The staff was great, the rooms big and I would stay there again

Very nice hotel at a great price, friendly staff, the rooms need a bit of an update but I think renovations were just starting to take place. Would recommend to anyone who wants to take in West Edmonton Mall.

No hidden costs or taxes...what I paid on hotels.com is what I paid in total. Staff was wonderful & accomodating. Loved the fact we had a separate entrance.

Great location in proximity to West Edmonton Mall, was easy to get to Ikea and other factory outlet shops. Close to many restaurants. Great staff! Very comfortable rooms, clean and nicely updated.

comfortable rooms and lobby, hallways aren't very inviting. cozy rooms, however cleanliness could have been better. continental breakfast wasn't the best as well.

Room was great and clean. Close to the mall, everyone was nice. I would stay there again if in town.

This 2 night stay at this hotel was very good. Breakfast was ample, with a pitcher of coffee included. Wi-fi worked great, big 37 inch LCD, very clean room, and noise levels were ok, although we did hear the kids from the above room running around (despite that this a concrete building). Only thing missing is a pool, but then again, go to West Edmonton […] Mall for that enjoyment. I travel to Edmonton a few times a year and I have had to opportunity to stay in different hotels everytime. Staying at executive Inn has been the worst experience when you check out they literally kick you out other hotels I have been give you enough time to check out but this one was not the case. We left at 12:30 PM the late check out is 12:00. So […] a big guy came to our room and waited for us at the elevator. It would have been nice if somebody called us from the front desk and asked us if everything was all right and to mention that the check out was actually at 11 AM and so they would let us have an extra 1:00 hour to check out we would not have had a bad experience at all. My rating for this hotel is 2 due to bad customer service. I will definitely not stay here anymore. Lisez la suite

Good room, friendly staff, close to west Edmonton mall!

Overall a very good stay, good attached restaurant and close to the West Edmonton Mall.

The hotel was nice and clean. 5 minutes drive to West Edmonton Mall. Enjoy the stay there. However, the attitude of the restaurant's manager was bad. Would recommend the stay, but not the hotel restaurant.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay.

The room was excellent for the price. The only complaints that I have are the poor wireless internet connection (did not really work at all in the evenings and the fact that nothing works in the fitness room. The fitness room is useless.

This hotel was a great location to our stay during our visit to the West Edmonton Mall, which is about 15 minute walk from the hotel. There were lots of restaurants and stores close to the hotel. Check in and check out was quick. We had the compliementary breakfast which had a fairly good selection but did not include hot food. Our room was clean and […] ready for us upon checkin. We had an issue with the toilet and that was repaired as soon as we let the front desk know. The hotel has security watching the parking lot. Parking is free. There is a computer in the main lobby for internet. There was a lounge but we didn't use it during our stay this time. We did take advantage of the hot tub. There was no one to help bring up our belongings but not sure if one was available as we didn't need help. There was a cart there through. This is my second stay at the hotel and I will stay there again any future visits to Edmonton. Lisez la suite

Very good deal for the money and very easy access to West Edmonton Mall.

This hotel is 5 minutes from the mall, easy to access and very clean! Hotel staff were helpful and the continental breakfast was sufficient. Would definitely stay there again.

This Hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The people there were just great and very helpful

Upon our arrival we were told that our dog must be with us 100% of time. We followed all instructions. Our dog was not at all welcome in the hotel and the confusion and problems that accompanied the so called dog friendly hotel left much to be desired. Hotel in need of renovations. Very bad smell in the hallways and stairwells. Continental breakfast was brutal. Would not stay here again.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was definitely enough to eat. Good choice of a hotel that is close to the Misecordia Hospital.

Wanted a nice hotel next to the West Edmonton Mall and that is what we got ! Very nice hotel: clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was not very friendly but very professional. Great breakfast and only 1 km from the mall! Perfect.

Hotel is dated but they are renovating rooms. had the headboard fall off the wall (anchor bolts and all) onto our heads , other than that was good. We we compensated with some tix which was nice. The beautiful lobby is deceiving! on the guest floors the walls are concrete brick - felt like a prison or institution.

We chose to stay at the Executive Royal Inn West Edmonton as our regular hotel was booked up - I am very glad that we did! The staff were pleasant and effecient - housekeeping staff in particular were pleasant and helpful - the food in the dining room was very good and reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and the beds were just right - it wasn't […] overly noisy either. There are renovations in progress - (the hallway carpeting needs help) - I consider this a positive and a necessary thing. Yes the TV was an older model and the bathroom could use a fan but for the price, location, and service we received, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel - we will definitely make this our new favourite hotel while in Edmonton. Great location close to West Edmonton Mall, excellent rate. Outdated beds, sofa bed not comfortable for sleeping. Staff very frendly. Overall we had great time.

This hotel looks like a good quality but in fact they are not washing their bed sheets and comforters everyday and it says on their notes inside the room. We stayed here for two days and our first night we notice that the bed sheets have some melted candy on it and it is very sticky I did not complain about it coz it was already late night when we check […] in. I just put the notice the 2nd day on the bed saying that they need to wash the bed sheets since we did not use it last night coz it was dirty. when we get in the 2nd night still they did not wash it. the other rooms are so noisy and we can hear them till 1am in the morning I haven't got a good sleep in this hotel and I will not recommend it to others... With our 2 night stay in this hotel,it's clean and safe.The only thing that i'm not comfortable was the bed it hurts my back .But I can still consider that they have the best rate.

nice room, good bed, close to West Ed Mall. They could've told us more about the continetal breakfast upon checkin......other than that service was good. Will probably look to stay there again.

the hotel sucks-so cheap with towel in the room and pillow. the washroom is not very clean.

The room was clean and quiet. The only problem that we encountered was the comfort of the bed. The mattress sagged in the center, so was not very comfortable.

this hotel was conveniently located to West Edmonton Mall, and lots of restaurants. It was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient.
