1) No internet even tho the signal was open - told front desk to call IT department and the issue was not resolved within the 5 days I was there. 12 people tried to get access while we were there and the manager kept insisting it was ALL of our devices. 2) The lobby and front door are locked after 10:30pm - FIre Issue! I had to walk outside and around […] the front and ring a doorbell 15X before someone came to the door 3) Apple juice was out for 2 days 4) One of the cleaning people bleached my pj's somehow (the owner did offer $ to replace, thank you) Finally 5) My sister was refused check in at 3AM. What hotel that is not full refuses a check in? They were even willing to pay extra money! Espicially after a 9 hour drive for a family emergency, so rude. Overall, not a great hotel and I would never stay there again. Lisez la suite

"Bittersweet :)"
The room was fine, and the hotel was clean with a friendly staff. However, I'm 7 months pregnant, and we were given the farthest away from anything room in the entire hotel. 3rd floor, very end of the hall. That was fun, waddling to the room. Luckily, my husband was with me and carried most of our stuff and the dog. The breakfast was pretty lame too, […] not one single good source of protein, not even yogurt. I never expect much for free, but technically, you pay for it in the cost of your room, and I've never seen a complimentary breakfast without ANY protein before. The orange juice dispenser was broken, and the apple juice dispensed water. I wouldn't stay here again. Drive on down to memphis and pay less for a room! Lisez la suite
I was put in a room that the air & fridge did not work and it was over 100 degrees outside. I called downstairs and they told me they had just turned it on and to give it a couple of hours. I left the hotel and came back a couple of hours later and it still didn't work so they moved me to another room with no problem and they were very nice about it. […] It was nice and quite even though it was on a busy highway. Overall it was a nice stay and I recommend this to anyone even if you have small children. Lisez la suite

The building was simple but clean, the staff was efficient and overall a very nice location

We stayed for 1 night, found the hotel a little old looking, but the room was more than comfortable, the bed could have been softer. The staff was great, enjoyed the continental breakfast. Overall, very satisfied for an overnight stay.

There was an odd smell in the halls and the room, but everything was very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Staff was courteous and helpful. Overall very satisfied with the rooms for the price! Definitely would stay again.

This hotel sucked. My cards never worked for the entire time. I had to get about five different cards. My room was not ready and when it was it smelled bad. They did not clean the bathrom at all. There was hair all in the tub it was disgusting.The only good thing was the location of the hotel and the resturants surronding it/

"Good Value"
Best value in Dyersburg. Host and hostess very nice. I wish in general that budget hotels could offer more healthy choices for breakfast, not mainly carbs. Rooms small, but clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Over all a pleasant stay on a budget!
