We thought the hotel was great. Pool, hot tubs, sauna ,fire pit where all alot of fun. The breakfast was wonderful they even had an omelet guy. Everything was clean except for the floors, There vacuums most have broken down .The only other negative was there worn out rollaway beds which was like sleepimg in a venus fly trap (both of them).All in all […] very happy. This Red Lion is far nicer than other Red Lion hotels that I have stayed in. We often stay here for skiing at Big Mountain in Whitefish. It is a 30 minute drive and we really enjoy coming back to the pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants and shopping.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Very Pleasant Stay"
The hotel was clean, modern and very pleasant. The staff were friendly and we appreciated the free parking and free wi-fi. The free breakfast was amazing - way more than the typical continental brekkie!! The location, attached to a large mall in downtown Kallispel, was very convenient. The hotel itself was fine, the hotel.com person gave me very inaccurate information when I booked it. I needed a restaurant, and the person told me there was a restaurant and a bar inside the hotel. There was not either of these. It was a huge inconvenience for me. I was there for a funeral, and did not want to take the time to go outside the hotel […] to eat. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The service was friendly and helpful. When I walked in the room it was 86 degrees. Went down to check in and they sent up maintenance. Maintenance did get it a little cooler, but had to sleep with the window open all night to keet the heat down to 79 degrees. This is January in MT and was unable to get a good night […] sleep because it was to hot. "Not a fan of sagging mattresses/fix the heater"
Could not regulate the heat. Beds sagged providing sore backs. Hot tub was ice cold for 2 days and needed maintenance and repair. TV had interference lines on some of the channels. Breakfast was ok the first day but could not convince ourselves to make a repeat visit.Avis véridique Expedia

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. But this time we were disappointed at check-in. The front desk person was not friendly. He put us in a handicapped room, which was uncomfortable for us. "The place to stay in Kalispell"
This is real nice hotel to stay at. The location is perfect, the mall is attached and Montana Coffee House is right accross the street. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. "2nd Time in Kalispell @ Red Lion"
The last time I stayed at the Red Lion in Kalispell I had a room with a king bed. This time I had a room with two queen beds. The differences were striking, resulting in a much less pleasurable stay this time. 1) There was a lack of outlets in the room. With two cell phones, two Ipads, and two laptops, you can imagine the frustration. 2) The TV was […] much older and smaller in the queen bed room. 3) Had two days where the hot water was luke warm at best, and actually ran out of hot water the second day. I called down to alert them and complain, and since I booked on Hotels.com they would not adjust my rate or give me any sort of concession. "Pleasantly surprised - good place to stay"
I was pleasantly surprised. When looking for a hotel in Kalispell, MT, it seemed that there were only negative comments for the majority of them. I finally decided to take our chances here as the price was kind of in the middle. We did not experience any of the things that had been posted negative. Was easy getting our luggage to our room which was […] generous in size. Room was nicely furnished and looked like it had recently been painted, had a small fridge, microwave and coffee service. Bed was good with an assortment of pillows. Sign on door said there was a safe but we never found it. Pool area looked clean and was being enjoyed by children and adults. The front staff were okay but not super friendly. At one time, I felt that I was intruding on the women's time as she seemed a little frustrated. We have stayed in similar hotels and paid less but August is prime time in Kalispell. The location is very good as it is right in town and is attached to a mall. We discovered every Thursday in the summer months there is a small one block street fair with a band and beer being sold. This was in walking distance of the hotel.
