Excellent place to stay. Some construction going on but did not interfere. Breakfast Buffet worth every cent. Preferred standard room in main building as closer to amenities like indoor pool whereas tower away from amenities unless attending a convention.

I travel for work and often my two large dogs accompany me. Finding hotels that are pet friendly can be a bit of a challenge. I have stayed at this particular hotel enough to know exactly which room to ask for when we come to stay and it is WONDERFUL to have a small yard directly off of our room's patio as well as direct access to Spokane's Riverfront […] Park. "Pretty good value for the money"
Service was good, rooms were pretty nice and clean. I would stay here again. Only critique is that the morning breakfast line was a little long so we ended up going some place else. Also the indoor pool was way too cold. My kids, ages 3 and 6, wouldn't go anywhere near it. When I tried, I understood why.

no lotion in bathroom surprised me- but did not want to ask for it when i needed it, other than that a nice hotel, friendly staff
When we got checked into our first room, the bathroom had not been cleaned. the toilet had waste in it. it wasn't so much that this happen, I guess anyone can make mistakes,, but the accommodation by the hotel staff left a lot of room for improvement. we did finally get into a clean room and it was fine, but hotel staff need to accommodate a mistake […] like that with a lot more customer service. Within walking distance of downtown Spokane and a magnificent view and access to the Spokane River. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Good location, easy to find. The breakfast is okay for ~$10 and the beds are comfortable. Would rather not pay for parking and the room (1 queen) was fairly small. I think in the summer the outdoor pool would be awesome though!

This is my 3rd time in this hotel. I strongly recommend rooms in the Park Tower. Up grades are needed in the older section of the hotel like new carpets, however the Park Tower rooms are nice. Staff are usually very helpful. The hotel is located close to down town mall, park, and restaurants. I would not pay regular prices for this hotel, but it's worth […] it for special Hotel.com rates. "hotel within walking to everything"
I wasin town for a confrence. I chose to stay here rather than at the confrence hotel. I stay at this hotel some of the time when I'm in town on pleasure. It's very reliable. Only downside is they charge $9.00 a day for parking.

"girls night out"
We wanted a clean and nice hotel to stay in for our girls night out. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite. However the website states that parking is free. This is false. It is 9 dollars per car per night. Overall it was a nice experience.

This hotel has a lot to offer in location and condition. The only thing I didn't like was the customer service. The girl who checked us in was not very friendly. Also, when we checked out, the attendant did not explain that we needed the room key to exit the parking lot, and she actually retained the keys, which turned out to be really inconvenient […] when got to the exit and had to turn around and head back to the front desk. "Excellent all the way around"
Very much enjoyed a one-night stay here earlier this week. Excellent shuttle service, friendly employees and a very clean room. Would stay here again, no question.
We were very disappointed. We could not lower the heat, very warm. The hotel did not inform us about paying for parking. We were charged nine dollars off our. credit card. We felt like we were on business not a cozy hotel.

The hotel experience was going along pretty good, I was a bit disappointed to the hotels proximity to the downtown shops, for some reason I thought the hotel was attached to the mall, but we had a 5-10 min. walk through the park, and in the evening (winter) it was quite dark and a bit unnerving, fortunately we were a group of 4. On our last night after […] spending all day out, we came home quite tired & wanting to reheat leftovers from previous evening in our microwave, and watch a movie, only to discover housekeeping had not cleaned our room. There was no one on staff to do it, so a night supervisor (male) had to do it. He was very accommodating but was a bit reluctant to do beds as he wasn't sure he knew how. We waited in lobby for approx. 45 minutes while he cleaned the room. In the end he did a good job, but the inconvenience at the end of the day was a bit taxing. Lisez la suite

The staff at the Red Lion Hotel at the Park is excellent. The desk clerk was very friendly and gave us a discount on our Parking. The room was comfortable especially the bed & linens. You're walking distance from the Riverfront Park and the downtown mall and lots of downtown entertainment and shopping. My stay was over the New Year's holiday and we […] watched the Downtown Spokane First Night celebration fireworks from the hotel, if we had a room facing the river we could have watched from our room. Great location, super clean rooms. Eat breakfast somewhere else. Watch your back if soft beds are too much. There is a parking fee that is not mentioned when booking that is $9/day. Indoor pool is adequate, fitness room is very accommodating.

Nice walk across the Spokane River to go to a show at the INB Performing Arts Center. Staff was very helpful and friendly. For the price? Not out of reach and well worth it!

This is a very comfortable, clean, and well organized facility. The weather was very cold outside;but the hotel was warm and beautifully decorated for Christmas..complete with a real fireplace. If unfamiliar with the city it is good to have a GPS system with rental vehicles..Staff was helpful,polite and was able to answer questions.
