Inexpensive rooms with many amenities. However, linens were dingy and blankets had pet hair on them. Kind of gross. But if you need a cheap hotel with full sized fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, was worth the money. Just be sure to ask for clean fresh linens. I was in town for work @ SUNY-Albany across the street. The location was good for that, but there is next to nothing within walking distance for food. Everything is on the next avenue over. There is no breakfast or fitness center which is a must for me when travelling for work. The rooms were outdated and not well-maintained. Scuffed walls, burn marks […] on the counter, dust. It would have been fine, but I have different expectations when I am travelling for work than when I am on my own budget. For work, this place is a "never again." Although not "plush" per se, the lure of having a kitchenette at a very reasonable price is hard to resist when staying multiple nights. The room was basic in most respects, bed was comfortable, but we were glad we brought our own pillows! The kitchen is listed as "fully stocked" but if 2 forks, 2 knives and 2 spoons, one teaspoon and one tablespoon […] was not terrific. There were pots and pans for sure, and that was great. The TV was old and very small, and the selection of channels was not great. I would remind travelers that extended stay hotels generally do not have shampoo, hair dryers and such. The location was great, staff was very friendly and nice, and the hotel in general was more than adequate. I would stay there again. Good value for the money. Lisez la suite

Stayed here for the bar exam. Pros: The front desk guy during the day was very helpful and nice. Hotel is conveniently located near a Dunkin Donuts and the highway. Cons: They don't do wake up calls. The frond desk woman's response to my request, "Can't you just set an alarm?" The air conditioning was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep at night. […] No housekeeping if you're staying only a few days. Expensive for what you're getting. Lisez la suite

I have never completed these before but I thought it would be best to relay the information. The front desk help and manager were great but the condition of the hotel and room was poor compared to the surrounding hotels. The room I stayed in was fairly clean except the bathroom toilet which was disgusting.

First room had no working a/c. Then I was told I could check out later because I didn'check in untill 3am..kicked me out at 11am....awful

Check Out time was 11:30 AM. I had called earlier the night before to the front desk to ask for late check out. The front desk was clueless. She told me she didn't know if I could check out late or not and that she hadn't talked to housekeeping yet. At 11:40 AM a woman AND a man knocked very loudly on our door and threatened to call the cops on us if […] we did not get out immediately (even though we gave no reason for them to believe we were trying to stay long or any contest whatsoever). just be aware the room are a little smoky

the room is to be no smoking however is smells of smoke and even has burn marks on the rugs

The girl who checked us in was very helpful and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. It seemed more like a motel 6 with the name "extended stay" slapped on. From experience, Extended Stays usually have very nice rooms, complete with pull out couch. There was no pull out couch, but a recliner that was broken. There were cigarettes burns everywhere […] and we didn't have a smoking room. Lisez la suite

The room was large enough. The bed was very comfortable. Condsidering the room had a full kitchen, the price of the room was excellent.

roomy-microwave-real fridge,stove even a laundry on premises-have stayed at extended stays about 12 years in a row-its getting a bit worn down but was spruced up a bit with some new furniture -not fancy but great value for the money, especially if travelling by car-free parking in front of your window almost- btr/nyc
