable I would stay again.

The room had an awful smell. No plugs for my phone. It also had crackheads.

The hotel was good but when I went to taske a shower the water would not go down it just collected and I called the front desk he said he would call back in a couple minutes after 15 minutes I called and they got me another room which is horrible when your undress in a robe had to move everrything. A little run down but conveinent!

when i first arrived at my room i noticed the toilet flushed slowly by the morning it was stopped. so i notified the front desk & was told the maintenance person had not arrived yet so i could wait or come downstairs to get a plunger & do it myself. I declined. & let them know how unhappy i was not to be able to fully use my room. 1 hr. later i was […] offered to move to another room, but i had to crry my own things because they did not have enough personnel to help out. I had to ask a cleaning person from the breakfast room to come & help me out. She was willing to do it after she was released from her breakfast duty. This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had no problems at all with the reservation, check-in, or condition of my room. Hoping to stay here again!

I've stayed at the Ramada before, but I never flew in to Austin. This large chain hotel has no shuttle service, so a cab ride will cost you $35.00. The hotel needs alot of renovating. The television had a poor reception and picture quality was even worst. The lobby furniture was old and displaced. The carpet in the hotel should be taken up and replaced. […] The overall room was ok, but not what you'd expect in a large chain hotel like this. This was the filthiest hotel I have stayed in in my life, including all the hotels I have stayed in around the world. The halls were littered with trash; there were groups of people sitting on the floor in the hallways eating food from styrofoam containers. The parking spaces were barely wide enough to accomodate current vehicles and the possibility […] of door dings was a real concern. The wake up calls system on the phone did not work and while they say they offered continental breakfast I certainly saw no evidence of that nor would I have trusted its cleanliness. this place should in no way be called a Ramada and should never ever belisted on hotels.com the pics did not match reality the place was very bad dirty rooms burn marks on floor, comforter...in a non-smoking room. dirty walls, floor just bad I tried to contact hotels.com to find a new hotel but could not get through, I did change rooms to one not as […] bad and since it was one night only we did stay but this was very bad, had a hooker wlaking the halls and going up and down elevator trolling I was not pleased this hotel should not be allowed to post nice pics and claim to bea Ramada Limited.... trashy very trashy.... Outside areas and hallways very worn and musty. Nicer inside rooms, clean and comfortable. No refrigeraton or microwave. Noisy highway sounds all night. A/C not very cold. High volume hotel, many crowds and groups.

The hotel was dirty, worn out, and the bed was so soft that it was a terrible night of sleep. The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work, the towels were worn and very old with one being dirt stained. The shower was good and did have hot water. The furniture was old and bruised. Breakfast was very limited in comparison to other chains.

It is an average stay at an average hotel. Nothing wrong with that.

Nothing exotic but clean, safe, and courteous. Comfortable room, adequate breakfast.

The front desk employees were nice, but that was about the only thing I was satisfied with. Hotel was not kept up well, smelled very old and musky, and was not very clean. The bathroom smelled like a cigarette, and it was a non smoking room. Neighborhood did not feel the safest.

Room was decent but hallways smell very damp. Could definitely use new flooring and better lighting. Shower was VERY difficult to adjust and does NOT maintain same temperature. We had to constantly adjust it because it does not stay constant. Room wasn't too bad. Location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants on I-35 and 183. This Hotel was way below quality standards on many accounts and the location was such that you will not even want to park your car there. Could not sleep all night due to loud noises coming from next door which became worst at around 3AM. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially thoes travelling with family!

Not the best and not the worst. It was an ok stay. Easy to find and easy off and on the highway.

Went to go see ACDC on Friday ther 6 of November and took the kids with me. This could't have been a better location. The rooms clean and the staff was very nice. Complimenary breakfast was cool with cereals and fruit and some yogurt was very healthy start for our morning.Felt very safe having the Expressway right there. There was no noise and slept […] like a rock.Of course nothing is perfect and the only thing I can say that was not right was the parking spaces. They were kind of small and very close to each other. Maybe painting them again and having them wide would fix this problem.They do have alot of parking in the back but nobody parks there.Over all I can say that on my next trip to Austin I know where to stay. Good room for the money

The hotel is convenient to Austin downtown with easy access to I-35. The room was comfortable although I could hear some conversation coming from the room next door. The room was clean and everything worked although I was annoyed by the lack of the temperature control knob on the air conditioner. During the night a car alarm went off and sounded for […] what seemed like an hour. I eventually went to the office and suggested they contact the owner but the alarm continued and to me that was inexcusable. Lisez la suite

Hotel smelled veryy strongly of cigarettes in the hallways, all floors. Room itself was pretty good for the price, nice bed, clean, etc but really low lighting and old tv, basically what you would expect for something this price. Honestly Id probably go with a la quinta though.

there was mold in the shower the shower mat was holy and to disgusting to even leave in the shower i washed the shower floor on my own before stepping foot in it the shower head was also very dirty

First off I had reserved a room with a King bed and when I got there they didn't have any for me, so I had to take a double bed. I had reserved this room 3 weeks in advance, so there was no reason for me not to get what I asked for. The room was pretty run down. Cracks in the walls, etc...

I paid for a non-smoking room, but the minute I walked in, the smell of smoke and flowers hit me. I guess the flower smell was used to try and cover the smoke smell. I should have tried to moved to another room, but it was so late and I was tired.

The personnel were very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and it is easily accessable from the highway.

I went on a trip to austin to help my friends look for an apartment and we stayed here. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very private there was an outer entrance door right by our room so we didnt have to go thru the front entrance. The room was very spacious and very clean in fact a little too clean because it smelled of bleach when we came in […] but after we turned the air on it was fine. The continental breakfast was pretty awesome there was plenty of different kinds of breakfast too eat but you have to get there early if you want any of the good dounuts. over all we enjoyed the stay and would stay again. the first room we had the ac didn't work not a problem you want to have in the middle of a Texas summer, the so-called hot breakfeast was nothing more than a rack of doughnuts and some juice. Hotel was noisy and to get to it if you were north of it you have to go 3 miles past it and turn around, the parking was terrible the spots are VERY small I drove […] my kia down and had trouble parking it due to people in larger vehicles taking up more than one spot because of the size. I was very suprised to find a refrigerator and microwave in my room. The service staff was very friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located to downtown Austin and central Texas in general. The hotel was pretty much what we expected considering the price. The room was adequately clean, but there needs to be more accessible electrical outlets in the room. We had to go buy an outlet strip so we could both plug in our phone chargers plus laptop. Also, for some reason cell phone signal was spotty while there.
