Rien à redire sur cet hotel. Très bon accueil du gérant (souriant, prend le temps de nous répondre, explique bien). L'hotel n'est pas très "design" mais il est propre et accueillant. Les chambre sont de tailles raisonnables et propres. Un petit encas est offert (une bouteille d'eau et un mini gateau). L'hotel est situé près de l'aéroport (avec navettes je crois) et de la highway donc un peu bruyant d'extérieur mais une fois la porte fermée, pas de soucis. Et enfin, le petit déjeuner est classique (whafles, pain, beure, confitures, céréales, jus de fruits, café, thé) avec un petit plus : des fruits frais (pommes et oranges, assez rares aux EU). Pour nous, ce n'était qu'une étape avec San Francisco mais nous aurions pu y séjourner d'autres nuits.

Situation
A Folsom, l'établissement Lake Natoma Inn se trouve dans le quartier historique, à proximité de Granite Bay Beach et Maidu Regional Park.

"hotel for drunks and meat heads"
We had to call security 5 times because the room next to and across from us had people coming in and out yelling and screaming in the hall. We even had one of these people bang on our door at 2:30am thinking it was his buddies room and that they had locked him out. This hotel is in walking distance to several bars so I'm guessing this is normal for […] this hotel. The front desk sounded annoyed ever time we called and didn't even apologize when we checked out. "Great Location, not great Service"
This hotel is in a great location if you are hoping to enjoy Folsom and walk around town. Don't expect too much from the staff...you're lucky if they look up from the front desk. Rooms are what you expect for the price.

The location is close to the old Folsom main street area, so it's a convenient short walk, but the interior and rooms could use refurbishing. This hotel tends to be one of the more expensive in the area. I'd only stay here if it was priced lower than the others.

Second time we've stayed here. The was a very, very thin and each time there has been an incident with other tenants. Starting to wonder if it's a local dive with a false front.

We love going to Folsom and staying hereI. The price is great and service is as well. Everyone is so friendly and the rooms are clean and top notch. The breakfast buffet is also very good.
Beautiful location....hope i could have stayed longer....definitely would come back

"Lake Natoma Inn-Great Location"
The hotel was not only in a great location, but also priced reasonably. Only problem was the very slow cleaning staff. Several times our room was not cleaned until after 4 in the afternoon. The desk clerk did request the room to be cleaned immediately when we asked. Overall - a good stay.

We have stayed here for the past 3 years. We forgave the older dingy rooms because of the location next to the American River trail, but their failure to clean our room was the last straw for us. We had a do not disturb sign on the room until about 10:30 while we showered after our morning run. At 10:30 we reversed the sign showing Maid Service requested, […] but the maid never checked the room again. When we brought it to management's attention, they said that the maids never re-check the room, and that we needed to notify the front desk that we changed the sign. If that is there policy they should not have provided the room with a Maid Service sign. Lisez la suite

"Lake Natoma Inn"
The Inn used to be a full service Inn with a full convention business and meeting room services. Unfortunately that was 10 years ago. Now the dinning room / grill closes at 9pm and there's no longer a lounge or bar service. It was very quiet and I won't be back
"Good Hotel but needs updating."
We stayed at this hotel because of its location. We were going to a wedding and it was very close. The location is also great to old town Folsom, which is cool. The hotel needs some serious updating. The carpet looks like its from the 70's and the rooms are not much better. The employees were nice, but nothing special. I would stay there again, but […] only at a great rate. "Location, Location, Location"
One stays at the Lake Natoma Inn because if its location - not because of its amenities, etc. It's a decent hotel...clean, fair value for the price, etc. But MAN! The location is PERFECT! Walk to Old Town restaurants and bars, reant a bike right next door and hit the trails (which too are right next door). Parking is plentiful and free. I stay there […] every time I travel on business to Folsom, and I will continue to. Love it. Lisez la suite
"Lovely Inn"
I enjoyed my overnight stay at the Lake Natoma Inn. The Inn is so convenient to many things such as the walking paths along the American River and Old Town Folsom and the grounds are lovely. I love this little place and the price was reasonable.

Overall, a very good value for the price. Along the lines of a Hilton Garden Inn, but with mor charm and uniqueness. The front desk attendants were freindly, efficient and helpful. The location offers close proxmity to beautiful American River trails, walking distance to fine dining and histroical old town Folsom and yet it is a 20 minute drive to downtown […] Sacramento. The rooms are clean and comfortable but spartan in terms of in- room amenities i.e. lack of convenient plug ins for multiple chargers. The bar and restaurant was adequate and actually quite charming and the lady attending the bar was very friendly. The pool and spa were clean and well maintained. If you are looking for good value with small town charm and good proximity to the area, this is a good deal. Lisez la suite

When we got to our room we were given 2 queen size beds rather the size we asked for in our reservation and made mention to the front desk clerk, second, when we were given the correct size bed/room after bringing it to the front desk clerk she put us what seemed to be a mile walk from any elevator and exit. Easy to get to. Nice little shopping district. Shopping district is getting a make over which should be very nice when finished. Great staff. Get a room with the hot tub!

The walking-distance proximity to restaurants and easy access to major thoroughfares make this a great spot for travelers. Access to a dirt running path and paved bike trail along the American River are both right behind the hotel. Premium Outlets nearby if shopping is necessary or desired.
"Quiet Hotel-Good location"
I stayed on the river side of the hotel, which was quieter. A five minute walk away is old town Folsom. Beautiful area. I will stay there again in the future.

The rooms are clean and comfortable (down comforters, pillows). The grouds are beautiful. Try to get a room on the lake side... parking lot side is pretty noisy. Bar is nice. Service great !

Nice friendly hotel. Located just of of the American River and a short walk from old town. Lots of outdoor activities and nice laid-back entertainment. Including some greay eateries.

We would definitely stay there again = was much nicer than I expected as it was in old town and I expected it to be much older and not so nice. Loved it!!!

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring downtown Folsom. Small, but nice, pool. Room was great! Only suggestion would be to install a fan in the bathroom-the mirror was steamed up from the shower for 20 minutes.

"Sleepless in Folsom"
Very noisy all night long, especially the elevator equipment sounds. People walking normally in room above and plumbing noises could be heard clearly.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was pretty close to the strip and not to far from the Outlet Malls. The inn was somewhat hidden, but it was worth trying to find. We enjoyed our stay

Wir ahnten nicht, dass das Hotel doch relativ laut liegt, weil der Folsom Boulevard - über eine Brücke führend - ganz nah am Hotel vorbeigeht. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist an sich sehr reizvoll und der hohe Baumbestand an der Rückseite des Hotels (Richtung See) mindert den Autolärm etwas; aber das Hotel kann man trotzdem nicht als ruhig gelegen bezeichnen.
