Comfort Suites London - London

The comfort suites hotel was beautiful. It was close to the I 75 and everything was clean and neat when we arrived. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great. It was just what we needed to start our day. The room was big enough to accommendate a family of 6. Thanks for the great service.

Everything you really need at a fair price. Not the most luxurious, but comfortable, practical, and helpful, friendly staff.

The room had a smell. The TV had a fuzzy picture on all channels. The front desk couldn't seem to help. There was mold on the a/c unit. Which probably was contributing to the smell.

The staff was very friendly and trying very hard to keep it a pleasant visit. However, the hotel needs updating, the floors are uneven and we were able to hear the neighbor's TV all night.

I would have rated this hotel high in almost every area except one very unacceptable "event" during our stay. I was staying overnight with my four children looking forward to a good night's sleep on the way back from Spring Break. At 12:45 a.m. I received a phone call from the desk saying they had made a mistake with my bill and needed to correct it. […] I asked if we could take care of this problem in the morning (hello???!!!) but he said it could not wait. I consider this completely unacceptable and complained the next morning. There should only be one reason for a middle-of-the night emergency and that would be an emergency! Lisez la suite

Just far enough east of I-75 so that you did not hear noise. Friendly staff, good amenities, room above average, breakfast very good.

We were warmly welcomed by no only the front desk attendant but also the housekeeping staff as well.Big breakfast.Newly renovated.Beds were very comfortable.Room was very clean.

The lobby is very large and attractive. The front desk personnel are very helpful, telling you where everything is, what time breakfast is served and local restaurants that you can get a 10% discount by showing you hotel key. My room was very clean and roomy as was the bathroom. The hotel is set off of the main highway enough that you do not hear traffic […] noise but close enough that it is easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly, room was clean. We would recommend it hightly. We recently stayed at the Holiday Express just down the road which had a smaller room and was more expensive. The Holiday Express was nice too, but we stayed 2 days and the king bed w/sofa bed gave us more room for less money. We would stay there aga […] in. Lisez la suite

comfortable and affordable, grandchildren enjoyed the pool and having good restaurants within walking distance no car ride was an added perk

This was the BEST Hotel we have ever stayed at. There were two adults and two kids at this stay. The check in service was WONDERFUL. The room was VERY clean and up to date. The room was two queen beds and it also had the sofa. I will never stay at any other Hotel. The pool was very WARM like it says and it was VERY clean.
