Cet hôtel bien sous tous rapport sans non plus casser des briques m'a surtout marqué pour la qualité de son accueil. Si vous êtes sensibles à ce genre de détails cet hôtel est pour vous.

Hôtel bien situé, un peu éloignée du centre, mais proche du Japanese et du rose garden. Tarif très correct, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Je recommande sans réserve.

Close to downtown within walking distance. Close to shops and restaurants. Furniture is old and lighting is insufficient. Bring your own lamps if you want to read the newspaper or a magazine. There is a 60W lightbulb in the sitting room with a large brown lampshade that there is no light at all next to a sagging couch. Although we received great customer service from the front desk, the room left much to be desired. It was small and felt cramped, had no tub, and the lack of carpeting was awkward. The walls are paper thin and we could hear EVERYTHING from the floor above us.Other guests were outside yelling, which make the place feel pretty trashy. Impressed with: friendly, helpful staff; room cleanliness; simple stylish rooms; free tea and coffee; and location--near great dining and shopping. One minor prob was you can hear footsteps from upstairs, but we are deep sleepers and didn't mind. Definitely will stay here again!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was within 15 minutes walk from the center of Portland. The rooms are modern minimalist. They appeared to have been recently renovated and were very clean. My only complaint is that I would have liked a clock/radio in the room.

We absolutely loved this hotel. You can't beat the price for being right smack in the middle of downtown Portland. The staff was really friendly. The neighborhood was picturesc, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and can give advise on where to spend your afternoons in beautiful Portland!

I like this hotel. The location is great - walking distance to Downtown and the Pearl District, but not in the middle of noise and commotion on Downtown. The room was nice, very simple. My only complaint is that the walls are VERY thin. We could hear our neighbor's phone vibrating! I would stay here again, but maybe request a room on the top floor.

room was clean, water pressure was good, bed ok. i would advise to not arrive at the hotel too late, parking space was limited and by evening all spaces were taken.

The staff was very friendly & professional, lobby always had coffee, tea & cookies. Room was clean and conveniently located, bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the small rooms separate from the hotel which were very small. A basic hotel. Nothing fancy and clean, but the lack of an elevator in the alternate building is a problem. Hauling lugguge up the stairs is a big problem for other than the hearty. Would not stay in the alternate building again.

This is just a couple blocks from JELD-WEN and very close to some great brew pubs. Recommended.

Overall it was a good room and would stay there again. The room was clean and functional as well as being in a perfect location. Two blocks from JELD-WEN field for the sports fans and a 15 minute walk to downtown Portland. If you prefer bus transportation, the stop is about two blocks from the Inn. A very important thing to know if staying in the suite-with-kitchen rooms is that the free breakfast is simply two bottles of orange juice left in the fridge, and two containers of instant Umpqua Oats on the table each day. This is tasty, but not necessarily what is expected. The hotel is nicely located and easily walkable to and from shopping, dining, […] and many coffee shops. The rooms are nice once inside (though the sofa was too squishy to sit on comfortably) and it was so nice to be able to cook. Fred Meyer (grocery store) is 2 blocks down from it, and Trader Joes is a few blocks more in a different direction. The elevator is absolutely tiny, so try to pack light. Lisez la suite

The hotel itself was spacious and really conveniently located. The only criticism I have is that the "free parking" was not quite what I expected. There were very few spots, and the spots were rather tiny. Otherwise, this was a great place, though!

We like to stay at the Park Lane Suites when we are looking for a no frills overnighter in the city. The rooms are simple, clean and modern. Hotel is in a great location.

Super load room due to the non carpeted room. Bed was horrible and thats the most important thing, to me. Very small and way over priced. sorry

The people were very nice. The room was very simple and clean. However, the price was excessive for this type of property. If I had known what I was getting for the cost, I would have made a different choice. Had the room been priced more reasonably, I would have known up front what to except and would not have felt so dissappointed.

Two blocks from my son's apartment, reasonable rates, nice people. Planning to stay there again!

We chose this hotel totally due to its location. We were traveling in from out of state to see a Portland Timbers game, and the hotel was 2 blocks away from Jeld Wen. It was VERY clean, the staff was helpful, and the beds were comfy. My only complaint was that the room was so small...no closet area, only one dresser, and the bathroom was about the size […] of a hall closet. Very comfortable hotel near downtown Portland. Close to an upscale market and a Fred Meyer - was helpful for grabbing snacks and waters for the room. Very nice neighborhood. Just a few minutes from a beautiful park with a great view of Portland. Not a fancy hotel but very sweet and met our needs.Great price.

Perfect hotel for weekend getaway

Great location for exploring uptown and downtown by foot. Nice, clean, modern room. Everything I expect from a hotel room. Only issue is that there seems to be no attempts at soundproofing the rooms. You'll hear noises people make at night.

It's about the little things at Park Lane Suites: the towels are soft, the rooms are clean and tidy, the soaps are high quality and the staff is the friendliest and most helpful around. A true gem in the heart of Portland.

Front desk was very responsive when called them about room heater not warming up very fast. brought us an additional space heater immediately. No comforters on bed but extra blankets in room. Needed them on cold march night.

We stayed at this hotel past weekend, during St Patrick's day. One of the reasons I picked this place was their free parking and free wi-fi. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The heater was a little loud, sleeping while it's running was kind of hard. We had some trouble adjusting it but at the end room was warm enough. The door was directly […] opening to the outside and it was in a separate building than the reception. To be honest, I did not feel very secure but since I was not staying alone, I did not pay much attention to that. Not much to complain about. The staff and hotel was clean and that is what is most important to me. If I had to complain, I guess it would be the thin walls. I could hear a voices and people walking up and down the stairs.

It was a cute place for one night, but even then it was very small. My room in my apartment was bigger than this room. And my room doesn't echo. I would have rather spent more money on a warmer feeling place.

This is a clean hotel with comfortable beds, flat screen TV, and good climate control. It's basic! It is no fancy property, but the price is great! It is so very nicely located! You can walk to many delightful restaurants and shopping places. Stay here! I would again!

When I booked this room I was expecting a nice quite room, clean and a place to park, after all it said free parking. First of all, my room was not clean when we walked across the laminate floor our feet where covered in black stuff. As for quiet I could hear every foot step and every word of the people up stairs said as if we were separated by a curtain, […] I could also hear the traffic outside. The bath room was pitiful, the shallow dish of a shower (no tub) and horrible fabric shower curtain let all the warm air out the top leaving the bottom to suck in all the cold air making a vacuum that stuck the shower curtain to you, there's no place to put your toiletries except the floor. The shower head had no pressure, when we got in the room it was freezing and it took forever for the in wall heater to get warmed up. The parking spaces are VERY cramped unless you drive one of those smart cars don't expect to fit very well. I drive a Malibu not a very large car at all, I could hardly open my door to get out. Also I figured we be in a hotel main building, we were surprised when we checked in to be directed across the street to a crappy looking building I guess that should have been warning number one. Also if there's no parking in the main lot you get to park behind a building in a half lot I found out the hard way that in this very small space pulling in isn't the problem however getting out is, I had to back out of the lot, there was no place to go forward and turn around or drive out, I had to back out on to the street that I pulled in from. Also in the room is a small table and two chairs, the chairs reminded me of something for a kids room small flimsy plastic. The LCD had the worst resolution I've ever seen for one. Also there was an odd space on the wall where you could see something had been ripped off leaving the old pain and screw anchors under exposed. Over priced for what you get don't do it! My experience was excellent! This was my first time staying in a Suite. All my family was very comfortable. My niece had her own room in the two story building - very clean! and we had a suite in the Four story building (two bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and familly room-computer desk room). This place was wonderful. The staff was very accomadating and friendly. My only complaint would be that the water pressure and the temp of the water were not 100%. We will stay here again.

simple, clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great location. The free breakfast was a prepackaged cup of instant oatmeal, this was our only disappointment.
