I am sorry to rate my stay less that very satisfied. However, I experienced a great deal or allergy reaction while I was staying there. I assume that it was the dust and allergens within the room or air conditioning system. I ended up having to go to the doctor.

I came w/friends/family 2 enjoy 4rth of july 2011 week. We drove down from Colorado & come to find that the lady in the front desk makes a mistake & freezes an additional $500.00 on my card & now I was left with NO food, NO gas, NO $ to do anything. Now, I must say that this nice young lady was VERY pleasant, polite and apologetic, but NO one knew how […] 2 help me.It wasn't until 2days later that I asked another mgr which informed me on what steps 2take 2get my bank to un-hold my $ in which helped the next day. I was appauled @ the customer service from others! They made the mistake & never offered 2call me a cab so that I can get to he places I needed to, then they suggested I load up on breakfast (since they offer it for free).. You would think that they'd have @least the courtesy 2get us dinner until the matter was resolved. 4days later (leaving), I spoke 2 the main manager/I believe his name is/was Jason & could you believe he did NOT even apologize! He had the NERVE 2state, "Well, ma'am, we reserve the "right" to freeze any amount of $ "up to" 2x the amount of the room because I presented a "debit/credit card"... Can you believe that?! After the original young lady stated that she had "made the mistake in pressing the wrong key"! That is what ucall, COVERING UP his *&^% .. HORRIBLE!! Lisez la suite

When we got to the hotel, following our GPS directions, we were concerned because the hotel didn't even look open. We realized we were on the back side of the hotel. It was a laugh we'll always share. We stayed 3 nights while attending a conference and after being busy all day it was nice to come back to a cool, spacious room. My husband thought the […] bed was even more comfortable than ours at home! We also enjoyed the suprise of having a complimentary shuttle to the convention center. The proprietor was very nice and conscientious about my comfort. The hotel itself is old, and in need of some upgrading - but the staff more than made up for it. The room was clean with clean linens, and they provided me with a mini fridge to keep my food from spoiling. It was not the Marriott, but the price was definitely right. The room was good and comfortable for the price which is about two miles from the Fort Worth Convention Center. Four nights here is approximately the same price for one night at the hotel across the street from the Fort Worth Convention Center.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The pool wasn't working, there were ants in the room and the toilet continued running after flushing them. I was never offered a new room and I was very disappointed with the overall experience. The grass looked like it had not been mowed in several weeks and the overall cleanliness was u […] nacceptable. This hotel was very nasty and in the worst part of town possible. Don't even waste your time checking it out. Room was missing the fridge, hair dryer, iron, and soap. Yuck.

Breakfast was good, had sausage & biscuits, waffles, the good stuff. Room was comfortable. We pick the hotel because it had a swimming pool but it was being worked on. It did not have any water in it and it did not look like they were going to fix it anytime soon. We are in the middle of June In Texas, who doesn't fix their pool in 100 degree weather. […] Not too many people stayed in the hotel only one side of the hotel had cars. Had a 2 bed room. My son ended up with the more comfortable bed and mine and my wife's bed was horrid!! She ended up moving to his bed which left me next to the constantly running AC that seemed to never get the room below 75*. the bed I was one was so used and worn down there was a dip big enough on the left side that if I rolled into it from the right […] side then I would end up in the floor. had to stay at this hotel because im a trk driver and my trk had to be put in the shop so it was close to where my trk was being repaired hotel is run down,outside and inside needs repairs, while checking in 2 guests were complaining their ac wasnt working,my hot water didnt work the maintenance guy it took him 2hrs to finally get to me and fix it hotels,com […] has some great deals but this is not one of them Lisez la suite

this hotel was very clean and the hotel staff was wonderful! i was nervous driving through the streets to get there and thought it was going to be horrible to stay the night at this hotel but i was so wrong. it was very quit and clean. angela at the front desk was super nice and had the breakfast area so nice and it was a great breakfast. i also loved […] how reasonable the price was. great hotel and staff Lisez la suite

The manager and workers are wonderful, they are very nice and made our stay work out great and got us where we needed to go on time and picked us up late at night. Thank you very much and God bless

Very satisfactory. Very helpful staff, especially with shuttles and taxis in and out of the city. There were no hidden charges. Room was very clean and nice and spacious.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They shuttled us to our meetings. They did things for us extra alwas with a smile! The free breakfast had a waffle maker, fruit sausage breads juices and cereal the floor we were on had been remodeled. we had a suite and it had three beds. one king and 2doubles and a small ice box and coffee maker.They had free internet […] as well. Beds were firm and each bed had a comforter(not a blanket). They were so friendly and accommodating that any shortfall in the location was more than made up for. 15 min to downtown. Many of reps at show stayed here because of price and breakfast and friendly staff. For the money we were very pleased. Definately use a pre booking service. The front desk employee anwered the phone with "Hello" not "Quality Inn" and he sounded and looked like he was Under the Influence of something. Also, we were checking in and a gang of men walked in, about 10 of them smelling like drugs; and a car dropped off a few girls at the entrance that looked like prostitutes, SERIOUSLY! The hotel was dirty, smelled […] horrible, the room was aweful and the bed was worn down (not comfortable at all). There was a blackout about 3AM for a while, that was an aweful experience. We checked in at 1AM when we arrived in Fort Worth and were exhausted so we stayed despite everything, we woke up at 6:30 and checked out, we did not stay our extra night. The water in the restroom also ran all night long and people were walking in/out of their rooms and up/down the hallway and stairwell. The elevator was almost pitch black when the doors closed, the lights were barely flickering. We checked in at another hotel across from the Convention Center, which was worth the cost. Believe me, this was the most HORRIBLE Experience ever! If we would have had our children, I would have taken my chances sleeping in the car. Yes, it was that bad! Lisez la suite

chose this hotel because it was cheap and close to the Will Rogers Coliseum, however didn't realize the part of town that it was in. not a very good neighborhood at all. our room was not bad and the continental breakfast was good, but wouldn't stay at this hotel again because of the part of town it was in.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was well below par. Had I known before hand I would have spent a little extra money for a better hotel. The room was not cleaned properly. The paperwork from the guest before us was still in the room, there was an empty tube of toothpaste in the restroom, an open package of soap in the shower along with […] the previous guest's hair attached. The bathroom sink kept clogging up. We had to call the front desk twice to ask them to unstop it and it backed up again after that. There was nothing good about this hotel. I spend 5 minutes inside and left. My door did not shut properly. The bathtub was black and sticky in the bottom. The bathroom was disgusting. There were dirty wash cloths in the closet area. The floor had several stains. The BEDDING WAS NOT CLEAN. There were spots, hairs and holes all over it. There were huge […] stains on the couches and chairs...I could go on forever!!! I went to the front desk to request a refund thinking I was going to have to fight for it, and they immediately refunded me {even they know their hotel is terrible!!!} Lisez la suite

It's kind of in a shady area, but it's close to the high way so we didnt spend much time around the hotel. The stairwell smelled like urine, the ice machine on our floor didnt work. The complementary breakfast, was basically a loaf of poor quality bread next to a toaster with butter and jelly, 3 choices of cereal and a choice of whole milk or 2% milk, […] and one thermos of Coffee (and all of this was at 7:30 in the morning, so if you sleep till 9:00 good luck). The hotel is clean en simple

The hotel advertises free internet and shuttles... however they have neither. If you are traveling for any type of business STAY AWAY. There staff is completely unproffesional, the rooms are dirty, the halls smell of animal urine. The room could be $2.00 and it would still be to expensive. Stay next door at the boutique property!

Even though I had a non smoking room, pillows and bedding smelled of cigarette smoke. this seems to be an older hotel but the picture
