Only issue was we asked for a microwave upon check in and they said they would get someone to bring it up right away. No one showed we called twice and no one showed so my baby had cold milk and cold food. Not impressed at all. Even when checking out it was not mentioned

we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was just a nightmare! we are next to the construction rooms where it is all dusty, my son's netbook when we opened it is all dust! same with the bedsheets and soo disappointed that i told them it will be the last time will ever checkd in there! definitely a very disappoingting experience, not for children […] ! After getting up in the morning I wanted to have a shower however the tap was broken and I had no water. I was heading to an important business meeting that day and was very disappointed I could not shower. I mentioned this to the front staff who said they would get it fixed however I thought their attitude was it wasn't that big a deal which to me […] it was. Great hotel, great service. Very easy to get to all surrounding shopping areas.

Over all our stay was very good. Room appeared to have been recently redone. Very quiet, room service was very good. The only negative to our stay would have to be breakfast in the hotel on the first morning. We ate out after that experience. Hotel is located close to major shopping and good dining.

It's was ok halls remind you of an old prison but rooms nice wasn't super clean though had dust in places and top cover on bed was kind of dirty . Food service was quick but overpriced for the quality of it I had a burger and caesar salad wasn't very good my wife had chicken strips and fries and gravy she said it was disgusting she would not recommend […] it . I could hear the people out stairs walking around and could hear them mumbling something . All and all I most likely won't go back Lisez la suite

I have stayed many times at at this hotel.I would NEVER stay here again.room ok average but age showing threw.Hallways in a mess not clean elevator disgusting not clean.the restaurant a joke,you wait for ever to be served only to get a meal that's cooked poorly.we sent our food back and where given our money back.There was renovations where??? Don't forget an extra blanket or a warm hoodie. We had the heat as high as it would go, but the heater still only blew cold air. Was a chilly night for sure. Note in the hotel stated that renovations were in progress, and are in dire need in my opinion (ripped carpet and dirty sheets).

This hotel was very close to everthing one would need..of course the West Edmonton Mall. I have not slept well in months, and finally got some sleep in the quietness of my room. The menu was delicious..i did not have to go outside the hotel eat. I ate the fish and chips with sweet potatoe fries three times...soooo good. The staff catered to every need […] i had. Firstly, there was no microvawe but when I asked they brought one right away.The room and the bathroom was nice and clean,hotel location is very good and it was nice and quite.The only thing I did not like was that the room was cold when we arrived and it was not that easy to set the thermostate so the first night was cold but I figured it out the next […] morning how to set it at the temp. Renovated room was very nice & clean but no microwave. Lobby carpet was dirty & worn, needs replacing. The staff at front desk & housekeepers were all very pleasant and helpful.

It did not matter how high you turned up the heat it never got above 18 degrees . We literally froze all night . It used to be a great place to stay.. what happened?

i was afraid of what we were getting into for such a cheap price BUT IT WAS REALLY NICE! it wasn't EXTRAVAGANT but it was way way better than most hotels i have been to for higher rates! great looking buffet that we were to busy to eat there but LOOKED great! staff was great and it was only 9 blocks from west ed! 20 bucks for cab to get down town. i […] was so so happy to get such a good hotel for such a good rate. the previous week i was at a hotel for 60 dollars more than this one and there was hair in the bathroom and it showed on the internet nice updated fancy rooms that i couldn't wait for! but we got there and it was old outdated decor! THIS ONE WAS FRESH AND CLEAN! IM A MAID AND I HAVE A HAWK EYE SO I KNOW! great stay! was happy from when i walked in to the beautiful lobby till the end of the weekend. didnt want to leave and would definitely stay there again! Entrance/lobby is lovely, then once you get off the elevator (which was a bit rickety), it's a different story - bricked hallways that remind you of an institution. Room was ok - beds were comfy but pillows were not fresh (like they forgot to change the pillow cases!). Shower curtain had mold on the bottom - not impressed. Requested wake-up call did […] not happen, room was very cold and not warming up - requested extra blanket arrived after a 45 minute wait. 3 people stayed in our room; we stayed for 2 nights. Housekeeping made the beds after the first night - that's it. Did not replenish the shampoo/conditioner which were near empty, did not replace the coffee packets or coffeemate that we used - obviously did not replace towels or anything else. I know we got a deal on the cost of the room however, I'd say the "deal" was not really worth it. Have stayed in much nicer hotels that cost a little bit more and had 10 X better service! Hotel is good. Traffic noise (sirens) can be heard in the room, but otherwise very nice!!

This hotel was in a very good location in Edmonton. The only bad thing was that it was under construction while we were staying there. Our room was already done, but our family was staying on the same floor as the construction. Booking with this company was also as seamless as it could possibly be, and we are sure going to book this was again.

We were pleasantly surprised and happy with this hotel. It is really nice and well located

When I made reservation thru hotel.com they told me breakfast was included with my stay at the Executive Royal Inn West Edmonton, but when I questioned the lady at the hotel check in she had no idea what I was talking about and they don't offer breakfast with any of their rooms. Not able to access movies, Front Desk said they would send someone up to fix it, nobody came. The second morning of our stay there was no hot water-so no showers.

The room offered smelled of former smoke, had a worn out mattress, the bathroom door squeaked upon opening, interior doors were damaged, dogs howled throughout the night, and there was NO hot water for a shower the second night of our stay! I found the location, the food and the room were of high quality. I also found it to be one of the quieter places I have stayed despite signs stating there were renovations underway.

The television in my room was left in a movie channel and l turned it on and watched whatever l saw there for an hour and turned it off. When l was checking out l was charged for watching a movie, which was surprising to me because l didn't intend to pay for any movies and l felt it was unfair because l didn not watch a full movie of my choice yet l […] was charged for it. The bed & hotel room was nice, the resturant had great food & good service, was a bit out dated but all in all good. Would rather stay in hotel with a pool, room service didnt answer our calls.

Dated & showing its age despite "renovations". Lipstick on a pig in my opinion

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Very clean and the staff are great. Would recommend this hotel.

My dog scratched some paint off of the back of the hotel room metal door and I was charged $250.00 for damages.

Good rates & location. Friendly staff. They seemed to be short staffed in the restaurant but the food was good.

I had to go find the housekeeper and get her to make our beds again there was lumpe in the bed and she hadn,t even foulded the extra blanket she just threw it in the big chair. the free breakfast was cereal, bananna, or toast they wanted you to order off the menu and pay, and you had to stand at the door for at least 10 minutes before they would sit.you […] at a table.Not greeted nice at all Lisez la suite

very nice hotel, reasonable rates,nice resturant had the 2 kids they were well treated by the staff. I would stay here every time I am in Edmonton.

The room was clean and the staff friendly, but considering they were well aware there were 4 adults in one room, they could have made sure to have 4 large towels in the bathroom. We made do, but you hear what I'm saying.

We had a wonderful stay, and we were made to feel ever so welcome. The room was so inviting, and met all of our needs. The staff were wonderful, and very accomidating.The warmth and smiles at the front desk made it a joyful stay. The continental breakfast was awesome, and the restuarant staff were so very friendly. Very nice hotel at a great price, friendly staff, the rooms need a bit of an update but I think renovations were just starting to take place. Would recommend to anyone who wants to take in West Edmonton Mall.

No hidden costs or taxes...what I paid on hotels.com is what I paid in total. Staff was wonderful & accomodating. Loved the fact we had a separate entrance.

Great location in proximity to West Edmonton Mall, was easy to get to Ikea and other factory outlet shops. Close to many restaurants. Great staff! Very comfortable rooms, clean and nicely updated.

comfortable rooms and lobby, hallways aren't very inviting. cozy rooms, however cleanliness could have been better. continental breakfast wasn't the best as well.

Room was great and clean. Close to the mall, everyone was nice. I would stay there again if in town.
